Pros:

Wäscheservice und die Frau die das gemacht war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Zimmer nicht sauber ,voller Staub.Nicht für Allergiker geeignet.
Frühstück Büfett war das Geschirr und Besteck nicht appetietlich.
Kaffe ☕ Maschinen defekt.
Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen.

Roof top sauna and hot tub were great. Clean (apart from men's changing room) and tidy

Cons:

No window in room. Surrounding area was a retail estate with limited amenities. Bad smell in men's changing room in spa. Some of the staff were not too helpful - on first night was told restaurant was unavailable as they were too busy, but there was only me to cater for! Was advised to go to McDonald's...
