Diferente de lo que imaginé
Pros:

El personal es muy amable, queda cerca de las pirámides y el gran museo egipcio, pero la zona de Giza es algo triste, muy sucia, los animalitos como perros y gatos viven en las calles en condiciones terribles igual que muchos niños en abandono y mendigos

La zona, pero esto aplica a todo Giza y el Cairo en general

По соотношению цена-качество было отлично. Удобный матрас, хороший напор в душе, всегда была вода (в некоторых отзывах про другие отели писали про отсутствие воды). Довольно сытный завтрак (омлет, йогурт, немного фруктов и овощей, хлеб, какая-то вкусная местная намазка из бобов). Но надо иметь в виду, что завтрак с 8:30, если ранний выезд на экскурсию, то надо искать другое место для завтрака. Также от отеля заказывали трансфер из аэропорта, который приехал вовремя и благополучно доставил нас в отель

Cons:

С улицы довольно шумно от машин, которые постоянно сигналят, иногда дают собаки, поэтому нормально спать можно только с закрытым балконом, благо есть кондиционер.
Слышимость из коридора тоже очень хорошая, но для нас это было некритично, мы рано вставали и поздно ложились

Pros:

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The best part was definitely the incredible view of the pyramids from the room. 😍

The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help. The guys at reception are very nice, and I especially want to mention Ahmed, who was absolutely amazing. Every time I called him, he answered and helped me with whatever I needed, always with a great attitude. Honestly, the service was 10/10.

I also want to mention the cleaning lady, who was constantly making sure everything was clean and tidy, and she even brought me breakfast. You can really see that the whole team cares about their guests.

Overall, a 10/10 experience. Beautiful room, great cleanliness, incredible pyramid views, and amazing staff. I would definitely stay here again!

Bella vista e staff cortese, ma troppi dettagli trascurati per il prezzo pagato
Pros:

La terrazza offre una vista davvero molto carina sulle piramidi. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile: prima del mio arrivo avevo richiesto delle sedie in camera e le ho trovate già pronte al momento del check-in. Molto gradite e comode anche le ciabattine fornite nel set di cortesia.

Cons:

Diversi aspetti andrebbero migliorati, soprattutto a fronte di un prezzo piuttosto elevato per la zona:
●Comfort e dotazioni della camera: L'aria condizionata punta direttamente sul letto, risultando molto fastidiosa durante la notte, ma spegnerla rendeva la stanza caldissima. I cuscini erano scomodi, i telecomandi (TV e AC) erano sporchi e le lampade dei due comodini erano prive di lampadine. La dotazione e le finiture del bagno erano piuttosto modeste.
●Insonorizzazione e rumore: L'isolamento acustico verso la strada è praticamente inesistente, si sentiva chiaramente ogni rumore esterno. Inoltre, sulla terrazza sono installati due motori esterni dei condizionatori (di cui uno della mia stanza) che, quando in funzione, rendevano impossibile stare fuori nella terrazza.
●Spazi comuni: L'ingresso e la palazzina sono condivisi con altri due hotel e appartamenti privati; queste aree comuni non gestite direttamente dalla struttura erano molto buie e sporche.
●Colazione: Impostata con formula fissa senza un menù chiaro e senza possibilità di sapere in anticipo cosa viene servito, genera parecchio spreco alimentare.

كل شيء بداية من الاستاذ اللي في الاستقبال و طاقم العمل الخلوق و المتفاني في عمله ، الى حداثة الغرفة و الراحة و الاطمئنان حقيقة تجربة ستكرر دائماً رغم عدم ثقتي في بوكينج و التطبيقات المشابهة ولكن هذا الفندق لم يخيب ظني
