Located just a bus ride away from Saundersfoot and then onto Tenby. Great staff, comfortable rooms with most if not everything you need. Breakfast second to non with evening meal at Lokky’s an absolute treat. Would definitely visit again and maybe for a little longer.
There was nothing to dislike.
All staff at all times were genuinely friendly. At the end of each day it was nice to return to our temporary home. Would definitely recommend.
No lift but I would visit again and book a ground floor room.

Our stay at Imperial Dragon Hotel was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, it’s not somewhere we would return to or recommend to others.
Upon arriving in our room, it was evident that cleanliness had not been given proper attention. There were spider webs in multiple areas of the room, and we had to request housekeeping to clean it again.
We also dined at Lokky’s restaurant, and the experience was equally underwhelming. The food was significantly overpriced for the quality and taste provided, and overall, it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had during our travels.
Customer service throughout our stay was poor. On multiple occasions, we attempted to contact reception by phone, but no one answered.
Breakfast was another major let-down. On our first morning, our toast arrived quickly, but the actual cooked breakfast didn’t arrive until almost 20-30 minutes later. By the time the rest of the meal was served, the toast had gone completely cold. It showed a lack of coordination and attention to basic service standards.
The most disappointing part of our stay, however, was the breakfast experience on our second morning. We stood at the entrance for 10–15 minutes at a sign clearly stating, “Please wait to be seated,” yet no member of staff acknowledged us. When we eventually walked inside to ask for assistance, one member of staff spoke to us in a rude and dismissive manner in front of other guests, stating that we should have waited behind. The interaction was unnecessary and left us feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. She intentionally took us there just to show where we had to stay! Though we waited 10-15 min there already! She even apologised at the checkout time when we mentioned this to her later as we didn’t want to create a scene in front of all the guests.
To make matters worse, the breakfast itself was poor and did not meet the standards we would expect from a hotel of this type.
Very friendly and can't do enough for you. Sue and Angela are great hosts. Very comfortable and clean, superb extensive choice of breakfast , would definitely recommend and stay again. Good value for money. Great inhouse Thai restaurant with beautiful food.

- Would have liked better blinds in the room as they let in a lot of light
- The shower was under a low curved ceiling (restricted height) so was not easy for anyone over 5ft 5
