it was a pleasant stay for me. the staff were really nice and helpful. I was a bit sick and my room was cold so I asked for a heater and they bring me a blanket and a heater. I couldn't find a hairdryer in my room so again I asked for it and they gave it to me one. bottom line if your room is lack of something you need it they will help you about it. my only problem was the street noise. it was always so noisy because of an active, love street. it was really bothering for me since I have a light sleep but I bought earplugs from a pharmacy and that helped me. their breakfast was not for me but it wasn't bad. it was okay. thanks for your services.

Would still definitely stay here again. And would highly recommend how easy it is to get around from it.
Pros:

Amazing views from the room and very friendly receptionist on 6th floor. It was also very spacious and the room temperature was perfect. To add, the shower was great and they left a broom and sandals for the water.

Cons:

Breakfast was very minimal compared to the other hotels I stayed in in Egypt. Nor was there a great ambience. They just served and disappeared, never asking if I would have preferred coffee or tea or any refills.

Camera non pulita adeguatamente, bagno mal organizzato, mancanza di appendini sia in camera che in bagno e mancanza di accessori da bagno (shampoo), asciugamani piccoli.
