Blue Pyramids Eyes Hotel

Die Zimmer waren relativ groß und sehr schön eingerichtet, auch das Bad war wirklich schön und alles war sehr sauber. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Staff very good! Position near to the pyramids and new museum. Activity and services are top. Ask them your necessity and you will enjoy a lot your stay.

I would like to formally express my disappointment with my stay at Blue Pyramids Eyes Hotel, booked through Booking.com under Confirmation Number: 5049700126.

First, the customer service was very poor and unprofessional. Basic hotel amenities were missing upon check-in. There were no slippers, no complimentary coffee or tea, and only one bottle of water was provided despite there being three guests in the room.

We specifically booked two king-size beds with one sofa, but the hotel only provided one king-size bed and one chair, which did not match the booking details. Additionally, only one towel was provided, and we had to request extra towels ourselves.

There was also no tissue available in the living area. When I requested tissue, the staff only provided tissue meant for the toilet, not for the living space.

Upon our arrival, the internet connection was not working. We were told it would be restored within 10 minutes, but it actually took more than one hour. On the third day, we were informed that no more complimentary drinking water would be provided, even though complimentary water is normally given daily.

This hotel is quite expensive, and I have stayed in many hotels before. Booking.com is very familiar with my booking history as I always use the platform. Given the price and expectations, this experience was completely unacceptable.

I paid properly for this stay, and the hotel clearly knew how many guests were checked in, yet they consistently provided amenities for only one person. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, especially considering that I was staying in a foreign country, which made the situation even more stressful.

الغرفة ممتاز

La situation a été particulière parce que qu'une fois arrivées au Blue Pyramids Eyes et avoir payé en cash sans recevoir un reçu, on nous a dit qu'il fallait qu'on soit transférées ailleurs sans raison claire. Cet hôtel semblant tellement minimaliste et mal placé, on espérait mieux.
Le nouvel hôtel le Nomads Boutique Hotel (du même groupe d'après eux) était a priori un upgrade et nous avons été satisfaites de l'accueil par le gérant et de ses efforts pour nous rendre confiance dans la situation.
Cet hôtel est bien placé face aux pyramides, très propre et le personnel très gentil. Il y a de nombreuses imperfections à l"Egyptienne mais le rapport qualité-prix était plutôt bon.
Nous remercions donc le Nomads pour son accueil!

You take breakfast or drink a coffee and have Infront view the piramibs.

From start to finish I had an incredible time. This was my first visit to Egypt, everyone was super helpful and welcoming d especially Hosammy! His hospitality was amazing, I hired him as a driver and he made sure I was safe and helped me build a awesome itinerary.

Güzel bir oda, biraz uzakta da olsa Piramit manzaralı oda ve teras... Bir Türk olarak bize göre kahvaltı biraz zayıf ama doyurucu idi. Güler yüzüyle ilgilenen Ms. Neama'ya teşekkürler...

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. They were so wonderful with our children throughout our visit, and the kids were absolutely delighted when they surprised them with balloons. It's these thoughtful touches that made our Egyptian vacation truly memorable. The level of care and attention we received was exceptional, and we couldn't have asked for better hospitality. Highly recommend for families traveling with children!

Mohammed Saeed was the best! The best part was the staff. Everyone was super friendly !!! the staff was the best part about the hotel.

Breakfast was very good.
