Rummet var fint och funktionellt. Loungen var överraskning, jättebra! Läget bra!

Cons:

Incheckningen var under all kritik. Varför ska vi checka in i ett annat hotell? Det var kö till receptionen, en person i disken som tog evigheter av tid på sig att checka in kund efter kund. Det var inte önskvärd på en fredag kväll, stå i kö till reception ca 45 min. Varför inte skicka koden till entré och rummet via sms?
