Friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness, spacious room with good facilities, very comfortable bed, decor throughout hotel.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and made a lovely fuss of our dog. She made sure we were settled and had everything that we needed for our stay. The facilities are good, rhe bed is so comfy and the room was very warm.

The free upgrade, the super king size bed was beautiful.
All the staff were really friendly, the customer service was outstanding. Our dog had a good fuss and a sausage at breakfast.
The fact that I had to give my dog "his" sausage, I would have eaten it if I could.

Staff, food, ambience were all excellent. The hotel was comfortable, warm and welcoming. The location although outside of Saundersfoot was I thought perfect for a peaceful get away. The grounds were well laid out and attractive to sit in and enjoy a relaxing drink. The food in the restaurant was varied and well presented with an exciting menu to choose from. Staff could not do enough for you and were very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions.
On the downside we felt our room was tucked away on the ground floor next to the kitchen and dining room with no aspect from the window. However the room was clean and comfortable.
Warm welcome, nicely decorated with an oriental theme. The onsite restaurant was fabulous.
The single beds were quite narrow. The bathroom shower ceiling was too low
and we're both short.
Excellent rooms, friendly staff, good food and cocktails …. Pricey, but well worth it.

The staff were great and the bedroom was spacious and clean.
The on site restaurant served lovely food but unfortunately we received terrible service in there waiting an hour for our meals which was disappointing after a good stay in the hotel
There was a fan outside our bedroom which was noisy, fans were provided so we used them at night instead of the window open and we dis sleep well
The hotel was amazing and the food in the restaurant was also good, breakfast was cooked to order and plenty to start you up for the day.
It seemed a little difficult in getting taxis's anywhere but the staff went over and above this making sure transport was around.
