V var på en konsert på draken live på kvällen
Väldigt smidigt att ta sig från hotellet till konsertlokalen
Bra frukost på morgonen

God komfort och bra värde för pengarna
Pros:

Hotellet har en fantastisk utsikt över staden, vilket verkligen höjer hela upplevelsen. Att kunna njuta av utsikten från både rummet och de gemensamma ytorna ger en extra känsla av kvalitet och trivsel.

Terrassen och restaurangen är mycket smakfullt utformade och skapar en inbjudande och trevlig atmosfär. Det märks att stor vikt har lagts vid design och miljö, vilket gör vistelsen ännu mer behaglig.

Rummet var välplanerat, rent och bekvämt. Sängen var särskilt skön, vilket bidrog till en god natts sömn. Den övergripande komforten i rummet gjorde att man verkligen kunde koppla av och känna sig som hemma.

Sammantaget upplever jag att hotellet erbjuder en mycket bra balans mellan pris och kvalitet. Man får en fin helhetsupplevelse med både stil, komfort och läge, vilket gör det till ett attraktivt alternativ

Cons:

Ventilationen i rummet var inte tillräcklig. AC:n var inte påslagen vid incheckning och rummet var fortfarande varmt även vid utcheckning.

TV-fjärrkontrollen fungerade inte som den skulle, troligen på grund av svagt batteri. Handtvålen i badrummet var nästan slut och pumpen var trasig.

Vid frukosten hade kastrullen ett mycket tungt och tjockt lock, vilket gör den svår att öppna – särskilt för personer med exempelvis karpaltunnelsyndrom eller andra funktionsnedsättningar.

Den varma maten var inte tillräckligt varm. Äggröran och baconet, som bör hållas varma under hela frukostserveringen, var kalla. Korvarna hade också en ganska märklig smak – enligt min dotter, som annars tycker mycket om korv.

Cons:

That breakfast had to be booked which they didn’t say at check in and that it ended at 9.30ish (they took away the buffet then) which is really early if u start eating at 9 because that was the earliest time slot

Pros:

Närheten till danmarksfärjan. Trevlig bar med god mat. Bra utbud på frukosten. Sköna sängar och gratis morgonrock. Fräscht badrum med gratis produkter samt hårfön.

Fantastic hotel with convenient location and awesome breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding. The staff was very friendly, and even gave us late check-out free of charge.
The location was great, allowing us to easily walk over to the ferry the next morning. There was also a number of restaurants and shops around the hotel, making it very easy to find good food.

Cons:

It was a little bit impractical having to pay for the breakfast upfront in the reception, rather than at the entrance to the breakfast hall. It also surprised me that they could not charge the room.

Brasseriet hade slut på halva menyn.
Inte bra på påskaftonsmiddag!
Svårt med parkering. Ett så bra hotell måste ha en bra, säker egen lösning, antingen eget eller med samarbete.
