Wonderful and unexpected experience
Pros:

The view is exceptional - you can see the pool as well as the Suez Canal from the rooms. Balconies are a great size allowing you to drink your afternoon tea and enjoy the view. The reception staff were very helpful and gave us great recommendations for lunch and dinner as well as things to do in Port Said. Breakfast was hefty with great varieties offered to suit all tastes. The outdoor area in the main dining hall is a great place to have your coffee in the sun. Definitely a great place.

A lovely hotel with professional and dedicated staff, but service speed on the beach needs improvement.
Pros:

I would like to highlight the professionalism and warm hospitality of the staff, especially Rawan. She went above and beyond by customizing three rooms to perfectly suit our needs.

Cons:

Two of the rooms were connected, which was not mentioned in advance. Additionally, the beach service was very slow—we waited nearly an hour to receive a single coffee.

Pros:

The hotel was excellent. Everything was very clean, the room was comfortable, and the beach and sea were amazing. The location is perfect for relaxation, and the overall experience was very enjoyable.

I would also like to give special thanks to Rawan from Guest Relations, who was extremely helpful and professional. She was following up with me starting from the booking confirmation, and she assisted me not only with the check-in and hotel arrangements, but also helped me get to know the hotel and guided me about Port Said and the places I could visit, since this was my first time there. Her support really made my stay much easier and more enjoyable.

Overall, it was a very nice stay and I would definitely visit again.

Cons:

The only small issue was the private café, where the music was a bit too loud at times and the wedding parties the noise was too loud

Wonderful and cozy stay
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay, the location, beach, breakfast, and rooms were all excellent. The staff were very cooperative and welcoming. A special thanks to Mr. Waleed, the restaurant manager, whose dedication and hands on approach in assisting during busy times greatly improved the service flow. I highly recommend this hotel.
