Location
Le personnel est accueillant, les repas sont trés bons
Le quartier où je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité
Le bruit toute la nuit dans la rue,les chiens qui aboient...
Good place, close to pyramids, good view, nice staff, clean.
Vista piramidi
Camera grande
Letti comodi
Colazione buona
Servizio taxi dell'hotel ottimo
Wifi poco funzionante
Lentezza nella cena ( + di 1 ora di attesa)
Zona degradata appena fuori dall'hotel
La posizione strategica vicino alle piramidi, la vista dal roof top, molto piacevole la piccola piscina
Struttura e' un po' datata.
La zona piscina potrebbe essere meglio sfruttata , se il bar fosse "aperto".
The hotel’s location is excellent, especially for visitors planning to see the pyramids, as they are within walking distance. The rooms are modern, clean, and well maintained, and the same can be said for the entire property, which was constantly being cleaned and improved throughout our stay. In addition to the pool, guests can enjoy various games and a billiards table.
One of the highlights is the rooftop terrace, which offers a truly unique view of the pyramids. We would also like to give special praise to the reception staff. They were incredibly helpful with every question and request we had, always friendly and professional. While the entire team was wonderful, Amr stood out in particular—his service was exceptional and easily deserves a 10/10 rating.
The reception team proactively asked for feedback and criticism, which we found to be very professional. The only issue we encountered was the disappointing service on the rooftop terrace. However, our feedback was taken very seriously, and the response was exceptionally quick and professional. The situation was handled so efficiently that it turned what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. We have rarely seen customer feedback addressed with such speed and competence, and we greatly appreciated it.
We loved this hotel and stayed there three times. It is in a quiet area, away from noise, and it offers great value for money.
The staff are excellent, especially Mahmoud, Karim, Amr and Ahmed, as well as the restaurant team. Everyone was very helpful and happy to answer any questions or requests.
The views of the pyramids are amazing. We stayed in three different rooms, and they were all a little different; some had a fridge and others did not.
You can walk to the pyramids in about 10 minutes. The GEM museum is around a 30-minute walk away, which we did, but you have to cross two motorways, so it is better to take an Uber, which costs around 200 EGP.
The swimming pool is small but very well taken care of.
The breakfast was delicious too.
We really recommend this hotel, as our experience was very positive.
The only thing I would change is the price of the hotel’s taxi service, as it was around four times more expensive than an Uber. It would be great if the hotel could work with local taxis that charge a little more than Uber, but not that much.
Le petit déjeuner était bon et copieux,
I originally booked Villa Khufu Pyramids for just 2 nights, but after experiencing the incredible location, breathtaking pyramid views, outstanding customer service, spotless cleanliness, and delicious food, we decided to extend my stay by 4 more nights.
The hotel offers one of the best views of the Pyramids you could ask for, making every morning and evening special. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The rooms and common areas were very clean and well maintained, and the food exceeded my expectations throughout my stay.
The staff are extremely nice and friendly. The food and drinks are exceptionally good and clean. The rooms and the facilities are super clean
The carpets in the room are a bit slippery
Tutto, posizione ottima con vista piramide di Cheope, servizio offerti, piscina, ristorante squisito personale disponibile e sorridente ,massaggio top
Super consigliato ad un prezzo interessantissimo han soddisfatto ogni esigenza
Bravi!
Nulla
Stuff was very nice and our room was comfortable and spacious with a view of the pyramids.
Very close to the pyramids.
The surrounding area is pretty dirty/poor, it didn't bother us but be aware, ut is Giza after all. No real food options near by.
Not a negative directly but...
View of the pyramid was very nice, but your are very close to it, if you want that majestic view and see the whole pyramids, this is not for you.
We stayed on the top floor, can get quite noisy, didn't bother us, but ppl with a light sleep, might struggle.
Beautiful Welcome with cold tamarind tea and water, immediately a gentleman helped to carry my bags to my room which was directly beside the pool with a superb view of the Khufu Pyramid. Truly majestic. The room was cool, with great a/c, egyptian cotton bedlinen, comfy pillows, refrigerator and plenty of space for up to six people.
There was nothing whatsoever that I didn't like.
The location of the hotel was a shock, but as shown in the brochure, our room had a view directly onto the Khufu pyramid as did the roof terrace restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good pool area alongside which were some recently refurbished rooms which, had we known about them in advance we would have booked. The owner/manager was easy to talk to and agreed that it was a work in progress and that they were making improvements as they were going along. I would definitely go back if only to see how the refurbishment had progressed. It was not the best hotel I have stayed in BUT the positive attitude to improvement and the efforts the staff made deserve success.
The location was initially daunting, but having walked along some of the lanes at night, it seemed safe enough and the local residents seemed to see us as a novelty. It does not serve alcohol, but there was a bottle shop/off licence not too far away and the drinks bought there could be consumed on the premises. The restaurant could have been better but the staff did their best and were willing to take on board new ideas. Again, it will be interesting to see the improvements made to this facility.
Such a 'home from home feeling' and with great luxury so I extended my stay, as a solo traveller and working in Cairo - its convenient but much less bustling, more tranquil than the city and with beautiful gardens, flowers and birds. There's an elevator for upper floors and also rooms to accommodate wheelchairs or people who are physically challenged. The roof restaurant has an unsurpassed view of the Khufu Pyramid with excellent food, all freshly prepared and adapted to your dietary needs, or changed to suit whatever you like. (I'm a bit particular about my breakfast eggs 😁) The menu is great and the freshness and quality of the food is excellent with generous portions. They have beautiful, and tailor made, mocktails and juices which are a taste sensation and there are tents with cushions inside, where I enjoyed some hubbly bubbly shisha. On the evening before Eid an Egyptian horn/trumpet player came to entertain us with a tabla/hand drummer. They were tremendously good fun and people were quick to dance and accompany them. Common areas and bedrooms are always immaculately clean, the staff are closeby at all times, but non invasive, tremendously polite and helpful, to the extent of accompanying me to nearby shops and the museum, an extraordinary service that I was most grateful for.
Do not take room 209 nor 210. Noooo Wifi. It took them 2 hours to fix it by having another hotel WiFi.
