Professional property host/manager
The hotel is very well located and counts with all services you can expect from a hotel of this class.
Very helpful staff.
Especially Mr. Hussein Abu El Yussem (Team Leader) and Mr. Mohamed Maksoud (Restaurant / Food & Beverage Manager) deserve a special mention for their help.
Loud music until midnight both night I stayed. WiFi not great, and they changed the code after 24 hours
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The room was spacious and newly renovated. The staff was excellent especially Hussein who went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order. I would recommend for anyone
I didn’t check in
I was not aware it’s in army base and the 5 nights I only stayed there first night till I found another place I was disappointed if Expedia for false advertisement and lack professionalism this unfair and I would like my money back or credit
Airport Shuttle is a real plus! Very helpful and efficient.
This hotel was terrible. Do not be deceived by the pictures like we were.
This place is filthy, the bedding looked like it wasn't washed from the previous people who used the room because the flowers they use to make "cute" designs was found on the inside of my bed along with very questionable stains and marks.
Our room had 1 less towel, and we were 2 people sharing. When we asked for another towel in the evening, they said they don't have at that moment they will send one to our room the next morning. I am still waiting for that towel.
At check out, the staff also accused us of eating their packed nuts from the mini bar, which we did not do. They insisted the cleaning staff said the packet was gone from the room. We didn't even spend time in the hotel because the hotel was filthy and we really only needed a place to sleep for 1 night. The man with the glasses at the front desk was very rude at check out. They also "stored" our bags outside in the boiling hot sun. If we knew they were doing that we would have kept our bags because we had food stuff and desserts in our bags. Our bags were left outside in the sun for over 4 hours.
Thank goodness our stay was 1 night because I wouldn't have survived a second night. That one night was the worst sleep I've ever had, sleeping on top of dirty, questionable bedding.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
A Terrible experience. Dirty hotel, service staff were rude and unhelpful. The bedding had stains and was dusty. Left our bags in “storage” in the sun for 4 hours. Rooms had no toilet paper and when we asked for more, we were told there isn’t any? We carried our own bags in and out of the hotel. Didn’t even bother with breakfast because everything was filthy.
Don’t waste your money.
Clean and safe hotel inside a walled compound. Big outdoor pool in the summer but closed in winter. Very friendly staff. Mohab at reception is very helpful and speaks good English. Convenient for the airport and International Conference Centre. Only a 60EP Uber to either. Far from Cairo centre. There is nothing outside the hotel complex. Heavy security at the compound gate. 500EP Uber to the pyramids or GEM museum. Cashpoint for VISA cards in compound for Egyptian pounds. No hidden charges. Friendly restaurant staff. Good for traditional chicken or skewer dishes. Breakfast is either Egyptian, continental, or omelette
Ahmed and the breakfast crew were great! It is a property also trying to be an Egyptian club, so difficult to relax at the pool. It is not a great hotel for foreigners and you can tell not many stay there
Staff are nice and polite but the hotel and room are not clean. Room cleaners are no cleaning & the food from the hotel resultant are unsafe to eat. Its location is inconvenient. Not recommended for any stay (business, leisure or both).
Hotel structure is big and very comfortable. There are many restaurants a trail to exercise with jogging, kids area, fields to play football tennis anf even paddle. And there is a beautiful swimming pool just in front of the rooms! Staff is very kind and very attentive. Highly recommended!
It was decent, had a small issue with the security guards not letting me through the gate with some snacks, Eventually let me through though. There was also a bit of confusion with the check out time, as it said noon on the the app so I assumed it was 12 but I got a call at 10 telling me to check out, Confirmation with the checkout time during check-in would’ve been good. They also needed me to send them the receipt of the booking.
