Fantastic location, clean, comfortable. Shame about the cat noise and the bins
Pros:

The location was incredibly convenient, just minutes from Monastiraki square and lots of nice restaurants and bars. The room was very nice for the price, very comfortable and well refurbished. Everything was very clean and there were nice amenities in the room such as good quality coffee and water on arrival.

Cons:

A small criticism, but given that you have to throw toilet paper in the bin, for hygeine's sake there should be a cleaning service every day to remove it or instructions on how to throw it away with multiple bin liners. I found leaving used toilet paper in the bin without being able to to throw it away daily, quite unhygienic and a bit smelly. The room was sort of advertised like a hotel on the booking.com website so I did expect cleaning and towel changing. Perhaps the description should make it clear there is not cleaning and the necessary adjustments for guests. Dozens of stray cats in the ruined houses at the back made terrible screeching noises at night it was hard to sleep.

Very good and central location, easy and quick communication with the "hosts" and a very comfortable bed. :)

Cons:

There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom (probably from the drain) but nothing major and it was very clean. :)

Pros:

La habitación es super cómoda. No es literalmente como en las fotos pero el estilo es similar. A nosotros nos pareció muy buena opción para un par de días en Atenas, al lado de todo.

Pros:

La ubicación fue fundamental, las habitaciones tenían mucha comodidad, limpieza impecable, las camas muy buenas y aires acondicionados a la perfección

Preis Leistung in Ordnung
Pros:

Die Unterkunft grenzt direkt an Psyri mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Unweit vom Monastiraki Platz entfernt. Je nach Apartment definiert sich Größe und Ausstattung. Unseres bot viel Platz und Abstellfläche.
Positiv zu erwähnen ist auch , dass wir das Gepäck unterstellen konnten und insgesamt vor der der eigentlichen Check in Zeit die Möglichkeit hatten, dass Apartment zu beziehen.
Das Team rund um das Koyo waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch wenn man keinen direkten Kontakt zu einander hatte, war der WhatsApp Kontakt völlig problemlos.

Cons:

Bei genauerem hinsehen wurde deutlich, dass das Apartment nicht sehr gründlich gereinigt wurde. Auf der Bettwäsche befanden sich zum Beispiel Haare.
Diesmal (waren das zweite Mal in der Unterkunft) war es sehr hellhörig. Das ist uns beim ersten Mal nicht so aufgefallen.

Ήταν μια καλή επιλογή
Pros:

Ήταν ένα υπέροχο 4ήμερο με τα παιδιά, και το απολαύσαμε πολύ. Παρόλο που δεν υπάρχει υποδοχή, η κοπέλα που εξυπηρετεί τηλεφωνικώς μας στήριξε έμπρακτα και ουσιαστικά κάθε φορά που παρουσιάστηκε ανάγκη. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ακριβώς όπως και στις φωτογραφίες, minimal, ωστόσο πρακτικό, καθαρό και προσεγμένο.
Η τοποθεσία στην αρχή με προβλημάτισε όταν την είδα στο Google maps, αλλά τελικά είναι όντως μια ανάσα από την πιο πολυσύχναστη γειτονιά, βγαίνεις από την εξώπορτα και βλέπεις ήδη ένα σωρό μαγαζιά και κόσμο λίγα μέτρα πιο εκεί.

Cons:

Αν υπάρχει κάτι που θα ολοκλήρωνε την εμπειρία μας, αυτό θα ήταν ένα φουρνάκι μικροκυμάτων και ένα μικρό φαράσι με σκουπάκι. Όταν έρθουμε ξανά με το καλό, θα ήταν ευχάριστη έκπληξη να βλέπαμε ότι προστέθηκαν.
Ο βραστήρας χρειάζεται οπωσδήποτε αλλαγή, δε τον χρησιμοποιήσαμε.

L’emplacement et la transmission des informations, très claires.

Cons:

Il n’y a aucune insonorisation entre les chambres et nous avons entendu toute la nuit la TV du voisin. Et les rideaux ne couvrent pas toute la fenêtre (ils ne sont pas assez longs) donc nous sommes réveillés à 6h30 par la lumière du soleil.

Ήταν η καλύτερη εκδοχή των προσδοκιών μας.
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που χρειαζόμασταν. Μας έκανε εντύπωση ότι παρά το κεντρικότατο σημείο, το κατάλυμα είχε πραγματική ησυχία. Αυτό το εκτιμήσαμε πολύ, καθώς δεν ταξιδεύαμε για αναψυχή, αλλά ήταν απαραίτητο να μείνουμε κάπου σε αυτή την περιοχή. Να σημειωθεί ότι μείναμε κατά τη διάρκεια του σαββατοκύριακου. Άνετο κρεβάτι, εργονομικός και μίνιμαλ χώρος.

Cons:

Δεν καταφέραμε να βρούμε εάν υπήρχε θυροτηλέφωνο στο κατάλυμα. Θα ήταν αρκετά χρήσιμο. Θα θέλαμε να υπήρχε αρωματικό στο μπάνιο, καθώς ακόμη και με φουρφούρι υπήρχε μια μυρωδιά σιφωνιού. Αυτό που δεν μας άρεσε είναι ο φωτισμός. Προτιμάμε τον κίτρινο φωτισμό έναντι του λευκού. Αυτό βέβαια είναι ζήτημα γούστου.
