Not bad.
Pros:

The staff in the restaurant and in general great. The room was spaceous and the food was very good.

Cons:

We paid for the deluxe room, quite a bit more than the standard, and did not get it the first night. I had to fight for it the second day, was told it was not available and after some back and forth (with the only rude female receptionist), it was magically available. I believe their staff sleep there which is why they were reluctant to give us our room. The room was beautiful, but it was a rush job to clean, a bunch of hair in the shower, the sheets smelled of mens perfume. They did not offer any money back for the first night lost in a standard room. This aside, the hotel in general has all services you could need and is quite good. The pool was very very dirty, would not swim in it.

Une nuit pour l’emplacement, pas davantage
Pros:

L’hôtel est vraiment tres bien placé, c’est son argument principal.

Cons:

Dans l’ensemble, les prestations n’étaient pas du tout à la hauteur : pas d’eau chaude, une chambre presque aveugle avec une fenêtre minuscule qui n’éclaire rien, une salle de bain tout juste propre avec une porte de baie vitrée en guise de porte de douche. La wifi ne fonctionnait que très peu, le room service est très lent et le petit déjeuner n’est pas bon du tout.

Wonderful
Pros:

Had a great experience 😊. Faisal , Habiba and the rest of the team were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was okay but it would have been nicer if they added more fruits 🍉 to the menu . Location was great as well. I will recommend this place

Cons:

My bedsheets were not changed for 6 days . So I slept on the same bedsheets until I left .

Fantastic views of the pyramids from the roof top pool bar
Pros:

Lovely clean cool rooms- the shower was really nice. Good bar and small swimming pool with views of the pyramids.

Cons:

Around the pool could do with being painted white so it doesn’t look run down

Egyptian stay with great location
Pros:

The property had the best location for visiting the pyramids and grand museum. You can see the pyramids form the roof top restaurant and pool. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and the aircondioner worked well. We felt safe and secure here.

Buenas vistas pero servicio regular.
Pros:

Cama grande y cómoda. Ducha muy amplia. Piscina con vistas a las pirámides.

Cons:

La habitación olía mucho a tabaco (ahí descubrimos que en este hotel permiten fumar en las habitaciones), y al quejarnos solo echaron ambientador en vez de cambiarnos de habitación. La caja fuerte es tan pequeña que no caben los portátiles, por lo que no era útil. No limpiaron nuestra habitación ninguno de los días que estuvimos allí. Poca ventilación ya que la única ventana daba a un pequeño patio interior. Se nos acabó el papel higiénico y el gel de baño y no nos lo repusieron a pesar de que fuimos expresamente a pedirlo en recepción. El restaurante tenía fotos engañosas en la carta respecto a los platos, no lo sirven como se muestran en las imágenes. Tardaron aproximadamente 1h en servirnos la comida desde que la pedimos.
