The staff were very friendly and resolved the issue I had with the wifi during the stay.
Unfortunately, I needed an early breakfast but this was not possible. I did have the money as credit to use in the restaurant to pay towards my evening meal.
We stayed as a family of 3 plus our dog in one of the dog friendly rooms. Exceptionally clean and very well decorated. Staff and facilities were Excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Top customer service. Highly recommended.

We had a couple of drinks in Lokkys then later on had room service (food) and it was so tasty!! Breakfast was great too! Will be coming back - looking forward to staying in the other luxury themed Rooms!!

Breakfast options were fabulous taking all tastes and diets into consideration. Great size portions and cooked beautifully.

Everything about our stay was excellent. From the time we arrived, until we left, the whole experience was fantastic. Staff were all extremely polite and helpful, the room was 1st class and the food exceptional. Couldn't fault a thing. Thank you all for a great break!!
Nothing
Stayed in room 15 on the second floor. The bed was comfortable, with a nice hot shower. The room was mostly clean with free tea and coffee and Welsh Cakes on arrival. Breakfast at Lokky's was delicious every morning. Ate there once in the evening as well and it was excellent. All staff were incredibly friendly throughout our stay.
The shower head was covered in pink slime mould and the toilet had a very poor flush. There was also a continuous machine buzzing sound through the night that was annoying but none of this was bad enough to spoil our stay.
