Wonderful view for great value
Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Our room had a breathtaking view. The food options were satisfying, with a good variety to choose from, and everything we tried was tasty. (I recommend the "Pharaohs breakfast" for breakfast, you should try it!) Our room was clean, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and felt well taken care of.

Cons:

The room was a bit cold (in March) because some air was coming in from around the window. However, there was a heating device in the room which solved the problem.

Cons:

La longueur du service , nous avons parfois attendu presque 1 h30 pour avoir nos plats, c’est beaucoup trop long !

good value for money
Pros:

excellent views of pyramid right outside bedrrom window. Good location for Grand Museum and Giza.

Access to hotel somewhat an issue as located down narrow backstreets, with no signs or directions, so restricted to asking hotel to arraneg transport.

Cons:

Breakfast and dinner menus a bit bland but food cooked well and reasonably tasty. Pool very cold !

Sicuramente comodo per andare a piedi a visitare il parco Piramidi-Sfinge.

Cons:

Attorno la sera c'è poco, meglio prendere UBER e farsi portare in zona Zamalek, ma ricordatevi che taxi e uber non hanno il permesso per entrare a prendervi, ma possono entrare dentro se ci siete voi a bordo.

Lack of thinking about room space. There were no electrical sockets where they should be and were inaccessible. Room very badly designed. Room tired saved desperately in need of updating.

Bel hôtel, localisation tranquille
Pros:

Hôtel très propre, chambre agréable et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et varié. Mention spéciale pour le massage : absolument magnifique, un vrai coup de cœur !

Cons:

Petit point à noter : le quartier est très calme et assez peu animé, avec peu de commerces et de restaurants à proximité. La demi-pension était donc un vrai plus.

Вкусные завтраки, 4 позиции на выбор, подают на террасе с великолепным видом на пирамиду Хеопса, хорошие матрасы, подушки и постельное белье, вежливый персонал

Cons:

За 3 дня так и не удалось персоналу решить проблему с WiFi и интернета в отеле не было, кран в ванной комнате не подходит к раковине (слишком большой) и вода брызгает во все стороны. Отель довольно старый, но вроде там что-то ремонтируют. Район, где расположен отель, очень грязный и много разрушенных зданий.

A diamond in the rough, with top class staff.
Pros:

Location - we arrived at night and it was a bit scary turning down all these side streets in run down areas, but wow it was worth it for the view! Really handy to get around from hotel, 15 mins walk to Sphinx gate or about £1.50 in an uber.

Rooms - we had a rooftop room, king-size bed which was very comfortable, plenty of space in the room and nice and clean. Kids were on 2nd floor in a twin room, they got a pyramid view like us so were happy.

Facilities - we had 18 and 22 year old with us, they played pool every day and swam a couple of days. Also the odd game of table tennis.

Food - menu is available from 2pm-11pmamd there's lots of choice. It's not fancy but all freshly cooked for you.

Staff - by far the best thing about this place is the staff! They were all so helpful, couldn't do enough for us. Very friendly, very patient with our rubbish grasp of Arabic too. We were there during ramadan and the staff must have been tired and hungry/thirsty but they never showed it they were always happy and chatting and really were superb. Special mentions for Islam and Mohammed, but honestly they were all brilliant.

Cons:

You do need to have a bit of a thick skin, the area around the hotel is very dilapidated and people are living in extreme poverty. You can see this as soon as you leave the the hotel grounds or look out from the rooftop.

Rooftop rooms are noisy, you can hear the breakfast prep from 7am ish and people using restaurant/bar area until 11pm ish. Wasn't a problem for us, but might be for some people so worth asking for a room on another floor if you like early nights or late mornings.
