Prettig en schoon appartement met en prima prijs / kwaliteit verhouding en prettig personeel.
Pros:

Aankomst was al erg prettig. Ik kwam eerder dan de afgesproken tijd. Kamer was dus nog niet gereed. Een andere identieke kamer wél en men vroeg mij of ik die dan wilde. Dan kon ik direkt inschepen. Prima natuurlijk en dus zo gedaan.

Cons:

TV bediening... Bijna niet te vermijden lastigheidje. Overkomelijk.

Gute Lage, komfortabel Zimmer, herzliche Mitarbeitende
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 7. Stockwerk und so,ist eine wundervolle Aussicht über Antwerpen. Das Zimmer war großzügig und bot viel Stauraum. Auch das Bad war geräumig.
Das Bett war, trotzdem das es ein Schrankbett ist, sehr bequem, wir konnten gut und erholsam darin schlafen.
Das Frühstück bot für jeden Geschmack etwas - klassisches Hotelfrühstück. Der Kaffee war köstlich.
Besonders erwähnenswert sind die überaus freundlichen Mitarbeiter, egal ob beim Check-in, beim Frühstück oder Check-out. Vielen Dank für ihre herzliche Gastfreundschaft.

Cons:

Kleiderbügel in den Schränken fehlten, aber vielleicht hätten wir diese erhalten, wenn wir danach gefragt hätten.

No parking available. A dissapointing hotel.
Pros:

Had all we needed for a 1 night stay.
Check in lady was very helpful, and was doing her best at fielding numerous complaints on her own with no support.

Cons:

Disaster from the start.
We booked this as it had parking. Drove in pressed the intercom which eventually answered to be told no parking available. Only advice to Google nearby public parking! Forced to reverse out onto the road and park elsewhere.
Parking was the ONLY reason we booked this hotel.
We arrived at the reception. Door wouldn't open. A guy was there waiting so we tapped on the glass and he let us in. It was 09.05pm. He said he had a complaint and wanted to talk to reception but he had been there 10 mins and seen no one.
We tried knocking on doors. Telephoning the hotel.
Nothing. Then a young lady came down the stairs, she said she was on her own in reception and was dealing with 2 other customers and an incident.
2 people came in from the street and she tried to placate them with their problem. Then the other guy and his lack of housekeeping problem.
Then eventually our check in!
She was clearly under pressure, but kept positive even going off to get cold drinks for us as the bar is no longer open

The room was fine. Surprised it was just a sofa bed. No bedside tables.
Hotel appeared empty at breakfast. Food OK but had been stood out a while as not many people dining.
Not a hotel I would recommend or use again.

Pros:

Sin ningun tipo de limoieza en la habitación, tienes que contratar un minimo de 8 dias para que limpien. Es increíble. Ademas tuvimos que solicitar cambio de toallas.

Behoefte aan frisse lucht! We konden geen raampje open zetten om te ventileren. Airco deed het niet en douche gaf een naar piepend geluid.
