Pros:

I recently stayed at Serry Beach Hotel in Egypt for one week, and I had an amazing experience!
The hotel was exceptionally clean, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. Both the sea and the pool were fantastic, perfect for a relaxing vacation.

I want to sincerely thank everyone working at the hotel, especially those who greeted us with smiles every day, the kitchen staff, the beach and pool team, and the housekeeping staff who kept our room spotless.

A special thank you goes to Ahmad.S at the reception , he was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived.

We also want to give a big thank you to Sarah, who was so sweet and always checked in to make sure everything was okay and asked if we needed anything.

I would absolutely love to come back to this hotel in the future!

Un petit sejour mais un merveilleux souvenir pour notre lune de miel
Pros:

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce magnifique resort, accueilli à la réception par un homme d’une extrême gentillesse qui nous a surclassé ce qui nous a permis d’être dans une chambre avec vu sur la plage. Le cadre est idyllique avec de beaux drapés ambiance zen et verdoyante, dans les couloirs une ambiance relaxante et de superbe parfums rende également cette expérience olfactivement incroyable. Chaque membre du personnel, qu’il soit à la cafétéria de l’entretien, à la piscine ou encore au rooftop ou ailleurs était d’une extrême gentillesse et très disponible et souriant sans exception! Un énorme merci à Sara membre francophone et dont la gentillesse et la disponibilité a été remarquable du début jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour - un immense merci pour ce séjour mémorable et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

L’organisation et le personnel de l’établissement laissent clairement à désirer.
On a constaté un traitement différent entre les clients — faut-il donner des pourboires pour être bien servis ?

Nous avons dîné au restaurant de poisson, et le service y était tout simplement catastrophique. Le serveur a failli faire tomber l’assiette sur mon mari, tant il semblait peu concerné par ce qu’il faisait. Nous avions commandé une soupe qui n’a jamais été servie. Le restaurant était pourtant vide… Nous avons eu notre repas à 21h30, et il semblait surtout pressé de rentrer. Ce n’est pas à nous de subir cela, surtout à ce niveau de gamme.

Le service bagage, quant à lui, est inexistant : nous avons dû traverser tout l’hôtel avec nos valises nous-mêmes lors du départ.

La propreté de la chambre est également à revoir : j’ai trouvé des poils sur mon oreiller, ce qui est inacceptable pour un établissement annoncé comme 5 étoiles.

Pour un hôtel à plus de 400 € la nuit, c’est franchement à fuir. Il ne mérite absolument pas ses 5 étoiles.

Même la piscine, déjà écaillée alors que l’hôtel est neuf, ne donne pas une impression de qualité.

La musique diffusée en continu est insupportable : à 9 h du matin, elle résonne déjà, ce qui rend impossible toute grasse matinée ou moment de calme fenêtre ouverte.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour fêter notre anniversaire de mariage, mais à part un gâteau dans la chambre, rien n’a été fait pour marquer l’occasion.

En conclusion, je déconseille vivement cet hôtel. Rien ne m’a plu, et j’avais hâte de rentrer.
À l’inverse, je recommande le Steigenberger Ras Soma, un établissement vraiment digne d’un 5 étoiles, voire davantage : personnel attentionné, service impeccable, tout y est parfait.

la nourriture, la gentillesse et l'attention du personnel de l'établissement, le cadre.

Cons:

les chambres mal insonorisées, des portes de chambres très bruyantes lors de leur fermeture et à l'occasion du nouvel an déception total de la politique de l'hotel qui a ignoré les clients n'ayant pas payé le supplément pour participer à l'évènement, comme cela a été mon cas, alors que le prix du séjour à cette période était déjà sur-facturé. Bref une honte! Je ne conseillerai jamais d'y aller à cette période. A savoir un prix abusé pour y participer, de la musique exclusivement local jusqu'à minuit et un feu d'artifice minable qui a duré moins de 5 minutes et je suis très large en parlant de minutes. Point également négatif, l'accès aux installations à la piscine orientés plein soleil qui sont monopolisés par des personnes ne suivant pas forcement la politique de l'hotel et personne pour les recadrer!

Idyllique
Pros:

Tout était parfait ! L’hôtel est magnifique, très bien conçu et paisible. Les restaurants sont nombreux, variés et proposent des styles très différents. Les piscines comme la plage sont impeccablement propres. Le cabaret a été une expérience incontournable et particulièrement appréciée. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse remarquable. Un immense merci à HANAN, notre interlocutrice francophone, pour sa disponibilité et son enthousiasme : une qualité précieuse qui fait souvent défaut dans d’autres hôtels que j’ai fréquentés en Égypte.

Отель новый, чистый. Внимательный и отзывчивый сервис. Хочу отметить housekeeper Mina на 2м этаже. Мне также понравился завтрак. Разнообразный, на все вкусы. Пляж поддерживается в идеальном состоянии. Комфортная зона для купания. Была вкусная еда на празднование Нового года.

Cons:

В моем номере 2030 плохо уходила вода в раковине.
Также я не смогла 2 раза попасть в ресторан Keif. Один раз мне сказали, что все столы заняты до 21:30, а второй день я попытаоась заказать заранее, но в полдень уже не было мест на вечер жо 21:00.

Nice hotel, great amenities- no vegan food
Pros:

staff were lovely and very helpful, overall aesthetic of the hotel is really nice, really big grounds, great beach and loads of options to eat should you choose them. A decent sized gym and yoga/Pilates on the beach.

Cons:

The rooms weren’t as looked after as the rest of the hotel,
Almost zero vegan food options, and a lot of food had hidden dairy even if they weren’t clearly marked as with dairy eg, lentils or vegetables curries. My partner struggled a lot with food options but one of the Chefs Chico made him fresh food every single meal so we’re super grateful!
