Pros:

Lo staff di questo Resort è estremamente gentile e disponibile, soprattutto il Sig. Kilani alla reception e Sultan che organizza escursioni e risolve sempre tutto.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuta la visita all'infermiera del Resort dove c'è un medico a disposizione della clientela che ancor prima di guardare cosa avessi mi ha chiesto se avevo l'assicurazione sanitaria.

Pros:

Siamo stati due settimane e ci siamo trovati molto bene! La posizione è eccellente. Spiaggia privata di fronte alla struttura. La camera vista mare aveva un balcone che affacciava direttamente sulla spiaggia. Meraviglioso! Abbiamo fatto ogni giorno un massaggio e lo staff era molto preparato e gentile. Mona la massaggiatrice per donne è una ragazza meravigliosa con un grande cuore che si è presa cura di me ogni giorno. Grazie Mona! Spero di rivederti un giorno!
Tutto il personale era molto gentile e il direttore della reception sig Ali è stato molto accogliente con noi.

Ogni volta un’ esperienza positiva

Questo è ormai il terzo soggiorno al resort e ogni volta ci conferma perché lo scegliamo: piccolo, accogliente e in ottima posizione, con una bellissima barriera corallina. Un ringraziamento speciale a Gerges, del negozio di spezie e profumi, che è diventato ormai un nostro caro amico e dove si trovano prodotti di ottima qualità. Apprezziamo moltissimo anche la struttura e la cura dei dettagli. Un grazie particolare anche al ragazzo che puliva la nostra stanza, gentilissimo, simpaticissimo e sempre attento a ogni esigenza. Resort perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità, bel mare e un’atmosfera familiare.

Spiaggia e posizione eccezionale, barriera corallina di facile accessibilità e bellissima.
Serata di capodanno molto divertente e piacevole organizzata con grande cura e bellissima scenografia, ottima musica e bravissimi cantanti.
Staff sempre molto cordiale ed efficiente
In particolare il Receptionist Manager Ali Atef sempre attento e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con simpatia e sorriso.
Cene di pesce in spiaggia e ristorante Mongolian di ottimo livello.

Great stay
Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was wonderful and very welcoming. The pool was excellent, with warm water, which made it very relaxing. The New Year’s Eve party was fantastic – well organized, with great music and a lot of fun. We truly enjoyed our time and would happily come back again.

Нам сподобався відпочинок в готелі. Розташований близько до пляжу. Гарний піщаний пляж, для дитини було дуже добре. На території готелю багато пальм, зелені і квітів. Номер звичайний, є чайник, холодильник. Щодня оновлюють запас води, чай, кави. Їжа в готелі сподобалася, була смачна. Є басейн з підігрівом, дитяча кімната. Вдень і ввечері проводять міні-діско для дітей. Ввечері є шоу-програми. Персонал дуже привітний. Особливо сподобався адміністратор Gabar на ресепшені, завжди радий допомогти гостям по всім питанням

отличный, чистый отель, хоть и не новый, прекрасная команда анииаторов и рецепшн, поили, кормили и развлекали, как могли, и ночью недорого отправили в следующее путешествие в Луксор, каждый день давали пр иглашения в ресторан a la carte, больше всех запомнились девушки- вниматоры из Туниса и менеджер итальянского ресторана, им отдельный респект и уважуха
