Disappointed.
Pros:

Room comfortable, breakfast great, staff very helpful.

Cons:

SkyBar very loud music most of the night made it hard to sleep. Although hotel is adults only, pool and beach are crowded with screaming children.

للأسف كانت تجربتنا غير مرضية للأسباب التالية:
تعامل الموظفين غير لائق ويتدخلون في خصوصيات النزلاء بشكل مزعج.
الشاطئ الخاص بالفندق صغير جداً، ولا يُسمح بدخول شواطئ الفنادق الأخرى، حيث يتم منعك فوراً.
عند الذهاب إلى موقع الشاطئ في المغرب تم منعنا حتى من الوقوف فقط دون السباحة، وكان تعامل الأمن بأسلوب فيه استخدام مفرط للسلطة ودون احترام للنزيل.
مياه الفندق غير ساخنة، مما سبب لنا إزعاجاً كبيراً.
الفندق صغير ومشترك جزئياً مع فندق مارينا شرم في جزء محدود.
الموقع بعيد عن سيارات الأجرة، وعند توفر تاكسي قريب تكون الأسعار مرتفعة بسبب طول المسافة داخل الممشى للوصول إلى الفندق.
الفندق غير مناسب للعائلات المحافظة.
بشكل عام، لا أنصح به لمن يبحث عن الراحة والخصوصية وحسن التعامل.

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ βοηθητικό και ιδιαίτερα η Αμιρα στην υποδοχή και οΑλι επίσης εξαιρετικά ήταν και στο πρωινό τα δύο παιδιά οπου μου διαφεύγει το όνομα τους πολύ διακριτικοί όλοι Η παραλία δύο βηματα

Δεν μου άρεσε η φασαρία και ο έντονος θόρυβος του μπαρ στην ταράτσα του ξενοδοχείου, όπως και η φασαρία που δημιουργούσε διπλανό ξενοδοχείο με τις μουσικές εκδηλώσεις Έπρεπε μόνιμα να έχεις κλειστά παράθυρα.

Enjoyed our stay but location was wrong for us
Pros:

Breakfast good. Unusual property. Only the middle level of the building is owned by the hotel. The roof top Skybar is separate. It shares the pool with another hotel. Also shares the beach although there is a tiny area for Suites and Spa guests. Beach is very crowded. Although hotel is adults only beach and pool are not.

Cons:

Quite a noisy location with all the clubs and bars surrounding it

Superb hotel with the nicest staff ever
Pros:

Great hotel with a private beach.
The free drinks and snacks were unexpected and very appreciated. A lot of free things, including a 30 min massage :)
The room is very spacious and clean.
The staff is amazing, specially the receptionists Amira and Ali who made us feel at home.
Thank you so much for making our stay memorable.

Our room was nice and spacious little expensive for Egypt...great sea view ....the staff was amazing special Amira in front desk and Mr.Tamel in breakfast room...

Cons:

We scheduled massage at this hotel for 90 min...but at time on our apt.the spa was closed and we have to go in our bathrobs to the sister hotel...there we had only 50 min massage, they say 90 min was together with sauna and steam room...but I made very clear if I booked massage that was 90min just the massage...they give us 30 min free massage for next time,but if we want to book next time they couldn't accommodate us they just was too busy i guess...

Pros:

Kahvaltı idealdi. Personelin güler yüzlü olması, çözümcü olması güzeldi. Özellikle resepsiyonist Amira Tarek isimli personel çok ilgili, kibar ve yardımcıydı.

Cons:

Böylesi güzel ve 5 yıldızlı bir otelin öğlen, akşam gibi yemek hizmetleri de olmalıydı.

مبنى تاريخي سكن فيه الرئيس السادات ، وعلى الرغم من صغر الفندق وبساطته وقلة مرافقه ، إلا أنه يمتاز بالتالي:
- موقع خيالي أمام البحر وبمنتصف شارع نعمة باي ، وهو الوحيد من فئته في هذا الموقع الاستراتيجي
- موظفي الاستقبال عندهم اصرار على إرضاء جميع الزبائن بكل الطرق ، حيث تعاملت مع الأخ محمد عواد والأخ علي والأخت أظن اسمها أميرة ، وجميعهم كانوا قمة في البشاشة وحسن التعامل
