Adequate room, but dirty common areas
Pros:

The room was spacious. The shower was powerful. The bed was hard. The staff were friendly. Paid meals (dinner and lunch) were tasty, quick and a good portion size.

Cons:

The hotel was dirty on the rooftop and in the pool. There were a few dirty loungers and one solitary broken table. The breakfast was poor, basic and unappetising. The hotel was unusually empty. Very noisy on the street. Small distance to the pyramids and other locations but do not book a taxi from the hotel who quote EUR 25 for a 15 min ride, when you can pay EGP 200 for the same journey hailing a taxi outside the front door!

Perfect from start to finish wish we’d stayed longer
Pros:

Cannot fault this property from start to finish staff where very friendly room was excellent so was the food in the restraunt and the rooms where extremely clean and modern highly recommend

Correcte pour visiter les pyramides vite fais avec le musée.
Pros:

Le rooftop est bien jolie vue. La proximité avec le muséum et les pyramides top.

Cons:

Le bruit de la rue, chambre vue pyramide elle se trouvent juste en dessus de la route et c est un bruit incessant et insupportable.

Pros:

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were great, staff friendly, views incredible and great pool. We were assisted with a very late check in after our flights were delayed and also a late check out. The location was close to the pyramids and GEM and just everything we needed. We felt safe to walk down the street to the supermarket and coffee shops.

I can highly recommend this hotel and also Captain Hassan's great massage!

Las vistas de las pirámides es fantástica.

Cons:

Antes de la llegada se les remitió mensaje y no contestaron. Quisimos ampliar una noche y recepción nos dijo que había que hacerlo a través de Booking. La app de Booking no nos dejó modificar la duración de la estancia. Puesto que estábamos dejó tour por El Cairo, intentamos contactar a lo largo de todo el día con recepción a través del teléfono, de WhatsApp y de la mensajería de Booking, sin tener respuesta alguna y con todo el equipaje en la habitación. A la llegada al hotel a las 01:00 AM y tras preguntar por qué no contestaban a los mensajes, nos indicaron que si queríamos alojarnos esa noche debíamos pagar un precio que era el doble de la primera noche (40€). Precio abusivo con respecto a otros hoteles de la zona y similares características. El colmo fue cuando subimos a la habitación y estaba sin limpiar. Bajamos de nuevo y tuvimos que esperar a que limpiasen la habitación para poder alojarnos 40 minutos de espera.
El trato en vez de resolver fue como esto es lo que hay lo tomas o lo dejas., ya que a las 1:30 am no vas a ir a buscar otro hotel. Todo un abuso.
Advierto: La piscina está muy descuidada.
Cafetería: si quieres café normal tienes que pagarlo aparte, solo incluye Nescafé. No hay leche caliente.
Cama: el colchón se hunde totalmente en el centro.

Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Teams.

Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Frau Samar. Sie war immer sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und hat uns bei der Organisation von schönen und tollen Ausflügen unterstützt. Vielen Dank dafür! ❤️

Auch Hasan an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, respektvoll und immer gut gelaunt. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an Hasan am Pool – sein liebevoller und respektvoller Umgang mit unseren Kindern war wirklich wunderschön. Die Kinder hatten dadurch noch mehr Spaß und haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt. ❤️

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt als Familie sehr genossen und uns im Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und den tollen Service!

Not bad.
Pros:

The staff in the restaurant and in general great. The room was spaceous and the food was very good.

Cons:

We paid for the deluxe room, quite a bit more than the standard, and did not get it the first night. I had to fight for it the second day, was told it was not available and after some back and forth (with the only rude female receptionist), it was magically available. I believe their staff sleep there which is why they were reluctant to give us our room. The room was beautiful, but it was a rush job to clean, a bunch of hair in the shower, the sheets smelled of mens perfume. They did not offer any money back for the first night lost in a standard room. This aside, the hotel in general has all services you could need and is quite good. The pool was very very dirty, would not swim in it.
