Pros:

I recently had a wonderful stay at Pyramid Front and would like to sincerely thank all the staff members for their warm welcome, exceptional hospitality, and very helpful recommendations. The level of care and professionalism truly made our experience memorable.

The breakfast was simple but offered a good variety of options. While it was satisfactory, the food selection at the rooftop restaurant could certainly be improved to better match the stunning sunset views it offers watching the sunset from there was absolutely magical!

I also want to commend the hotel for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, especially in the dining areas and food service. That said, the room decor could use some refreshing and modernization to fully reflect the overall quality of the property.

On a very positive note, the laundry service was excellent: fast, reliable, and priced very reasonably, which is a rare and highly appreciated perk for travelers.

Overall, this was a highly enjoyable stay thanks to the dedicated team, beautiful views, and attentive service. I would gladly return and confidently recommend Pyramid Front to fellow travelers.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Pyramid Front Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff welcomed me warmly and provided exceptional hospitality throughout my visit. I would like to sincerely thank every team member for their professionalism, kindness, and constant attention to detail. My room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. I highly recommend dining at the rooftop restaurant, the food was not only delicious but also prepared and served with outstanding cleanliness and care. A disgusting hotel
Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The cleanliness was poor, the service was slow, and the staff were not professional. The room was not as shown in the pictures, and there were several issues that were not handled properly.
Overall, the hotel was not worth the price, and I would not stay here again.

Le Caire ok juste pour les pyramides et les musées mais trés rapidement
Pros:

L'emplacement en face des pyramides, le personnel "Tahar" et ses collègues de l'acceuil et du restaurant.
La.chambre et les lits.

Cons:

La sdb toute vitrée (manque d'intimité). Les tarifs en euros ou dollar pour la restauration avec des tarifs très chers sachant que l'Egypte n'est pas reconnu pour sa gastronomie.
Je n'ai pas apprécié l'énorme route super bruyante qui passe devant l'hotel ainsi que l'énorme usine entre l'hotel et les pyramides.
En règle générale Le Caire qui est super pollué et surpeuplé, et malheureusement aussi la mendicité accrue (prévoyez un budget rien que pour ça !)

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and were overall very satisfied with our experience. The food was especially delicious, with a great variety and excellent taste.

We would also like to highlight the reception staff, who were very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. In particular, Taha and Mohamed Ramadan made a great impression with their professionalism and kindness.

We will definitely come back at the first opportunity. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

‏ One of the Worst Hotels I’ve Ever Stayed In

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below any acceptable standards. The cleanliness was very poor, and the rooms were not properly maintained. There was a clear lack of attention to detail.

The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful. There was no real concern for guest comfort, and no effort to resolve issues. The service was extremely slow, as if even basic requests were too much to handle.

The food was of very low quality, with little to no variety. On top of that, the prices were completely unreasonable compared to the poor level of service and facilities provided.

Overall, this was a terrible experience that I would never repeat. I do not recommend this hotel at all. there are many better options available for the same price or even less.

Shocking Experience Rat Found in Hotel Restaurant

I honestly consider this one of the worst hotels in Egypt. This hotel treats tourists and foreigners as if they are just a commodity.

I stayed there with a group of my clients — we booked 24 rooms for 29 adults and 8 children. Before our arrival, we asked if it would be possible to have dinner upon arrival, and we were told yes, everything would be arranged by a staff member named Samar. At first, everything seemed great.

However, upon arrival, the reception staff including the front office manager, Ahmed asked us to pay additional fees, claiming they were taxes. This was never mentioned to us beforehand. Since it was late, we had no choice but to pay.

After getting our rooms, we went to the restaurant for dinner, and that’s when the real shock happened. After ordering and being served our food, while we were eating inside the dining area, we saw a rat inside the restaurant. The staff tried to distract us, but we all noticed it. We were completely shocked to see something like this while eating.

We immediately stopped eating and left the restaurant. Instead of apologizing, they forced us to pay the bill and treated us in a completely unacceptable manner. They even claimed that the menu prices were outdated and that the actual cost was $30 per person, which is completely unreasonable. No one informed us of this when we entered the restaurant or even when we spoke to them before arrival.

We are extremely disappointed with this hotel. We feel that we were scammed, treated poorly, and on top of that, the restaurant showed a complete lack of cleanliness and hygiene. Seeing a rat inside a restaurant is absolutely unacceptable and a complete disaster.
