Very disappointing.
Pros:

Location was good. Lobby area was pleasant and spacious. The hotel is close to several coffee shops and restaurants as well as a supermarket. Water, snacks and a plate of fruit were present on arrival.

Cons:

The room was very shabby. The small coffee table was broken with sharp peeling edges. The floor lamp, balance and hair dryer were not working. There was no soap in the bathroom. The shower head could not be fixed to the required height as it was broken.

على حمام السباحه في لؤي متعاون جدا
على الشهر في محمد مصباح متعاون جدا وكتله من النشاط
في كمان على البار على الشاطئ رمضان ولد مؤدب جدا
المطعم والبوفيه رائع جدا الشيفات ممتازين
بشكل عام احنا ثاني مره لينا في الفندق كنا موجودين من سنه بالظبط تقريبا في نفس التواريخ او قبلها باسبوع والفندق اتحسن كثير جدا جدا

Very good hotel but there is a big room for improvement
Pros:

Very good hotel
Very good level of cleanliness
Very good breakfast
Swimming pools are clean and big
Rooms are clean and good size
AC working well

Cons:

1. Check in, Check out process is very poor and slow..clearly they need more staff in Reception.

2. Food from restaurant (Room service) is very bad and needs a lot of improvement.

3. They need more staff in Restaurant during breakfast time .

4. Guest relations team should be improved.
