Fantastisk utsikt och bra läge precis vid Järntorget. Fräscha lokaler och bra frukost.

Cons:

Dåligt städat. Golvlist som lossnat och hål i lakanet.

Bra läge, men stort och opersonligt!
Pros:

Förhållandevis centralt hotell med spårvagnar/bussar precis utanför och granne med Haga.
Rent och snyggt.
Personligen gillade sängen, dock tyckte maken att den var för mjuk.
En hel del trevliga veganska alternativ på frukostbuffén, dock inget vanligt pålägg.

Cons:

Valde ett av de dyraste rummen för att få en fin utsikt. Hamnade på tionde våningen, vilket i princip går att jämställa med ett vanligt höghus, så det var en enorm besvikelse!
Stort och opersonligt.
Hotellet hade ingen egen parkering som vi förstod det. Gott om gatuparkering i området, men den är sanslöst dyr.
Extremt trångt och stressigt vid frukosten när alla skulle äta samtidigt!

Inte så imponerande som förväntat
Pros:

Skön säng. Olika färg på handdukar.

Cons:

Blev översvämning i duschen och hela badrumsgolvet. Fanns ingen möjlighet att få in frisk luft i rummet, blev kvavt och alldeles för varmt. Rörigt och trångt i frukosten.

Stolt som göteborgare att vi har så bra hotell i våran stad!!
Pros:

Suveränt att kunna övernatta så nära konserten på draken! Blev incheckad av en supertrevlig tjej som även visade oss till hissarna. Hon hade verkligen det där lilla extra och humor dessutom!!! Allt var bra och frukosten heeelt suverän! Blev utcheckad av en lika trevlig kvinna och när vi berättade hur nöjda vi var och hur trevlig personal det är överallt så var hennes direkta svar: det är för att vi mår så bra här!! Sammantaget följde denna goa känsla med oss när vi gick ut genom dörrarna för att åka hem! Fem gnistrande stjärnor till er, ni gör ett fantastiskt jobb!!

Cons:

Ingenting!!
Skall vi hitta något litet att klaga på så be inredarna att välja en annan matta i korridorerna, förstod efter ett tag att den var mönstrad men första intrycket var att det kändes smutsigt och vi spekulerade om det varit vattenläcka ;)
