There was very little to dislike about the property. One area that could be improved is the noise level around the rooms. At times, conversations between staff members were quite loud, which could be noticeable and slightly disturbing, especially during quiet hours. I would recommend maintaining a quieter and more discreet atmosphere around the guest rooms to ensure an even more relaxing experience.

I particularly loved the sophisticated design, immaculate rooms, beautiful surroundings, and the exceptional level of service. The entire team was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and professional, making every moment of the stay feel effortless and special. Truely amazing, we’ll do it again
Pros:

More than just a hotel — it was a truly special experience that made our first trip to Egypt even more memorable. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The food was amazing, multiple choices, different menues. We loved the aesthetic, the soft lighting, the atmosphere, and especially the playlist — the cherry on top! Everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Great vaule for the money
Pros:

This was the 1st time in an all inclusive hotel. The ecperience was amazing. I didn't even leave the hotel as there is so many things to do and so many places to eat and chill. All the staff were amazing and service was excellent. We didn't want to leave but will come back to this hotel again definitely.

Krásný moderní hotel, krásné čisté moře, přístup do Sidbadu jsme si moc užili. Jídlo nejlepší co jsem kdy na hotelech ochutnala, vše teplé, čerstvé a neskutečně chutné. Čisté pokoje, každý den doplněný minibar. Spot s kopečkovou zmrzlinou. Mexická restaurace za mě nejlepší s nejlepším personálem. Mohla bych psát do nekonečna jak moc jsem byla spokojená. Určitě přijedu znovu.

Cons:

Jediné mínus tak podlaha v bazénu už se loupala , ale tím že moře bylo hluboké až až, tak jsem neměla do bazénu ani potřebu chodit.

Pros:

Loved the activities, would love to have more pilates and aquagym. Place is awesome, food is great . Staff wonderful egyptians. Love the rooftop but would like to have more authentic show with Egyptian maybe like a wedding, bringing a bride .

Cons:

The massage is bad , and too expensive. Should not be france price. The asian restaurant i didn’t like the food.
