Pros:

L'hôtel est situé face aux pyramides. Il est situé sur un grand axe routier avec beaucoup de circulation (Gizeh et le Caire). Obligation de prendre un taxi ou careem pour se rendre sur les différents sites. Les abords de l'hôtel sont très sales. Il existe quelques rooftop sympathiques aux alentours avec vue sur les pyramides.
La chambre était très propre et spacieuse.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est plus que très moyen. La propreté est limite.

Am avut o experiență extrem de dezamăgitoare la acest hotel din Egipt și nu îl recomand deloc. Deși în pachetul meu de cazare era inclus transportul cu taxiul atât la sosire, cât și la plecare, am fost pus în situația neplăcută de a plăti din nou pentru acest serviciu. Practic, am plătit de două ori pentru același lucru.

La sosire mi s-a cerut bani pentru taxi, deși le-am explicat clar că transferul era inclus în rezervare. Personalul nu a fost deloc cooperant și nu a dorit să verifice situația. Mai mult, aceeași problemă s-a repetat și la plecare, când din nou am fost obligat să plătesc pentru transportul care trebuia să fie deja acoperit.

Consider că este o practică incorectă și foarte neprofesionistă. Ca turist, te aștepți la transparență și respectarea serviciilor pentru care ai plătit deja. Din păcate, aici am simțit exact opusul.

Din cauza acestei experiențe neplăcute, nu voi mai reveni la acest hotel și nici nu îl voi recomanda altor turiști. Dacă alegeți să vă cazați aici, aveți mare grijă la costurile „ascunse” și verificați totul de mai multe ori, pentru că există riscul să plătiți servicii care ar trebui să fie deja incluse.

Great location; an okay stay.
Pros:

It was a great location and the staff are accommodating! 24 hour restaurant on the roof!

Cons:

The 1st room we got was dirty but they got us an upgrade! The iron burnt my shirt, and the food took over an hour to get the 1st time but staff attempted to make up for all of that. They DO NOT allow guests to come to your room.

Pros:

The location and view from the roof were great. The room was pleasant, fairly spacious and clean

Cons:

The food was very average . I was shocked to have to pay extra for real coffee in a china cup at breakfast. Otherwise it was paper/plastic cups, even at dinner.

J’avais un doute sur la réservation de coup moi j’ai réservé par booking j’ai payé mais quand j’ai arrivé à l’hôtel il m’a dis qu’il faut payer sur place et là j’ai un peu de doute

Güzel
Pros:

Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve ilgili idi. Evimizde gibi hissettirdi. Hunny ve Samara ya ayriyeten teşekkür ederim. Her şey çok güzeldi.

Restoranda alışık olmadığımız ağır bir koku vardı. Baharatlardan olabilir.
