Pros:

- staff is super helpful, cheerful and cooperative. Mohamed on the front desk was particularly great
- spacious rooms with great views
- everything you need in one place
- great central location right next to Gouna’s sliders park

Cons:

- breakfast is a bit limited in options
- cumbersome process to get/replace beach towels

Pros:

Friendly staff everyone including Ziad at reception. Beautiful resort with all amenities (nice gym and pool)

Cons:

Beach is like 10mins away. Breakfast could slightly improve- better toaster and peanut butter would help for vegetarians

Pros:

Le personnel était incroyable ! Toujours aux petits soins. Nous avions choisi au début une petite chambre, après quelques problèmes de literie et d’odeurs dont nous avons fait part is nous int tout de suite proposé une suite avec une vue incroyable ! Nous remercions vraiment Alaa pour ce geste et n’hésiterons pas à revenir dans cet hôtel.

Cons:

La literie pas très confortable, peut être pensé à changer les matelas…il y a avait une odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain de la première chambre que nous avons eu
