New. Modern. Good facilities.

Cons:

Too hot to sleep under rooftop. Asked for the key of the second door twice. Never received it. Had to sleep on the sofa for 3 days. Impossible to get fresh air in the second part of the apartement. Staff didn't solve the problem. Really consider twice before booking this in summer! It was impossible to sleep upstairs and it's not even summer yet. Doors are way to loud. Every time somebody comes home or leaves the whole building trembles.

Prima verblijf voor bezoek aan Gotenburg
Pros:

Woonruimte beneden was ruim, meubels niet perse heel comfortabel.
Inventaris ruim aanwezig, zelfs wasmachine.
Prachtig uitzicht en heerlijk balkon.
Ligging prima

Cons:

Slaapruimte was eigenlijk 1 open ruimte voor 4 personen met erg laag plafond.
Kale inrichting.

Ubytování určitě doporučujeme
Pros:

Pobyt naprosto předčil naše očekávání. Celá vesnička vypadala velice udržovaně a čistě. Ubytování není co vytknout, byli jsme naprosto spokojeni. Všechno bylo čisté, nové a vybavené. Poměr cena/kvalita je snad nejlepší co jsme kdy zažili. Toto ubyto určitě doporučujeme.

Cons:

Lokalita ubytování je poměrně z ruky, vzhledem k tomu že nejbližší zastávka MHD je vzdálená asi 900 m.
Také nás docela zklamal styl komunikace s recepcí. Den předtím jsem se snažil recepci jak telefonicky, tak e-mailem kontaktovat s dotazem, zda si před chce-inem můžeme odložit zavazadla a poté se vrátit. Na mail mi neodpověděl nikdo a telefonicky mě nazpět kontaktovali až když už jsme byli dávno pryč. Hotel, který se chlubí s recepcí co má režim 24/7 to bylo docela zklamání.

Ok for a few nights
Pros:

Clean and well equipped.

Cons:

The property is listed as 4 stars. I would give 3 at most.
Getting to to beds up the stairs is horrible and narrow. The loft ceiling is extremely low to the point you're almost crawling to get to the bed. The beds themselves are not 4 star comfort, but more like the cheapest stuff you can get at IKEA.
The bed sofa did not work as it didn't lock in place in bed mode. We reported it at the reception but were later told there wasn't enough time to fix it. We were offered another room however.
The parking is quite expensive at 200 SEK a day. It is gated however.

Pros:

it was clean and simple

Cons:

the sofa bed is not a sofa bed … it’s a sofa they tell you to sleep on!
there is also no wifi and it is in an area with nothing around it, not the best location
