All crew members kind & helpful
All the staff at the hotel go above and beyond with their friendly and professional attitude. They helped me organise a birthday cake for my husband before arrival which was waiting in the room when we arrived and organised free pick up from the airport.
The jacuzzi beach front room was exactly as pictured and lived up to our expectations. Breakfast each morning was on our own table with a variety of food brought out by the friendliest waiter and then you can choose omelettes, scrambled or fried eggs as well.
Soft drinks & beer are free in the fridge in the room and fruit & sweet snacks are delivered to the room daily.
All soft drinks and snacks (burgers, hot dogs, chips) are free on the 2 beach areas for Naama Bay Suites & the Naama Bay hotel and you get 10% off at the rooftop Sky bar and at Buddha bar.
We will definitely return to the Naama Bay Suites, which is all down to the friendly staff and location of the hotel. It is in a great location to walk to the restaurants/bars and shops and direct access to the beach.
What wasn't made clear was what was included, where you could go, etc, we had to find this out ourselves during the holiday. An information sheet in the room would be useful.
The pool/gym belong to the neighbouring hotel and you have to enter & leave through a locked gate and wait for someone to let you in & out so an access card would have been useful here.
This area is not adults only, in fact the only area that is, is the rooms level and breakfast area.
Yes, there is noise from neighbouring hotels but it's only on 1 or 2 nights a week but you are in the centre of Naama Bay so it's to be expected.

The property was excellent—very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Very personal service and beautiful view over Naama Bay. Special mention to Ali and Wahel on reception and the restaurant staff at breakfast

كانت إقامتي في الفندق مميزة ومريحة للغاية.
كان طاقم العمل ودودًا ومتعاونًا ومحترفًا طوال الوقت.
أود أن أشكر بشكل خاص Wafek Wahed على تعاونه وأسلوبه الراقي.
كانت التجهيزات حديثة ونظيفة ومريحة جدًا.
أنصح بهذا الفندق بشدة وسأعود إليه بكل تأكيد.

The staff are great, very attentive and helpful. Great customer service and they always refilled our room with plenty of water. Wafek Wahed at reception was very nice, he has excellent customer service skills.
I don’t think you get value for money. The bathroom is not as shown in pictures, it’s not clean and the grout needs to be redone badly. The loud music from the bar upstairs is disturbing as it’s extremely loud at 2am when trying to sleep.

It is very central to all restaurants and bars.. Ali the receptionist was very helpfull throughout our stay.
