My stay at Helnan Port Fouad was disappointing, with very slow service, poor room maintenance, and inadequate housekeepi

Very Disappointing Experience at Helnan Port Fouad

Unfortunately, my stay at Helnan Port Fouad was quite disappointing and did not meet the standards I expected from a hotel of this level.

The check-in process was extremely slow, with an unreasonably long waiting time despite having a reservation. The service in general was also much slower than expected.

The room maintenance was not satisfactory, and several aspects of the room required better attention. In addition, the room cleaning was below an acceptable standard, which significantly affected the overall comfort of the stay.

Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in service speed, housekeeping, and maintenance. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the guest experience, because the location and potential of the hotel deserve much better service.

مكان جديد مع موظفين غير محترفين

المكان جيد الي حد ما … وجود شاطئ خاص

Cons:

تعامل موظفين الاستقبال كان سيئا في كل شيء… لا يوجد ادني استجابة لاي مشكلة تحدث
تم التواصل معهم اكثر من 4 مرات بسبب عطل تكييف الغرفة ولم يتم الاستجابة للاسف الا بعد عمل مشكلة معهم تسببت في تعكير صفو رحلتي
