We had an absolute blast.
Pros:

The property sits on one of the best beaches in Naama Bay. The water is Crystal clear . The attention from the staff is top notch. Everyone was kind, professional and made you feel like royalty. Ahmed at the restaurant went above and beyond each day. Ali at the reception was so attentive. Both of them, gentlemen. The breakfast is included, a royal breakfast, and snacks and sodas until 4 pm. The property is spotless. The sunrise was amazing. The jacuzzi at night was really nice. This hotel is located in a really nice place where you can safely walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants to choose from.

Pros:

Ali an der Rezeption, einfach wunderbar und toller Service. Er hat sich zum Beispiel so um uns gekümmert, dass er uns in das Restaurant persönlich geleitet hat. Und hat uns auch einen super Minivan für einen angemessenen Preis organisiert, in dem wir unser großes Gepäck mitnehmen konnten.
Die Lage und das Roof Top Restaurant mit dem Chef Selim dort. Essen und Getränke und Ausblick dort waren super.

Cons:

Noise - we had a room overlooking the beach but we were not prepared for all the noise that happened during the day from adjoining hotels and the hotel itself. At night time there was also a lot of noise from adjoining hotels and clubs which was unwelcome. No soundproofing which would have been welcome. Be prepared to expect a lot of loud music everywhere in Sharm el Sheikh as it’s a cultural preference.

Sure the position is great in Naama Bay

Cons:

The sea swimming area is nothing. If you get a room sea side, very nice during the day, impossible to stay and sleep at night when the near hotel Marina Sharm start disco from 00:00am until 03:00am at highest sound. Terrible. We asked the receptionist to change room for internal side area, he dined replying that the problem was in the near hotel and not at the Naama Bay Suite & SPA. Bad attitude, unpolished behavior, he ruined the all stay.

Pros:

My stay at this hotel in Sharm El Sheikh was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is so beautiful, perfect place near the beach calm, and relaxing.

A special thanks to (Ali) at the reception—he was extremely polite, helpful, and went out of his way to assist us with everything we needed. Big thanks as well to the (housekeeping team) they were incredibly polite, professional, and 100% trustworthy, which made us feel completely at ease. Also, (Ahmed Youssef), the restaurant chef, was one of the kindest people I’ve met there—his food and warm attitude made our dining experience extra special!

I thoroughly enjoyed every moment here and will definitely be coming back again on my next visit. Highly, highly recommended! 💯

Cons:

Unfortunate not all Taxis in Naama Bay can go inside to the area, so you have to walk a little bit to the main road to get a InDrive
