Fantastisk utsikt, ok fasiliteter og dårlig mat.
Pros:

Nydelig utsikt til pyramidene.

Cons:

Maten på restauranten var dårlig, og skitne duker på bordene. Vannet i svømmebassenget var kaldt, og var tilsatt noe som «smakte så rart» (uvisst hva) at ungene ikke ville bade. Slitte solsenger og parasoll.

Cons:

- Zero privacy bathroom, blinds added to clear glass but do not cover properly and block access to door. Frosted glass would have been better
- VERY loud roadnoise as hotel is on the motorway!!!
- Toiletries minimal and had to ask every time for restocking (even toilet paper). No dressing gown or slippers which is standard for a hotel in this price range.
- Tea coffee never restocked in room, water given every 2nd day only.
- Pool is tiny and sun bathing on view to people eating breakfast/ lunch. No working umbrellas.
- Breakfast was basic, no flatbreads but staff tried everything to help. Coffee is instant coffee
- no relaxation area except front lobby if you want to give the person you share a room with privacy to shower there is nowhere to go.
- just left of hotel is an isolated area completely dark at night. Area itself did not feel safe.
- ironing not possible only via paid laundry service ( even though the ironing done in same building).
- access to room via key and only one key issued, although our room was for 3 people.
- ***building not compliant with fire regulations***. Smoke alarm in room covered with plastic, no escape options from room in the event of fire. Please be aware of the risk

Cumple con lo necesario pero más costoso de lo que debería
Pros:

La vista a las pirámides muy bella, se veían increíbles. El personal fue amable aunque un poco de insistencia para venderte tours pero nada molesto. La habitación era suficiente para 3 personas. Las personas del restaurante del desayuno muy amables y atentas.

Cons:

El tema de la privacidad en el baño fue importante. Realmente debes tener mucha confianza o no tener pena por si tus acompañantes te ven haciendo tus necesidades o tomando un baño. Si bien sí tienen unas cortinas para tapar, no cubren del todo.
El personal del restaurante por las tardes podría ser un poco más amables. En una ocasión nos dieron un precio de una bebida lo cuál pagamos en efectivo y posteriormente nos dijeron que costaba más cara a lo que nos cobraron un poco más, quedándose el cambio, no lo pedimos porque quisimos dejarlo de propina pero estaría bien que tengan una tabla con precios para saber desde un inicio el costo total. Quisimos pedir unas bebidas a la habitación y nos dijeron que teníamos que subir por ellas.
Si bien nuestra experiencia no fue mala en sí, creo que el valor por lo que pagamos fue alto a comparación de lo que recibimos.

This hotel deserves a five star rating.
Pros:

We were able to upgrade our room at no extra costs and staff are all nice and professionals,

Chambre avec vue mais surtout avec bruit.
Pros:

L'emplacement est pratique, entre le site des pyramides et du GEM.
Il y a un rooftop qui permet de bénéficier d'une belle vue sur les pyramides.
La chambre était spacieuse avec une vue sur les pyramides ( mais les vitres sales).

Cons:

Nous avons choisi une chambre avec vue sur les pyramides, mal nous en a pris, elles donnent sur une route extrêmement bruyante et l'isolation des fenêtres est quasi inexistante : nous avons donc eu l'impression de dormir sur la route.
Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner à emporter, plutôt basique.

Les chambres donnant sur la rue, extrêmement bruyantes.
Mais les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres
Après la 1ere nuit, ns avons changé de chambre et c était parfait

Grande chambre. Pas trop bruyante contrairement à mes craintes (coté jardin). Belle vue sur les pyramides (7 minutes en taxi). Musee proche. Bon rapport qualité prix
