This is the worst resort I have ever been to. Worst service ever.. Worst staff ever.. The staff doesn't know how to treat guests. I can't count the issues we experienced in this so called "family fun trip". I'll try to summarize
1- The address was wrong in the confirmation email which made us spend more than one extra hour to reach the hotel.
2- Reception people were not professional with the check in process.
3- The pool area is not safe as it has water outlets higher than the ground level and my son tripped and injured from them. Image attached
4- The water park area is extremely not safe. There is no water outlets.. so the ground is full of slippery green ponds.. I saw at least 4 people slipping and get hurts badly
5- Dinner service staff was very rude and not trained at all on how to service guests.
6- Pasta line tales at least 35 minutes.. So ridiculous.
7- We ordered room service one day and they brought and old cooked, hard,rice!!!!
8- worst of all, Our Challeh had a water outage for more than 6 hours.. We stayed in our swimsuits with sea water and sand for more than 6 hours!!!!!!!! I think you can imagine how that feels like!!!
There were more other bad experience but As I said I will only mention as much as I can.
We are really disappointed and didn't expect that at all from such an expensive resort.

since I entered the Chalet, There was a strong, unbearable smell in the room that made it very uncomfortable to stay in, the room is not clean, the aqua park water looked green like a canal,
The buffet is very poor no food variety
The staff is good( receptionist) but the house keeping department is not acceptable.

Pros:

All over all the trip was good facility .it wasn't crowded but the road to the resort wasn't good.
Sea water afternoon has alot of dirt.
My advice to visit sea in early morning.
You should have your own car to be free to move outside.
Most of Stuff cooperative .
I booked a sea view chalet but i got a garden view one.
Cost benefits there are some another alternative deserve to see

Pros:

We reside in chalet, it wasn’t clean, doors became old and difficult to close, we requested to move to another one in our first day. In third day the water was cut and we spent one night without water, then we shifted another chalet

Property is well maintained and clean and staff is great, location in Expedia is wrong it is shown as in Ghazala bay but it is in a weird location near government buildings I Almaden city, away from what you would expect from egypt north coast vibe
