Pros:

The food, the stuff, the views, and the rooms are just fantastic; it's a perfect stay in Marsa Allam that has everything you wish for, and I'm definitely coming back soon. Recommended to everyone who values high standards of their stay.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend, der Küchen- Chef war einer der besten den ich in meinem leben kennenlernen durfte, diesen würde ich sofort für mein Hotel Abwerben :-).
Der junge Mann welcher mein Zimmer gereinigt hat, hat auch die volle Punktezahl bekommen, das Zimmer war immer einwandfrei Sauber, er hat sogar die Klimaanlage ausgelassen, normalerweise kommt man immer in einen Kühlschrank zurück.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter am Eingangstor waren sehr unfreundlich, wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen, dies hat sich dann bis zur Rezeption weitergezogen. Wir haben zwei Zimmer gebucht, es waren zwei Kategorien, da leider bei Bookin.com nichts anderes mehr zum Buchen war. Wir haben dann angerufen und die selbe Zimmerkategorie Angefragt, welche wir dann auch ohne weiteres Upgraden konnten. Wir haben auch gesagt, wir wünschen die Zimmer nebeneinander, so das wir die selbe Terrasse benützen können.
Als wir Angekommen sind, war die Begrüssung nicht so freundlich, mein Partner ist Ägypter, dieser wurde nicht sehr warm empfangen. Sie haben uns dann auch unsere zwei Zimmer welche wir ja schon gebucht hatten gegeben, meins war bezugsbereit, das andere nicht, obwohl es ja schon 21.00 Uhr Abends war. Die Zimmer waren dann in zwei verschiedenen Häuser Aufgeteilt, wo mein Verständnis dann nicht so gross war, wir kennen die Regeln in Ägypten, wenn wir sie brechen wollten, hätten wir nicht zwei Zimmer gebucht. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft wirklich sehr schön und lässt keine Wünsche offen

Posto molto bello e tranquillo ideale per chi ama rilassarsi,ottime camere spaziose e ben organizzate. Spiaggia lettini ed ombrelloni posizionati molto bene, punto mare molto bello. Ristorante buono,piscina perfetta con una riscaldata.

Cons:

Da migliorare il personale ai bar, spesso apparentemente scortese .Metterei qualche dispenser per le bevande sia ai bar che al ristorante dove i Camerieri sono piuttosto frettolosi e disattenti nel complesso cercherei di migliorare l'attenzione verso il cliente. Il bar della piscina chiude troppo presto.

La plage, les repas et le personnel dans les différents restaurants (gold)

Cons:

Il n’y a pas de zone non fumeur, la majorité de la clientèle est fumeur, nous avons été enfumé durant tous nos repas. Nous avions un loft et n’avons pas pu profiter de notre terrasse, notre voisin a fumé le cigare jour et nuit.
Le personnel qui sert les boissons au buffet n’est pas particulièrement avenante.

Pros:

Wonderful resort. Everything was perfect, and all the services were excellent. The property is new and beautifully designed with great taste. I spent one week here with my girlfriend in total relaxation. The sea is stunning; the only thing to keep in mind is that water shoes are needed to enter the sea because the entrance is a bit difficult. Once you get past the first part, the water is absolutely amazing. The rooms are truly incredible. The staff was always polite and kind. A dream vacation

Cons:

The only negative aspect was that the breakfast always consisted of the same food. It was very abundant, but I would have appreciated it if they had changed some items daily so there could be a bit more variety.

Migliorerei il buffet. C'è varietà ma non c'è ad esempio cibo tipico egiziano, ho mangiato molto meglio in ristoranti locali (a basso costo) che dentro il resort.

struttura nuova ,moderna, sobria ,non troppo grande quindi giusta da girare...ottimo punto mare

rcena comoresa al riatorante di pesce moldo deludente...quello che offrono è un peace strano gommoso che non si sa che pesce è... lentissimi e fa schifo. meglio il ristorante principale. poi preferirei mettessero un piccolo pontle di 3 metri giusti oer bypasaare gli scogki a riva e facikitare l'accesso in acqua

Struttura nuova, moderna e in generale curata
La spiaggia molto bella, anche se senza pontile l’accesso alla barriera è scomodo
Il personale é abbastanza gentile

Nota positiva, le escursioni sono state belle e ben organizzate.
Se italiani potreste avere come guida/snorkeling Karim, ragazzo egiziano molto in gamba che parla anche Italiano. Davvero bravo e simpatico. Lo consiglio

Cons:

Da una struttura che professa 5 stelle mi aspetto un servizio almeno da 4+
La reception é abbastanza inutile, non gestiscono direttamente i transfer da/per aeroporto (ti dicono di contattare direttamente te l’autista)
Ad ogni richiesta di extra (es. Late Checkout) ti dicono sempre di farlo la sera prima.. che ci vuole segnarselo?
Il diving center non si capisce se é dell’hotel o no.. pagamenti separati, nomi diversi etc. un pochino di chiarezza in più
Orari non chiari per diving center ed accesso ai teli (ci servivano due teli la mattina per una escursione e non erano in grado di darceli la sera prima)

Nota dolente: il cibo davvero mediocre, poco assortimento e varietà durante la serata e quasi assenza di cibo internazionale (ad eccezione di pasta e pizza..)
Preciso che si aspettano una cliente per lo più tedesca, magari a loro piace. Bo.

Poca chiarezza nei prezzi, si ha la costante sensazione di essere scammati.. dentro un resort 5 stelle speravo, pur con prezzi maggiori, di evitarlo.
