Pros:

La stanza vista mare con la vasca all esterno è stupenda. L accoglienza per la colazione è ottima , come la maggior parte delle persone che ci lavorano.

Cons:

Poca varietà di cibo nella colazione , la gradivo fosse piu intercontinentale.
La reception troppo piccola , una scrivania con una sedia.
Il personale è cortese ma non siamo riusciti a comunicare correttamente in quanto io con vado bene con l'inglese , avrei gradito anche qualcuno che parlasse bene l'italiano.
Ho chiesto come potevo fare per poter aspettare in quanto mi ero dimenticato del check out alle 12 e il mio volo era alle 22 , avrei gradito più disponibilità, ma non mi sono venuti incontro e sono stato costretto a prendere un altra stanza a prezzo pieno per poter restarci fino alle 20 circa . Avrei gradito un sovrapprezzo o più disponibilità per questo imprevisto e dimenticanza che avevo avuto. Mentre invece ho pagato 1 notte completa senza poi utilizzarla.

Everything was amazing, beautiful location in Naama bay very close to resturant and cafe and shops, Jacuzzi on balcony with sea view same as picture, breakfast was wonderful, staff was friendly and helpful, wafea helped me with transportation and Kamal on reception and saad take care room. I highly recommended the hotel.

I can confirm all the positive reviews I read before arriving therefore no need to repeat them but I will mention one event where it shows how this hotel is very safe and cares about their customers when my friend and bro at the reception Mr. Wafeq when he noticed a person who checked out was still around the surrounding of the hotel without obvious motive he immediately called the Police and the security guards of the hotel and this made me happy because I was with my beloved once. Everything is near you in the hotel and Wafeg was a true advisor and friend in a degree that I cancelled my up coming trip to Rimini to come back here.

Cons:

To be perfectly accurate I must say that the main negative issues are the difficulty of finding a taxi and the hotel's car is overypriced in addition the high music at night from the surrounding area esp at the pool side
