Die Zimmer waren relativ groß und sehr schön eingerichtet, auch das Bad war wirklich schön und alles war sehr sauber. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.
Die Lage war eigentlich schön, da man von der Dachterasse die Pyramiden sieht. Die Aussicht ist nicht ganz wie auf den Bildern, da es aktuell eine große Baustelle gegenüber gibt. Auch liegt das Hotel direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße weshalb es Nachts teilweise sehr laut wurde.

Staff very good! Position near to the pyramids and new museum. Activity and services are top. Ask them your necessity and you will enjoy a lot your stay.

I would like to formally express my disappointment with my stay at Blue Pyramids Eyes Hotel, booked through Booking.com under Confirmation Number: 5049700126.
First, the customer service was very poor and unprofessional. Basic hotel amenities were missing upon check-in. There were no slippers, no complimentary coffee or tea, and only one bottle of water was provided despite there being three guests in the room.
We specifically booked two king-size beds with one sofa, but the hotel only provided one king-size bed and one chair, which did not match the booking details. Additionally, only one towel was provided, and we had to request extra towels ourselves.
There was also no tissue available in the living area. When I requested tissue, the staff only provided tissue meant for the toilet, not for the living space.
Upon our arrival, the internet connection was not working. We were told it would be restored within 10 minutes, but it actually took more than one hour. On the third day, we were informed that no more complimentary drinking water would be provided, even though complimentary water is normally given daily.
This hotel is quite expensive, and I have stayed in many hotels before. Booking.com is very familiar with my booking history as I always use the platform. Given the price and expectations, this experience was completely unacceptable.
I paid properly for this stay, and the hotel clearly knew how many guests were checked in, yet they consistently provided amenities for only one person. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, especially considering that I was staying in a foreign country, which made the situation even more stressful.
The hotel provided us with one bed that did not match with our booking considering that we have a 7year old daugther with us,no extra sofa,no table.

La situation a été particulière parce que qu'une fois arrivées au Blue Pyramids Eyes et avoir payé en cash sans recevoir un reçu, on nous a dit qu'il fallait qu'on soit transférées ailleurs sans raison claire. Cet hôtel semblant tellement minimaliste et mal placé, on espérait mieux.
Le nouvel hôtel le Nomads Boutique Hotel (du même groupe d'après eux) était a priori un upgrade et nous avons été satisfaites de l'accueil par le gérant et de ses efforts pour nous rendre confiance dans la situation.
Cet hôtel est bien placé face aux pyramides, très propre et le personnel très gentil. Il y a de nombreuses imperfections à l"Egyptienne mais le rapport qualité-prix était plutôt bon.
Nous remercions donc le Nomads pour son accueil!
-Le Blue Pyramids eyes Hotel m'avait contactée dès ma réservation pour proposer d'envoyer un taxi à l'aéroport. cette gestion a été déplorable et pas de taxi sur place!
-L'arrivée à l'hôtel est atroce: son entrée est dans une ruelle et il se trouve au dessus d'un shop-bazar!
-Sa réception est minimaliste. La terrasse rooftop donne bien sur les pyramides mais avec une grande grue devant.
- on a du payer dès l'arrivée en cash (c'était prévu) mais nous n'avons jamais pu obtenir de facture ou de reçu et donc n'étions pas sûres qu'on ne nous redemanderait pas le montant dans le nouvel hôtel...
-Ils n'ont rien: bar n'offrant quasi aucun soft et pas de quoi manger...
-la gestion de notre transfert, inexpliqué, vers un autre hôtel, a été déplorable. Pas d'info, mutisme du réceptionniste et du chauffeur. On a eu une peur bleue dans cette voiture qui allait on ne savait où???
