Tourist Palace Hotel

The room was nice and comfortable, and the service was excellent. I spent 7 days in the hotel, and I ate breakfast only one morning. I didn't like it.
The hotel crew was very helpful and attentive to my needs. They coordinate all my tours, trips and purchases for me without extra service fees.

I was very pleased with my stay there. I checked in after midnight and the guy at the desk was very helpful, he even lend me some local currency so I buy a snack. I told him I wanted to upgrade my room and he was kind enough to show me some of the available rooms for me to choose from. The rooms are separate from reception, giving you more privacy. Breakfast was included and it was from 9 to 11. I only had it once and this woman asked me whether I wanted boiled eggs or omelette, to which I picked the later. In the end she brought me scrambled eggs on a dish, bread, butter, marmalade... It wasn't bad. The location is good. You're walking distance from Tahir Square and the river Nile. The only somewhat negative things were that they don't have a "Do not disturb" sign on the room, so whenever they came to clean, you needed to open the door and tell them you didn't want to, or going to reception and tell them not to clean. Additionally, there just one toilet paper roll in the room which won't last too long if you use it to clean or as a napkin. Overall, I think I'd probably stay there again if I went back.

One of the best and cleanest hotels in the area, their single rooms feature AC, TV, Very clean toilet, highly recommended for solo travelers and packbackers.

It's a new hotel , good location ,the staff are so friendly and helpful , the breakfast is delicious , we take two family rooms, there are so clean and the beds are comfortable , and the view is beautiful , the hotel in middle of the twon all the restaurants and markets are near if you want to make shopping, I recommended this hotel for a nice staying 😍

It was nice hotel because the location in the centre of downtown just 300 meters to the tahrer square and the room was like the photos was cleaning and very quiet and the breakfast was very enough and complete haily recommend this hotel

Nous avons reservé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel pour une belle chambre...
on nous a donné une autre chambre vraiment pas terrible pour la première nuit sans compensation.
La deuxieme nuit nous avons bieu la chambre reservé mais il n'y avait pas d'eau.

It was very bad hotel and even not one star level , not clean internet is very weak

Our booking information we were sent said that the Tourist Palace Hotel was on the first floor. When we arrived at an unattractive building we managed to see a sign in the building with an arrow on the first floor that took you to a building renovation. It was only later that we discovered the hotel was on the 5th floor of the building that had a less than appealing entrance.
We paid for an early check in but were not told at the time that the water was not working - that meant no shower, flushing of the toilet or washing our hands. The following day the electricity was out.
The room was clean and comfortable but due to what was mentioned above we relocated to another hotel and our friends that were to join us the following night cancelled their booking.

The hotel should be clearer online and onsite with the location of the hotel.

Beautiful room and lovely hosts. Good location, although it is in an older building and the entrance to the hotel is not labelled, entrance is under construction with piles of construction materials pilled. Luckily our driver new where to go and walked us in and took thr elevator with us to the appropriate floor.

Rooms are well cleaned and newly renovated. WiFi was ok (but went down from time to time). But the best thing is the very helpful front desk!
On the downside there is no restaurant of pantry or common area to hang out at all. But great staff!
