Günstig aber schlechte Führung. Das Hotel hat großes Potential nach oben.
Pros:

Empfangsaperitiv war lecker.
Upgrade des Zimmers auf Meerblick.
Nahe am Strand und Riff zum Schnorcheln.
Das Abendrestaurant Mongolian war lecker, welches man einmal pro Woche nutzen konnte!
Zimmer waren recht sauber, bis auf den teilweise staubigen Boden.
Relativ nahe am Flughafen und somit kurze Fahrtzeit.
Check In war unkompliziert und schnell, Checkout genauso!
Mitarbeiter an Rezeption und Zimmerreinigung freundlich.

Cons:

Teller und Gedeck waren oft schmutzig. Tische waren schmutzig. Essen war meist nicht überweltigend. Die Löffel für Marmeladen schwammen in den Marmeladen, anstatt dass jemand diese etwas gereinigt hätte. Kellner waren unfreundlich (mit einigen wenigen Ausnahmen). Cocktails waren extrem süß und mit schlechtem Alkohol, total ungeniesbar. Das Bier war schlecht, und hatte einen üblen Geruch. War wahrscheinlich abgelaufen. Man konnte sich aber Bier in Dosen kaufen, welches gut war, allerings ist das für uns dann nicht mehr All-Inclusive. Man bot uns 2 Dosen gratis pro Tag als Entschädigung an, was aber das Problem nicht löst.
Der Steg zum Riff ist in einem schlechten Zustand.

Pros:

Siamo stati due settimane in questo albergo con uno staff eccezionale. Possiamo fare i migliori complimenti al capo ricevimento signor Kilani e al receptionist Mohamed Saber che hanno seguito tutto il nostro soggiorno aiutando sin da subito a risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema, un servizio impeccabile. Il territorio dell'albergo è molto bello ed abbiamo apprezzato molto la cura per il verde. Nell'albergo c'è una nuova gestione, abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che lo staff stesse sistemando alcune parti dell' hotel rendendole più belle ed abbiamo notato il cambiamento durante la nostra permanenza.
L'hotel presenta quattro ristoranti, il ristorante principale rispetto ad altri hotel 5 stelle in Egitto è molto meglio perché benché non abbia un'ampia scelta il cibo è sempre fresco ogni giorno. Ci sono altri tre ristoranti: italiano, mongolian e di pesce a pagamento; da italiani abbiamo molto apprezzato il ristorante italiano che presentava piatti italiani cucinati bene (per i turisti italiani non siete in Italia e non ci sono i nostri prodotti, cercate di apprezzare), siamo stati tre volte nel ristorante a pagamento era ottimo, pesce di ottima qualità e servizio eccellente abbiamo avuto la possibilità di avere due cene romantiche sulla spiaggia, davvero romantico, i maitre Amani e Ahmed Mahmod hanno saputo regalarci un ottima esperienza. Le aree dell piscine sono due con alcune piscine più piccole all'interno, molto pulite e piacevoli. La spiaggia ha la sabbia molto bella, sembra di essere alle Maldive, gli asciugamani per la spiaggia sono forniti dall' hotel. Un pontile collega l' hotel ad una fantastica barriera corallina abbiamo visto una grande varietà di pesci e persino la tartaruga. Il bagnino del mare signor Sabry è semplicemente super sempre pronto ad aiutare nell'ingresso e nell'uscita dal mare e a dare consigli e suggerimenti per l'esplorazione della barriera corallina.

I had a really lovely stay at the hotel. The place itself is beautiful, and the atmosphere is very warm and relaxing. The staff were amazing — very kind, polite, generous, and always helpful whenever we needed anything.

The spirit of the hotel is wonderful, and the food was also very nice. Overall, the vibes were great and made the experience even more special.

Inshallah, this won’t be our last time here. We will definitely come back again! 😊
