Execellent hotel
Pros:

The staff was amazing, Mr.Mohamed,Mr Eid and the reception team,Mr.Ahmed and the dinning team and Mr Mahmoud were so helpful and nice.

Also,the hotel's calm and realxing vibes specially the lagoon and private pools were the highlight of our stay,food was lovely and rooms were clean.

Cons:

Maybe how far the hotel is from the downtown as it feels a bit isolated.

Everything was perfect, and the staff made our stay truly special.

Amazing hotel with outstanding service! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations.

A special thank you to Alaa, Mohamed, Bassem, and Mr. Eid from the Front Office, Mr. Ahmed from F&B, and Ahmed from Reservations. They all went above and beyond to make sure we were happy throughout our stay. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to come back!

Staff were really friendly, hotel facilities were very nice and clean. Location was great

The quality of the food and drinks in the restaurant.
No privacy ( for girls) in the spa area.
The lagoon water was not that clean.
