Pros:

Hôtel familial de milieu de gamme avec un personnel très sympathique et aidant.
Nourriture en abondance et bonne.
Nous avons eu la chance et merci beaucoup pour cela d'être dans une suite vue mer au lieu de la chambre double vue mer réservée.
Si je devais revenir à Marsa Alam c'est avec plaisir que je reviendrai dans cet établissement.

Cons:

Pour l'instant le centre de plongée de l'hôtel est fermé ainsi que la salle de sport.
Mais ceci n'est qu'un details

Pros:

My sister and I came from Italy and had an amazing time at this resort. The place is lovely, clean, and very comfortable, but what made it really special was the people. Everyone was extremely kind, polite, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. A big thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it!

Reception staff was amazing at check-in especially. Best entertainment team! My kids loved the volleyball and beach buggy activity with the lovely super helpful team. I adored the DJ and life singing , Best songs selection ! The oriental show was so enjoyable with great vibes

Cons:

I wosh for etter access to the deep end of the sea , it was a bit busy sometimes . I think another staircase completely away from coral rocks would help , as it was so difficult to avoid

Pros:

Ubytování bylo pěkné, pokoje čisté, na přání nám byla doplněna ještě jedna postel. Bazén čistý s více úrovněmi, což je dobré pro děti. Jídla dost na snídaních, obědech a večeřích. V mezičase pouze malý bufet, to by mohlo být lepší a pestřejší. Personál velmi přátelský a ochotný, pokud jsme něco potřebovali, pomohl reception manager, Mr. Abdo.

Pros:

Відмінний персонал, менеджер завжди був на звʼязку, миттєво вирішувались всі питання, які були. Дуже смачна кухня. Великий вибір страв, є веганські страви. Були різні типи страв і на вогні і печена і смажена. Багато фруктів. Поселення відбулось завчасно, номер був готовий. Пляж щоранку приводили в порядок, анімація на пляжі гарно працює.

La struttura molto grande, spiaggia bellissima

Cons:

La pulizia non è il loro forte, lo staff sulla spiaggia molto pesante, non ti puoi rilassare perché ogni secondo vengono che vogliono venderti qualcosa! Cibo pessimo per noi italiani, cocktail inesistenti, birra e vino di bassissimo livello!!!

A very comfortable and suitable place for the price paid
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and professional, especially Mr. Kilani, the fort office manager. He is a courteous, respectful, and kind person. He very helpfully upgraded my room and also helped me get an early check-in whenever possible, and I am very grateful to him.

The food, beach, and staff were excellent, and I loved being there.

Le personnel est serviable et très sympa. Les animations sont accessibles sans être dérangeantes.
Les piscines sont belles et mention spéciale à la piscine chauffée qui est vraiment chaude ! Les repas sont bons et variés au cours de la semaine, nous n'avons jamais mangé la même chose. Les fonds sous-marins sont de grande beauté merci aux lifeguards qui ont toujours su faire en sorte d'ouvrir à l'accès au snorkelling dès que les conditions le permettent. Hôtel reposant, un séjour très agréable.
Je vous conseille la sortie snorkelling ou diving en bateau, lamentins et tortues sur un bateau au top.

Cons:

Le ponton mériterait une restauration complète mais il est encore fonctionnel, pour le moment...

Da non perdere!
Pros:

Buonissima relazione qualità-prezzo. Punto spiaggia tra i migliori di tutta Marsa Alam, con una spiaggia molto ampia adatta alle famiglie,e un lungo pontile dove è possibile fare snorkeling.
La cosa migliore di questo resort è sicuramente il personale, sempre molto gentile e disponibile.
Ringrazio Mohamed Abdel Rady e Mohamed Saber della reception che ci hanno aiutato tantissimo.
I ragazzi del diving center sono eccezionali, proponendo le loro attività senza essere troppo insistenti; grazie specialmente ad Abdul che ci ha aiutate con la programmazione delle escursioni. I ragazzi del punto di ristoro sono fenomenali, molto servizievoli e gentili.
Consiglio anche di non perdersi “la tenda” di Musty, con i suoi buonissimi tè che hanno fatto guarire me e la mia amica dall’influenza e ci ha svoltato tutte le serate nella desertica Marsa Alam.
Tornerò sicuramente!

Cons:

Penso sia necessario cambiare gli asciugamani della spiaggia, si vedono un po’ vecchi e alcuni avevano delle macchie.

Una bella Vacanza
Pros:

Il Resort in generale si presenta bene, con grandi aiuole di verde, fiori e palme, la spiaggia di fine sabbia, bassa profondità del mare sino alla barriera corallina. Le strutture comuni sono pulite e ben servite, il personale e gentile e disponibile e gli animatori coinvolgenti. Infine la stanza doppia (2 Persone) con poggiolo vista Mare

Cons:

il cibo discreto, ma poco vario, c'è comunque la possibilità di cenare alla carta, a base di pesce, sulla piscina ma non l'ho provato.
