Pros:

The property had nice beaches and some facilities like the gym was maintained well.

Cons:

Some parts of the property were poorly maintained, and the staff were arrogant and very disrespectful. My stay was extremely stressful — it didn’t even feel like a vacation because there were constant arguments and meetings with management over unresolved issues.

To be honest, I have had a very difficult and unpleasant stay from the moment I stepped foot into this hotel. I have been constantly arguing with employees, treated very unfairly, and the service in this resort is the worst I have ever experienced in any hotel or resort in Egypt. The constant stress has made both my mother and me very sad and disappointed, turning what should have been a vacation into more of a debate. I do not understand how a place with such high reviews can deliver such poor quality of service.

From the beginning, staff interactions have been unhelpful and at times outright disrespectful. Instead of feeling welcomed, I have felt ignored and dismissed, which is unacceptable for a resort that claims to provide hospitality and comfort. The facilities themselves are poorly maintained, and requests for assistance or clarification are met with indifference. This lack of professionalism has created an environment where guests feel more like a burden than valued customers.

The emotional toll of this experience has been significant. A vacation is meant to provide rest, joy, and memorable moments, yet this stay has been filled with stress, frustration, and disappointment. My mother and I have been left feeling unwelcome and mistreated, which is not only disheartening but also damaging to the reputation of this establishment.

Guests deserve respect, fairness, and quality service, and unfortunately, none of these have been present during my stay

A wonderful and relaxing stay with excellent service and very welcoming staff.
Pros:

Everything was perfect. The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff were very decent, professional, and always helpful, which made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing major. My stay was very pleasant overall, and any small matter was handled in a professional and helpful way.

Exceptional service and stay
