Nice staff who made the stay enjoyable. Quiet hotel
Pros:

I really love this hotel because of the staff. I stayed in different hotels during my trip and this had the friendliest staff. All communicate well and make you feel at home. Hotel is very quiet.

Pros:

The entire stay was very bad, and the location was also very poor. Only some members of the staff were respectful; the rest spoke in an inappropriate and rude manner.
Also, I was not provided with a key for the elevator.

Cons:

Everything was literally very bad , the services, the location, the reception, the cleanliness, and everything else.The overall experience was extremely disappointing.

Une bonne adresse a visiter
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé et les chambres offrent une vue sympa sur les pyramides. On a la possibilité de manger sur une belle terasse a la vue magnifique. La chambre est confortable, le matelas et les oreillers bien, un bain a remous dans la chambre qui offre un atout sympa a l'endroit. Le personnel très agréable et a l'écoute.

Cons:

Pour l'emplacement, il est bien à proximité des pyramides, a noter simplement qu'il faut quand même compter dix minutes de voiture dû aux étrangetés des routes Egyptiennes.
