Pros:

Very spacious and nice apartment. Kitchen had everything necessary to cook a dinner. We felt like home during five days of our stay. Highly recommend!

Pros:

The apartment was very nice.
The heating system worked perfectly.

Cons:

The neigbourhood is very bad and could be dangerous in some times.
The building is very old (only the apartment floor was reshaped).
The bathroom has only a partial box door, with water leaking to the sitting room during shower.
The boiler is small for a family. You have to plan the short showers and give sometime to the boiler to heat up again.

Όλα πολύ καθαρά. Καλό wifi. Η τοποθεσία στο κέντρο όλων! Μοναστηράκι,Ομονοια, Σύνταγμα όλα 5-10 λεπτά περπάτημα. Το διαμέρισμα πρόσφατα ανακαινισμενο.

Pros:

The location was good. There were no problems with the cleanliness or the apartment's amenities.

Cons:

There was no Wi-Fi access. They said it was malfunctioning. The property management even wrote that they would refund the cost of one day because of this, but still they did not. There's a major construction renovation going on nearby. That's why the road to the facility is in poor condition.

Clean, well equipped apartment near the center
Pros:

It's in a very good location, within walking distance of many city center tourist attractions. Staff were really helpful and responsive. Although there was no reception, everything went smoothly in terms of check-in and check-out.
There were many comments about the location not being so safe. I wouldn't say that the neighbourhood is the best part of the city, but we didn't feel unsafe on our trip with my partner.
The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing you to cook anything if you prefer.

Cons:

There were some areas for improvement in terms of comfort. We visited Athens in December, even though the weather was not too cold and AC is available in the room; the floors were extremely cold, and there was no carpet or slippers to protect from the cold floor.

Besides, there were movement sensors in the room. We have been told that they were to shut down the AC and the light automatically when there is no one in the apartment. However, it made us feel a little uncomfortable.

Комфортные недорогие апартаменты в одном из центральных районов Афин (Псирри-Омония)
Pros:

Удобный приятный номер со свежим ремонтом. Новый тихий кондиционер(были в конце ноября, он же и для обогрева/снижения влажности). Отличная кровать. Хорошо укомплектованная кухня. Утюг. Соседей не слышно. Общение с персоналом только дистанционное, но абсолютно все наши вопросы были быстро решены. Расположение - Омония- 7 мин пешком, Монастираки- 8 мин. Рядом - 2-3 мин - 2 места для завтрака (кофе+пирог) либо (омлет+сок/мезе).

Cons:

Уборка номера не предусмотрена. В конце ноября плохо сохнут полотенца. В описании номера были тапочки-их не было.

Pros:

Schoon en modern appartement

Cons:

De locatie is vies, donker en je wordt in de gaten gehouden en niet erg vriendelijk aangekeken door de omwonenden (vooral uit india). Vergeleken met rest van Athene voelt het als achterstand wijk aan

Top Zeit verbracht , super Apartment kann aber noch verbessert werden☝️
Pros:

Die Lage , das Apartment

Cons:

Der Safe konnte nicht genutzt wegen , war defekt , das W-LAN Internet war tagelang gestört 🥲.
Es gab auch kein Besen oder Handfeger im Apartment, um den groben Schmutz mal in der Aufenthaltszeit zu entfernen. Ich habe dann einen gekauft und hoffe, dass der nächstes Jahr auch noch da ist, wenn ich wieder nach Athen komme.
Die Programme im TV waren leider nicht international, aber das sei nur mal erwähnt , es war jetzt nicht so schlimm.
