the BEST PLACE to stay in Prague
Pros:

Can I submit a score beyond 5/5? This place was AMAZING! Beautiful classy room, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and so much space. Central location, very close to the Charles Bridge on Mala strana. Easy check and check out. I only regret that we had only one night here. Next time I will try and book my entire stay here. I can understand the very high ratings, and this time I can say it completely exceeded my expectations

Great location and accommodation but no room servicing
Pros:

Great location, good areas, comfortable beds.
Overall very clean, smooth self check-in process.

Cons:

No room cleaning on a 4 night stay is simply not acceptable given the price and type of accommodation.

Breakfast at bistro downstairs would’ve been a nice add on.

Heritage and comfort in line with a historic city like Prague but devoid of human interaction.
Pros:

Really nice and spacious rooms in line with the heritage of a city like Prague, easy check-in process (albeit with no human interaction).
Comfy bed and large bathtub. Close proximity to the tram line. 300-400m walks either side.
Fresh towels provided every day.
It was very kind of Petra to accommodate a late-checkout request when notified in advance.

Cons:

Since check-in is digital, there is almost no interaction with any staff at any point - which kind of takes the essence of traveling away.
The lifts are quite small and can't take more than 2 bags + 1 person at a time.
Trash from the previous stay wasn't picked up.
No luggage storage facility.

King suite with castle view is better than in the pictures. Large but cozy, Great atmosphere which made me feel like i was actually a king living in castle myself. 10/10 would book it again.

Pros:

Lokalita byla skvělá, tichá, ale stále blízko centra.
Příjemný personál, krásné ubytování, pohodlné postele.

Cons:

Jen drobnosti, dveře do koupelny se špatně zavíraly a kuchyňská baterie byla docela uvolněná, tak jsem se bála, aby se nepokazila.

Awesome!
Pros:

It was very nice to stay at the double bedroom, it has cool vintage vibe but still with quite good amenities and equipment (like a current era smart TV which is rare in hotels).
Self check-in is quick and handy, online staff is approachable and kind.
