L'accueil est très agréable et le personnel serviable et attentionné. Les petites attentions dans la chambre; des boissons et quelques petites choses à manger. La mise à disposition gracieuse de boissons et nourritures variées à la plage est très agréable. J'ai aussi eu une longue discussion avec Ali à la réception; un jeune homme de culture avec une éducation de qualité; un moment précieux durant lequel nous avons parlé de l’Égypte authentique. J'ai cru qu'il était le manager de l'hôtel car il en a l'étoffe.

Location is perfect. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were super friendly and professional.

Мы останавливались в этом отеле на два с половиной дня. Выбрали его исходя из отзывов на Booking, и не ошиблись. Чистота. Очень удобный номер. Холл ароматизируется прекрасным запахом лаванды. Что создает еще более уютную и свежую атмосферу. Прекрасный отзывчивый персонал, особенно хочется отметить Mohamed Awaad и Ali Elgebaly. Завтрак на веранде с прекрасным видом на море, что заслуживает особой отметки. Завтраки достаточно скромные, но вполне достаточные, все свежее и самое примечательное очень вкусный кофе. В номере Халат, тапочки, полный набор мыльных принадлежностей и даже мочалка.
Все очень достойно и приятно!

The service was fantastic. Warm and friendly at desk and in dining room. Food was fresh and delicious, Room spacious and clean. Access to the beach perfect!

Otele adım attığımız ilk andan itibaren kendimizi özel hissettik. Konum, temizlik, odaların ferahlığı, denizin berraklığı… Her şey kelimenin tam anlamıyla kusursuzdu. Şarm’da tatil yapacaksanız başka yer aramayın derim.

Ama bu deneyimi olağanüstü yapan en önemli şey kesinlikle resepsiyondaki Ali oldu. Güler yüzü, ilgisi, profesyonelliği ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı sayesinde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. En küçük detayı bile atlamadan yardımcı oldu, her konuda destek verdi ve gerçekten tatilimizi unutulmaz hale getirdi. Böyle çalışanlar bir otelin en büyük değeridir. Понравилось все, отель замечательный, новый, расположение с прекрасным видом и близко ко всему. Ресторан с вкусным завтраком, номера очень чистые.
Особенная благодарность всему персоналу отеля. Сервис на высшем уровне. Большое спасибо сотрудникам ресепшн, и особенно Али, который также помог нам продлить наше пребывание. Наилучшие рекомендации.
