Palma Vision Resort Hurghada

EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! NO CLEANING SERVICE, NO WARM WATER AND BREAKFAST HAD TO PAY EXTRA WHILE THEY SAID IT WAS INCLUDED! This hotel is not even one star and should definitely close as the owner Abdelatif doesn’t do anything to make this hotel work properly and even asked for 10 dollar breakfast that we forgot to pay for one day! He even wanted to call the police for the 10 dollar! Not even one day someone came to clean. We had to beg for toilet paper and my entire body was full of rashes because of the bacteries on the bed. The sheets and towels all dirty

The garden with the pool (although cold water and lots of flies) and the sea area are very nice.
The price at the moment is good.
But the room and service are a shame.
No shower curtain or anything. Leaking. Bathroom within a minute full of water.
Leaking from rooms above you so much mold. No sheets around the blanket.
Only 1 out of all lights working.
Breakfast had no juice or even tea. Rotten eggs (!) for 2 days because they cook alot and keep giving the same food next days. After they found out there were no more eggs.
The last 2 days there was no breakfast at all anymore. It was booked and paid for.
Went to ask, but nobody at reception. (As often) Waited half an hour. They simply say: no, no breakfast today. But after complaining they order something. Tell you to wait 30 minutes. Arrives after over 1 hour. They promised next day it will be good again, but same story.
I lost my patience and left to go to another hotel for my last 5 days.

Last 2 days i had workers on my balcony, (which i could not lock) coming from the front of the building. no warning given. No other room offered.

If you keep your expectations very low, you can enjoy the pool area. I have stayed in cheap hostels often, so i am used to low standards and i could deal with it for a while. But in fact, they should not even be open and sold online at the moment.

Sorry to write such bad review but i feel like i have to warn people before they book.
Hopefully the hotel will work on those things.

Uprofesjonelle ansatte, hotellsjefen var opptatt av å tjene mere penger for allerede bestilt hotellrom. Ansatte som satt ved resepsjon kunne ikke snakke Engelsk. Fikk lite hjelp i.f.t praktiske/ informative saker. Henviste heletiden til hotellsjefen som kunne være tilgjengelig ut på kveldstid.

This hotel has great potential to be a good 4* - beautiful and clean beach and garden and swimming pools and certainly friendly staffs - especially the generalmanager Mr Abdel-latief. But no services at all. Rooms dirty - no pillows cases nor for duvets - disgustingand not hygienic, everything broken and not working and maintenance whatsoever. If you call reception usually no answers and when you get someone to pick up and you ask for something simple it can take hours to be reluctantly done. Breakfast is rubbish. Again, apart from staff nothing for me good about this hotel. I cut my stay from 8x nights to 4x and left to another and proper 4* hotel and i was so glad in doing so. I would not come back unless much improved and wouldn't recommend

l’hôtel très sale , les photos sur le site rien à voir avec la réalité, personnel désagréable.

Brillant- This restaurant have there Strong Wifi and beach. also swimming pool.

Reception have there information about activities like orange bay, paradise, Luxor, Cairo and more.

this hotel have there near city market best restaurant like about 15mins walk or taxi under 4 mins.

Need to improve only small thing water and soap that it.

Hôtel horriblement sale , toute les heures coupure d’eau , il n’y a rien de ce que expédia a mis dans son descriptif tout est faux je suis rester 1 jours et j’ai vite changer d’hôtel . Merci expédia de nous envoyer dans la cage au fauves sans vérifier les établissements avec qui vous travaillez vraiment plus jamais expédia

Pas de sécurité pas d'eau pas de moyen de transport les. Chambre ne correspond pas au photo la piscine parfait et la mer a de pas recommandé

De toute ma vie je n’est jamais vue un hôtel aussi médiocre que sa le personnel désagréable quand vous venez vous plaindre il vous rigole au nez ,
L’hôtel est salle il est tout délabré les chambre son salle les douche son toute bouchée après avoir changer de chambre c’était pire encore
Le petit déjeuner il y avais des frite des comcombre et tomate avec un pain de la ba rien d’autre
La piscine est tout casser de partout sa sent mauvais
La plage est salle et l’eau peut profonde 1m maximum
Je vous déconseille fortement cette hôtel tout les jours il a y des coupure d’électricité et d’eau

I liked the rooms,they were large and clean and comfortable.The staff were friendly and helpful,I enjoyed my stay there. Would recommend it if your budget was tight.

Terrebile hanno cambiato hotel di peggio

Un Hotel relativamente antiguo para lo que hay por la zona, con lo cual es un poco menos nuevo y necesita un poco de mantenimiento, pero están en ello, pero el espacio es mucho mayor que todos los hoteles de alrededor y desde luego para mí el espacio es un lujo el servicio es impecable súper amable. En conclusión, de los que he visto alrededor, no lo cambiaría por ninguno.
