We would always remember our stay because of the friendly staff!
Pros:

The staff was outstanding, they really made our stay by their hospitality, politeness and everyday kind smiling. The rooms were totally clean and well organised. The breakfast buffet is another story that we wished it never ends - as food lovers.

Cons:

We wished to have more variety of Music. As it felt a bit exhausting to listen to the same music all the day long, especially it lasted until 11pm. In general, some pauses without music would be also appreciated and perhaps until 10pm could be enough. Only a suggestion :)

Fantastic staff, very busy and popular.
Pros:

Layout was very pretty and good. Had a private beach.

Cons:

Noisy .. lots of weddings event: children screaming very late at night and ridding around on bikes etc round the pools.
Food was mainly warm or cold.

Very pleasant vacation at Helnan Hotel

نظافه
المكان كله من الغرف للمطعم والبول والشاطى محتاج شويه عنايه بس الفيو تحفه
الهدوء كان ممتع جدا
اثاث الغرف كان جديد ومريح
معامله الاستف كانوا في غايه التهذيب والتعاون
الالعاب المتاحه للكبار والأطفال اكتر من ممتازه
A special applause to the restraunt's pastry chef, amazing quality and delightful taste. Very fresh

مكان راقي ومحترم هكرر النزول فيه بشكل دائم خلال زيارتي لبورسعيد وشكرا.

Cons:

المكيف كان لا يعمل بشكل جيد
الشاطى جميل ولكنه محتاج شويه عنايه بالاضافه الي خدمه تقديم مشروبات كانت غير متوفره علي الشاطئ

كل حاجه كانت تحفه المكان خطير وموقعه حلو جدا فوق الممتاز جو المكان عموما كان جميل اوى والاوضه كانت حلوه اوى وموقعها جميل وبتطل على البول والاوضه نضيفه جدااا وغير كل دا الاستاف كان قمه ف الزوق بجد وعندهم حسن استقبال رهيب ومتعاونين جدا جدااا وحقيقى انا حبيبت المكان اكتر من معاملتهم وخصوصا الاستاذ احمد شهاب ..والاستاذه روان كانو قمه ف الزوق بجد وساعدونى كتير وفعلا حابه ان اروح اقرر التجربه تانى🤍
