Very beautiful hotel – it literally touches your heart. First of all, the staff are incredibly helpful, very friendly, and cooperative, from the reception all the way to the housekeeping team. Secondly, the hotel is spotless; they clean continuously, and the rooms are newly furnished. I will definitely be coming back for a second and third time. Thank you very much!

The staff's eagerness to help.

Cons:

The staff's English language proficiency could be improved. Also, the seashells and sharp stones that pricks and cuts your feet when you enter the lagoon in the shallow part are a big disappointment. If these are removed, that would greatly improve the guests experience.

We had an amazing stay at Creek Residence Hotel in El Gouna. The hotel is perfect for anyone looking for relaxation, tranquility, and quality time with family or friends. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, away from the noise, making it an ideal place to unwind.

We stayed in an Executive Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. What made our stay even more special was the incredible hospitality of the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, polite, welcoming, and always happy to help.

My birthday was on the 19th, and the hotel surprised me with a complimentary birthday cake as a thoughtful gesture. It was such a sweet touch that made us feel truly valued and appreciated.

Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend Creek Residence Hotel and will definitely be returning!

Execellent hotel
Pros:

The staff was amazing, Mr.Mohamed,Mr Eid and the reception team,Mr.Ahmed and the dinning team and Mr Mahmoud were so helpful and nice.

Also,the hotel's calm and realxing vibes specially the lagoon and private pools were the highlight of our stay,food was lovely and rooms were clean.

Cons:

Maybe how far the hotel is from the downtown as it feels a bit isolated.
