Pros:

Struttura nuova, moderna e in generale curata
La spiaggia molto bella, anche se senza pontile l’accesso alla barriera è scomodo
Il personale é abbastanza gentile

Nota positiva, le escursioni sono state belle e ben organizzate.
Se italiani potreste avere come guida/snorkeling Karim, ragazzo egiziano molto in gamba che parla anche Italiano. Davvero bravo e simpatico. Lo consiglio

Cons:

Da una struttura che professa 5 stelle mi aspetto un servizio almeno da 4+
La reception é abbastanza inutile, non gestiscono direttamente i transfer da/per aeroporto (ti dicono di contattare direttamente te l’autista)
Ad ogni richiesta di extra (es. Late Checkout) ti dicono sempre di farlo la sera prima.. che ci vuole segnarselo?
Il diving center non si capisce se é dell’hotel o no.. pagamenti separati, nomi diversi etc. un pochino di chiarezza in più
Orari non chiari per diving center ed accesso ai teli (ci servivano due teli la mattina per una escursione e non erano in grado di darceli la sera prima)

Nota dolente: il cibo davvero mediocre, poco assortimento e varietà durante la serata e quasi assenza di cibo internazionale (ad eccezione di pasta e pizza..)
Preciso che si aspettano una cliente per lo più tedesca, magari a loro piace. Bo.

Poca chiarezza nei prezzi, si ha la costante sensazione di essere scammati.. dentro un resort 5 stelle speravo, pur con prezzi maggiori, di evitarlo.

Sauber, recht geschmackvoll angelegt, angenehmes Publikum.
Pros:

Direkt am Strand gelegen, kann man im hüfttiefen Wasser beim Schnorcheln herrliche Fische beobachten; unmittelbar nördlich schließt sich eine Bucht an, die (kostenpflichtigen) Zugang zu Riffen erlaubt, welche im Schnorcheln etwas Praxis voraussetzen.

Nach dem - vorsichtigen - Überqueren der Landstrasse kann man herrlich in die Wüste hinaus wandern/joggen.

Pros:

Struttura pulita ben organizzata e non troppo grande.
4 ristoranti a tema + quello centrale .
La camera voto 10 : 1 spettacolo !!. Camera 2521 , fronte mare , VERAMENTE FRONTE MARE !!.potevo vedere l’alba dal letto .
Fuori dalla camera sul balcone jacuzzi sempre fronte mare !!. 1 CAPOLAVORO !.
Ci tornerei solo per la camera !!. Prenotate 2521

War alles hervorragend. Das WLAN war wie versprochen schnell.

Cons:

Die Preise innerhalb des Hotels sind unverschämt. Wäsche machen, ein paar T-Shirts, Socken und Unterhosen 40€ war quer durch Ägypten gereist max was ich bezahlt habe waren 7€, der Shop im Hotel verlangt auch unverschämte Preise, das 4-5 fache was man außerhalb der Anlage bezahlt

Al di sopra delle aspettative; diving center incredibile; calma pace e relax. Da rifare sicuramente
Pros:

Il buffet é ricco e curato, datato ad ogni abitudine mattutina. Il personale é sempre gentile e disponibile.
L'atmosfera é sempre rilassata e calma.
Un grazie di cuore al diving center; sono bravissimi, professionali, gentili e molto disponibili. Ho preso il mio OWD ed é stai meraviglioso, meno caro degli altri diving e veramente di livello. Uscita in mare e dalle spiagge vicine perché non c'é il pontile, ma tutte veramente ben organizzate e al di sopra delle aspettative. Grazie mille a tutta la squadra del True infinity Diving Center

Tutto é andato molto bene. Spunto di miglioramento: le camere hanno bisogno di piccoli interventi di ristrutturazione per essere veramente impeccabili.
Manca un pontile per poter arrivare facilmente al reef.

Mir sind die Menschen dort sehr ans Herz gewachsen!
Pros:

Mir hat einfach alles gefallen! Die Grösse des Resorts fand ich super, die Anlage selbst war einmalig. Das Personal war so supernett, dass sie mir wie eine Familie ans Herz gewachsen sind. Das Essen war extrem köstlich! Vor allem Ahmed und Hussein im Main Restaurant waren so aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und supernett! Für mich war einfach alles perfekt!

Cons:

Es gibt nichts, was mir am Hotel nicht gefallen hat. Der Strand war zwar sehr sehr schön mit türkisblauem Meer, aber am Beginn des Strandes ist es ziemlich steinig. Ohne Wasserschuhe kann man da nicht rein. Man kann mehrere hundert Meter weit rauslaufen, was einerseits gut ist, andererseits eignet es sich nicht gut zum schwimmen.

Muy buena, recomiendo todo
Pros:

El personal muy amable y atento, salvo los camareros de la piscina que eran bastante antipáticos. El hotel es precioso y la comida está buenísima, hay muchísima variedad ya solo en el restaurante principal y las noches temáticas te permiten probar mucha comida. La playa que está al lado es una maravilla!

Cons:

Los precios de las excursiones están elevados pero es comprensible por el sitio en el que estás
