A good experience which we thoroughly enjoyed
Pros:

The room was fine , comfortable . The location was fine easy access to Tenby and Saundersfoot .
We ate in the restaurant twice and the food was excellent . The staff though really made it they were friendly and efficient

Cons:

The coffee mainly as it was not strong enough or warm enough .

Pros:

the breakfast was first class, lots of variety and excellent. our room was beautiful we stayed in CHINA, a lot of attention to detail. staff were amazing really helpful and friendly.
Lokky's restaurant on site was lovely with fab food and choice.

thank you for a lovely weekend Imperial Dragon, big shout out to the girls on reception, Joy & RJ, all of you were lovely though we just don't know all of your names.

Cons:

location was a little out the way, so needed taxi's on the evenings to go into Saundersfoot. Taxi's are very hard to get hold of which isn't the hotel's fault, but doesn't make it easy to go out for evening meal and a drink.
our room was on the top floor and was beautiful but not good for anyone who struggles with stairs. i think because our bathroom was so big a walk in shower would have been fab, as the shower was over the bath so not good as you get older. just something to look at for the future.

Rather on the disappointing side, great staff, lacks basics expected at the price point.
Pros:

Excellent choice for breakfast, choice of cereals and both carnivores and vegetarian are well catered for with excellent cooked assortments.
Choice of yoghurt flavours and fresh fruit for anyone who wants something lighter.

Cons:

Although the restaurant is pan Asian there are few vegetables with the meat dishes and the menu is very limited.
There doesn't seem to be a resident's lounge resulting in limited options for amusement.
Room 15, which is where we stayed is on the top floor, only accessible by a flight of stairs and no lift, room had no seating at all, only the bed.
No safe provided in the room for guests personal possessions, so valuables had to kept with you.

Pros:

The hotel room was beautiful and very friendly hotel reception. The restaurant was lovely and food was delicious and very well presented.

Cons:

I was a bit disappointed with the restaurant service. They were very polite on arrival. After we ordered our food there was not much service. The waiter was more Interested in dealing with a customer who complained. When we had 3 empty glasses on the table very visible that we had no drinks for a length of time. Also waiter was on his phone a lot at bar and we had to shout for assistance to get more drinks.
