Lovely apartment, great location
Pros:

Lovely spacious apartment in a good location. A short drive to lovely beaches and Chania. Also near to a few restaurants, bars and supermarket, all within walking distance.

Cons:

The pool was a little too cold to relax in.
Quite a few dogs in the area that barked a lot, making it quite noisy.
Obviously, this is not the fault of the
Owners but worth knowing if this is something that bothers you.

Perfect place to relax, modern and clean
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay in Heliades Residence. Nice, clean room with well equipped kitchenette, we had everything we needed. The balcony was amazing, had a view to the sea and the pool.

Pantelis, the host, was super nice, we got a great welcome package, information package and even a really nice gift after our stay.

Everything was amazing, the location was perfect, around 15 mins drive from Chania, so we could still enjoy a quite area to relax.

The room was really modern and clean.

Thoughtful, comfortable and effortless stay
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully set up. The apartment had everything I needed, from good AC and insect screen to reliable Wi-Fi, streaming services and even small practical things like detergent.

Check-in was completely effortless, and the recommendations provided before arrival were genuinely lovely and useful. The location is also very convenient for both the beaches around Akrotiri, Chania Old Town and the airport.

I especially appreciated the flexibility with the check-out. Overall, a very easy and pleasant stay.

Pros:

appartamento nuovo, bella piscina, e soprattutto host molto gentile e reattivo, si è preso cura di noi, facendoci trovare anche un piccolo regalo in camera. Vista stupenda e posizione strategica

Cons:

Da migliorare il rispetto del silenzio nelle ore notturne (bambini che si tuffavano e urlavano fino a tarda sera)… ma qui l’host non c’entra, è il rispetto delle persone.

Fantastic Modern Apartment
Pros:

A lovely, new, modern apartment with great facilities and lighting. Located near a small village with some nice restaurants and a few shops. 15 mintute drive to Chania which has a new and an old town and some fantastic places to eat. Also about 15 min walk to a small beach with a beach bar and a nice Taverna over the road. We hired a car and drove to Almyrida which was also lovely, it had a reasonably sized beach and some nice restaurants. Would highly recommend staying at the apartment which was nice and peaceful and the owner/manager was also really helpful when we needed assistance with taxis etc.

Our great Greek vacation
Pros:

* The stand with organic vegetables was right behind the gate of the apartment (we highly recommend this place). The nearest market was about 5 minutes away
* The apartment was equipped with household appliances, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
* Household chemicals were also on the equipment of the apartment
* The water in the pool was not heated by the sun. It was pleasantly cool all day
* Spacious rooms
* All residents respected their privacy
* The sounds of cicadas
* Very good contact with the apartment manager. Greetings also for Caterine :)

Also form my point of view I highly recommed renting a car. You can then visit the island at will, the beautiful beaches next to the hotel are within reach like Zorbas Beach (you should watch the movie about „Grek Zorba” to compare views form past and present) or Kalathas beach.

Magnifique séjour
Pros:

Magnifique séjour!
Appartement très bien équipé et moderne.
Très belle piscine.
Propriétaire très sympathique, un grand merci pour nous avoir fait découvrir de bonnes spécialitées culinaires de l'île!

Cons:

Il faut absolument un véhicule pour se déplacer(magasins,plage,...)
Il ne faut pas être sensible aux bruits des avions car proche de l'aéroport.

Pros:

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad! De foto's van de accommodatie komen precies overeen met de werkelijkheid, wat erg fijn was. De kamers waren brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Je merkt dat de host echt aan alles heeft gedacht.

Voor onze baby stonden er zelfs een babybadje, babyshampoo en douchegel klaar. Daarnaast waren er voldoende handdoeken, inclusief handdoeken voor het zwembad. Ook de keuken was compleet ingericht; werkelijk niets ontbrak.

De accommodatie ligt op een rustige locatie en binnen ongeveer 15 minuten ben je in het mooie Chania. Het uitzicht is prachtig en zorgt voor een heerlijk ontspannen sfeer.

De host was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij dacht met ons mee, bracht uit zichzelf verse meloenen langs en vroeg regelmatig of we nog iets nodig hadden. Je voelt je hier echt welkom.

Ik zag ook dat er veel aandacht werd besteed aan het onderhoud en de netheid van de accommodatie. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. We zouden hier zonder twijfel opnieuw verblijven en raden deze accommodatie van harte aan!

Pros:

Nous avions le grand logement pour 6 personnes sur deux étages.

Magnifique villa, moderne, propre, piscine incroyable, notre fille s'est régalé. Un calme, on entend juste le coq et les cygales ce qui est agréable. La terrasse qui donne sur la piscine est top. Et l'emplacement nous permet d'être à 15 minutes du centre ville de la Canée.

Cons:

J'aurais peut-être apprécié d'avoir une femme de ménage qui passe 1 fois sur notre séjour de 4 nuits.
