A charming, comfortable Nubian style hotel away from the hostel and bustle.
Pros:

It was well designed with the rooms having little terraces with seating outside and the Nile just beyond them. The decoration was charming and quirky. And the staff were wonderful, always there to help and make sure we had all we needed. We had early morning starts - before breakfast was served - and they were always there with coffee and breakfast for us early. They booked Ubers for us and were always charming and fun.

Cons:

We don’t like the crocodile lake. We fully appreciate this is a Nubian tradition but we found it upsetting.

A Hidden Gem in Aswan – Pure Relaxation and Style.
Pros:

I stayed at Sonesta Nouba Hotel in Aswan and honestly, it was beyond amazing!
The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and relaxing exactly what I needed. The location right on the Nile is stunning, and the views from the room were absolutely breathtaking.
The design and style of the hotel are just perfect modern with a beautiful Nubian touch. Every detail feels thoughtful and unique, from the architecture to the cozy yet stylish interior.
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help with anything I needed. I felt completely at home.
It’s the perfect place if you’re looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of Aswan in a luxurious and authentic setting.
I can’t recommend Sonesta Nouba enough I will definitely be coming back!

Chambres tres belles et tres confotables , la vue sur le nil magnifique.
on a adore la surprise quotidienne de deco avec les serviettes sur le lit.. Le personnel est tres gentil et attentionne, le restaurant est tres bon.

Beautiful Nubian hotel, 15 minutes away from Aswan.
Pros:

Beautiful Nubian Style hotel with Nile views. Great pool. As it’s 15 minutes away from Aswan is very peaceful.

Cons:

Everything was really nice. As a suggestion, probably have different options for beakfast

High level Nubian feel
Pros:

An exceptionally well-managed hotel just outside the city of Aswan. It is also a uniquely styled series of buildings where every room has a perfect view of the river Nile. There is also no downside to being far from the city since the hotel brings the cultural entertainment to you in the evenings. The rooms are each styled in its own unique Nubian decor. Don't forget to pet the resident cat!

Worth the distance
Pros:

We stayed here for our travels to Abu Simbal. While the hotel was a short way outside of Aswan, the staff was exceptionally gracious and friendly, our room was very comfortable, and the grounds were beautiful.

We very much appreciated the attentiveness the staff paid to us, making sure our stay was perfect. We loved being able to dine al Fresca and enjoy the sunset view of the Nile.

Charming small hotel
Pros:

Wonderful customer service. Istra at bar and pool was delightful. Very clean and new towels were pluses. Nubian style architecture and decoration. Lunch by pool was welcome after long day. Right on Nile. Did not hear the traffic noise behind the hotel
