Amarina Jannah Resort & Aqua Park

Warmly welcomed by the staff and was treated as part of the hotel's extended family by the managers and even the GM, Hassan.
The service and food were of a very good standard. Even though the hotel had 100% occupancy, it was easy to get a table in the buffet and 3 special restaurants. There were many empty sunloungers available around the pools and on the beach.
This was my third visit in 15 months and will be returning to celebrate Xmas and NY this year.
I can't wait!!

Siamo tornati ieri sera dopo una settimana in questo hotel, famiglia con due “ ragazzi “ di 11 e 14 anni.
Abbiamo prenotato pochi giorni prima ad un prezzo davvero conveniente.
La struttura è bellissima, le camere sono divise in casette di 4 unità, molto spaziose e provviste di tutto il necessario.
Pulizia della stanza e rifornimento d acqua tutti i giorni.
Struttura molto ecologica, ogni casetta ha il tetto in paglia - idem gli ombrelloni struttura in legno e copertura di paglia.
La formula all inclusive eccellente - cibo vario e buono !!!
Teli mare a disposizione degli ospiti.
Ottimo per i bimbi !!! Spazi dedicati ai più piccoli e per i più grandi acqua park con diversi scivoli, mio figlio ha passato la sua vacanza lì 🙃
Barriera vivace e anche se non c è l accesso diretto dalla spiaggia ci sono due insenature dove poter fare il bagno senza dover andare per forza oltre al trampolino.
Il personale è il punto forte ! Attento disponibile e simpatico anche con i bambini 😍
Animazione ottima e non invadente, intrattenimento serale ottimo con spettacoli diversi tutte le sere !
Per quanto riguarda la posizione ottima a 10 minuti dall aeroporto e altrettanti da Port Ghalib abbastanza ventosa

It was perfect

Struttura con un rapporto qualità prezzo incredibile e perfetta per famiglie con bambini. Abbiamo soggiornato 14 giorni a luglio 2025, il personale è tutto estremamente gentile e disponibile, ringraziamo in particolare Fadel che si occupa della pulizia delle camere. Cibo buono e piuttosto vario (considerando comunque che non siamo in Italia), la colazione è favolosa e a cena c'è sempre un menù speciale. La barriera corallina è facilissima da raggiungere e piena di pesci, è presente pure una zona di acqua bassa ideale per bambini o chi non sa nuotare. La struttura è in fase di espansione e ci sono dei lavori in corso che però non disturbano in alcun modo il soggiorno. Ottima anche la possibilità di effettuare escursioni partendo direttamente dal resort.

My second stay at Amarina Jannah this year. Loved it the first time, second visit was just as good, if not better. All the staff and managers were friendly and attentive to details. All were happy to chat to everyone.The buffet food was varied and well cooked. The a-la-cart restaurant food were a little bit 'special'. Definitely will return 2025 as I was treated as family not just another guest.

Abbiamo soggiornato presto questo resort per due settimane e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Il personale è veramente molto disponibile e gentile, il cibo buono e con variazione di serate a tema. Intrattenimento di giorno e serale coinvolgente ma non insistente da parte degli animatori. Adatto alle famiglie con bambini grazie alle molte piscine e dal bellissimo acquapark il tutto in un ambiente che definirei familiare e poco dispersivo. La barriera corallina al di là del pontile veramente bella. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e sicuramente lo consiglieremo e ci torneremo. Ulteriore nota positiva, il nuovo centro diving per fare immersioni ed escursioni presso la struttura gestito da un personale attento e disponibilissimo.

Very good place specially beach, Marina and friendly staff.
Snorkeling is great and if you’re lucky you can swim with turtles, dolphins.
Animation team trying to make your stay perfect.
All staff everywhere is friendly and supportive.
Good can be much better regarding varieties and taste in the main restaurant. But in Italian restaurant was great.
Aqua park is very good

I would like to thanks mr amr very much he is very professional and he has the know how of hospitality and The food was okay need some improvement i like the italian pizza and i like the specialization of cleanining that they use special chemical product for every surface but the housemans need some trainning how in cleaning and how to deal with guest but overall the experience was very good and i would like to visit the hotel again

Eine tolle Ort zum ausruhen, klein familienfreundlich, sauber, von Anfang an bis zum Ende sehr zufrieden.

Wir haben hier 4 Nächte im April auf unserer Ägyptenrundreise verbracht.

Positiv:
- Die Anlage sieht sehr schön aus und hat 5-Sterne (Landesstandard).
- alles war sauber
- Mitarbeiter waren allesamt freundlich und hilfsbereit
- Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet


Neutral:
- Essen (wir waren nur im Hauptrestaurant essen) war durchschnittlich - bei der großen Auswahl gab es zumindest immer was, was auch geschmeckt hat. Es war aber hygienisch einwandfrei
- Getränke - Kaffee war ok, Säfte/Cocktails waren nicht mein Geschmack, lokaler Weißwein war ok, anderen Alkohol hab ich nicht getrunken.
- Lage, man ist dort eingesperrt da sich neben den Hotel nur Wüste befindet
- Hotel ist teilweise noch Baustelle - davon bekommt man aber nichts mit

Negativ:
- Massage - hat uns nicht gefallen und für Ägypten überteuert

Nous avons réservé une chambre famille (en payant évidemment un supplément de prix à ebookers) mais n'avons obtenu, malgré notre insistance, qu'une chambre double. Selon l'hôtel, ils n'ont pas de chambre famille... Pourtant tant ebookers que booking proposent ces chambres famille de 75 m2. Qui se moque du client ?

Pros.:
Check in was very quick and welcoming.
Staff in all the premises are very friendly.
Lunch and dinner was very tasty and had a good variety.
Rooms are spacious, very clean and well decorated.
Pools are nice but were able to swim within the heated one only due to cold weather during that week of my vacation.
We didn't try the aqua park.
Oriental desserts are really tasty.
Hot and soft drinks are really well prepared.
Cons:
Breakfast needs a lot of improvement in quality and in variety. Worst quality of cheese they use.
Western desserts needs a lot of improvement as well.
Snacks needs to be improved.
Having a live cooking station during dinner would be nice.
Would definitely visit again hopefully they can fix those minor issues that can make a tremendous vacation

Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie sehr schöne 7 Tage über Silvester im Amarina Jannah Hotel verbracht. Die Zimmer sind groß, alles ist neu und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist super freundlich und bemüht einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen! Toll war gerade für die Kinder jetzt in der Winterzeit der beheizte Pool und der Rutschenpark, man musste nie anstehen! Leider war der Steg ins Meer noch nicht fertig gebaut, sodass es mit dem Schnorcheln am Hausriff kaum möglich war. Aber er ist in Arbeit und wird sicher bald fertig sein. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen! 👍
