Everything was perfect for us.
Pros:

Great location in main street, everything is close-super market, Malia old town, beach etc.
Also there is a nice bar with the great employees downstairs.

The apartment we stayed in was very spacious, clean and had good noise cancellation.
It had everything we needed — we were welcomed with a sponge, detergent, soap, and toilet paper. Towels were changed every three days, and bed linen every five days.

Not to mention that owner of the apartment is a very cool guy.

Brilliant place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere affordable on the Malia Strip, felt very safe there.
Pros:

The location was excellent, balcony was an amazing perk, George was an amazing host.

Cons:

It was all pretty great, the only thing I would say is that the air con wasn’t the best and keeping the whole place cool, and the shower did make the bathroom very wet.

Pros:

If u wanna be at the party street this is a good choice.. but if u want more peace book somewhere else. At least the host put us in the quiet area but there were still many young and noisy people, mostly from UK. But the good side of this accomondation is the beach - walking distance 15min..as well as many bars and restaurants.

Cons:

There were small ants in the bed, and also the bed was super uncomfortable. The picture on the booking with pool, which is actually abandoned therefore it is not what you expect from pictures. Also rooms look nicer on the pics than in person. But I guess for this price is oke..

I would love to come back again! Definitely can recommend it!
Pros:

Convenient location, value for money, comfortable rooms! Especially good for those who wants to have a fully equipped kitchen in their apartment. We were two weeks in August and really enjoyed our stay. Would love to come back again!

Cons:

It might be loud in some rooms as the building located on the main street with bars and restaurants. However, in most of the rooms it‘s quiet during the night, so it‘s definitely depend on the location of the room. I would just simply recommend to contact the managers before arrival if it really matters for you.

Pros:

It had an amazing host. Best restaurants nearby, relatively close to the beach, supermarket 30 meters away. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk. It’s right in the centre of the action in the whole Malia.

Nice studios right in the heart of the old town
Pros:

Studios are exactly like depicted in photos, spacious and bright and right in the center of Malia old town. Malia beach is a short stroll away. Facilities were flawless, there was daily room service and staff were excellent. George goes above and beyond for his guests and he is literally available around the clock
