Pros:

The food was terrible, doesn't meet the minimal exception,
If you order a taxi to the hotel the hotel will not allow it to inter to the reception area and in instead they will charge us for using there golf car to get to the taxi.
Not satisfied with my stay, definitely not booking for next time in the same hotel.

Very run down and out dated - NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!
Pros:

I was let down from the start, The room was disgusting and I had to get it cleaned befroe I could sleep in it, blood on the pillow. The floor was dirty there were cups left in the hall for over 3 days there were food stains on the floor

Even though it was all inclusive I ate in the hotel once as the food was terrble luckliy the food in resturants is cheap and very good.

Pros:

Advertised as 5 stars , but in reality only 3 if that ! The location is far away from everything , so basically nothing to do apart of staying in the hotel , staff don’t speak English , have to wait for to get as it at the restaurant, have to wait do food to be refilled , food limited choices and usually half warm . Alcoholic drinks very poor quality , entertainment poor . Would not recommend this place
