It worth what I paid for
Hotel di piccole dimensioni ristrutturato. Camere di buone dimensioni nuove e pulite. Hotel vicinissimo al nuovo museo circa 10 minuti a piedi. Vicino alle. Piramidi molto bella la vista dalla terrazza. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Zona abbastanza silenziosa non molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze raggiungibili a piedi. Un 3 stelle al cairo di ottima qualità

Es un lugar tranquilo para hospedarse, el desayuno es muy rico y variable, además la vista a las pirámides de Giza es increíble, el personal es muy atento y servicial en todo momento. Fue excelente mi estancia en este hotel.

清潔感はおおむね良かったが、シャワーが非常に弱く、身体を洗うのに時間がかかった。ピラミッドは屋上から一応見えますが、全体を見たいようであればもっとそばのホテルを予約した方が良いと思います。周辺にはあまり店舗がなく、必要な身の回り品、飲料、食品は事前に買っておいた方が無難です。この施設に限ったことではありませんが、ものを頼むときは1$を渡すと喜んでもらえます。1$札は多めに持っていると良いでしょう。
Tuvimos una experiencia espectacular en el Hotel. De los Highlights durante nuestra estadía: el entrenador de Tennis Khaled, un señor súper amable y profesional, se nota que hace su trabajo con mucha alegría y amor. Y el chico encargado de la limpieza de nuestra habitación, Youssef, también súper amable y nos sorprendió cada día de nuestra estadía con una figura diferente hechas con las toallas, muy creativo y atento.
Súper recomendado el hotel, las instalaciones súper lindas. La comida también muy buena, hay variedad de restaurantes dentro del hotel. El mejor para nosotros fue el restaurante Tailandés, nos dejó sorprendidos, aunque todos los demás también fueron muy buenos.
Las piscinas y la playa súper lindas, en realidad una de las mejores vacaciones que hemos tenido !

The hotel is very close to the pyramids which makes it convenient for tours/etc.The airport is a bit of a hike but not unbearable. The hotel itself is quite nice and the rooms are quite spacious. Although I booked a pyramid view room it wasn’t facing the pyramids. The staff is kind but a few of the (young) waiters at the restaurant gave me some unwanted attention. The restaurant is a bit slow as well. Decent dining and a lot for your $ but it is slow. The area around the hotel is a bit of a ghetto/feels unsafe but I think that’s the majority of Giza for you. Also the WiFi is non existent so expect to use a lot of phone data/bring a book. Netflix wouldn’t even load. For the wifi issue alone I would not stay again.
Staff was friendly, there was a great variety of breakfast options with an awesome view of the pyramids and the room was very clean.
The hotel itself was equipped with everything and the staff were largely great! However, there was an incident where a member of staff seemed to deliberately come to my room later in the evening knowing I am a young Muslim woman with a small baby alone and ask whether I had ordered beer which was not only inappropriate but seemed very out of the ordinary to be an honest mistake. When we raised it with the hotel management, he assured us he would look into it and find out why this had happened, but he subsequently said it was honest mistake. Maybe it was. Maybe it wasn’t. Either way, as a young mother with a baby in a room alone, it left me feeling uncomfortable for the remainder of my stay.
