Struttura nuova e pulita...top
Pros:

Posizione vicina al centro e al mare.Dimitra top,gentile e disponibile 24h no stop in tutto e anche Giorgio che faceva il turno del pomeriggio/notte...Qualsiasi cosa chiedevi sia tramite SMS che a voce in un attimo veniva risolta..Top.

Pros:

Logement propre et confortable, à distance raisonnable à pied du centre ville d’Heraklion.
Parking pratique et hôte très réactif. Les Check-in et check out se font très facilement.

Cons:

Salle de bain un peu petite avec une douche sans rideau, on met vite de l’eau partout.
La lumière du jour le matin dans la chambre.

Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. E' tutto nuovo e pulito. Le varie persone viste alla reception sono state tutte molto cordiali e disponibili.

Cons:

Per me e mio marito era tutto perfetto ma, probabilmente, per persone di corporatura maggiore gli spazi sono un po' ristretti.

Pros:

Όλα ήταν άψογα. Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό, είχε ολα τα απαραίτητα. Την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφτώ την πόλη, θα επιστεψω σίγουρα εδώ..

Cons:

Δεν μου άρεσε ότι στις 6 μέρες διαμονής δεν μπήκε κανείς για καθαριότητα ούτε να αλλάξει σεντόνια και πετσέτες. Αν είναι αυτή η πολιτική του καταλύματος θα έπρεπε να ενημερώνει τους πελάτες.

Excellent place to stay in Heraklion!
Pros:

The rooms are super clean and modern. Everything you need is there (all sorts of kitchenware, hair dryer, etc). The owner is also extremely friendly and kind to help with any problem!

Great value for short stays
Pros:

Clean, modern and nicely decorated;
Basic amenities available;
Kind responsive assisting staff with great English;
Elevator available for tired feet/heavy luggage;
Nearest supermarket 5min walking;
Nearest bus station for beach/city center/airport 10min away walking;
City seaside promenade 1min away;
A small commercial center across the street;
Looked like a peaceful area.

Cons:

No ceramic cups for hot tea/hot coffee, only glasses;
No individual washing machine in the apartment;
Not soundproof, you could hear noisy neighbours, dogs, kids outside and planes taking off over the city every 5min;
Apartments are not cleaned daily, toilet paper ran out before departure, had to buy some;

Pros:

We stay only 2 days, however help coming from management was exceptional by supply with WiFi password before hand in order to gain access to the room upon late arrival. Room was very modern and clean. Kitchen facility well equipped and small bottle of raki was very nice welcome touch.
Facility are little harder to find for people unfamiliar with the city and google maps and my GPS had problem with finding the place. Other then small issue our stay was super pleasant and very comfortable.
