Cons:

There was no porter to help you in luggage at the entrance, just help your self, At reception there was receptionist who seemed to be overload, distracted and exhausted and there was an issue regarding the 2 rooms location miss Rewan came and she was cooperative and solved the problem
Also , the finished of the unit need some refinement to be optimum for a 5 star hotel

افطار متنوع اكثر من رائع \موظف الريسبشن الاستاذ احمد شهاب متعاون ومهذب ومحترم ويلبي اي طلب بسرعه وكفاءه وحب وتعاون غير مسبوق ومنتهي الادب والاخلاق العاليه وكذلك جميع العاملين بالمطعم من شيفات وموظفين وشاطئ البحر روووعه

العاملين يبذلوا أفضل مافي وسعهم وخاصة الاستاذة روان في الاستقبال والاستاذ أحمد شهاب في الاستقبال بذلوا كل مافي وسعهم لخدمتنا اثناء فترة الاقامة . خالص شكري لهم

الافطار متواضع جدا لايرقي لمستوي الخمس نجوم علي الاطلاق . ولايوجد تنوع مطلقا .... لايوجد ماكينة اسبرسو فقط نسكافيه في أكواب ورق أو شاي مثل فندق 3 نجوم

Pros:

Sea view room, pools, breakfast and the calm, safe sea (almost no waves).

Cons:

The beach needs more attention to continuously remove trash from the small bin attached to the umbrellas and from the sand.

Die Luxus Zimmer zB mit Meerblick sind klasse.
Die Lage, wenn man auf der Werft arbeitet ist super.

Die Standardzimmer sind abgewohnt.

He is very helpful trying to do his best to make us happy .
All the staff in the hotel are trying to help as much as they can , trying to provide anything.
The seating areas in the hotel are nice and clean.
Quality of food in breakfast is very good
