We really really where amazed by them.
Especially with SAYED at the pool, Shandi at the rooftop, muhamed at the coffee station at the main restaurant.

The entire resort has a sophisticated atmosphere, stunning views, and outstanding facilities. Everything was perfectly maintained, very clean, and designed to provide maximum relaxation. The food was excellent with diverse options, and the overall environment was peaceful, upscale, and ideal for a memorable family vacation.

His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made a huge difference in our stay. He was always available, incredibly helpful, and ensured that every request was handled quickly and perfectly. Camas en la piscina, zona de playa privada para el hotel, buffet variado y platos con calidad, gimnasio pequeño pero con máquinas Technogym, las habitaciones tienen 4 almohadas por cada cama, el personal es amable. Buen servicio de masajes, recomendable! El rooftop para cenar y tomar algo viendo los diferentes espectáculos merece la pena.
La gente se levanta a las 6:00 am para dejar reservadas las camas en la zona de la piscina y la piscina se llena a las 9:00. Las bebidas alcohólicas son de muy mala calidad, está claro que son gratuitas en el todo incluido pero la calidad es pésima. Los cafés, tés y demás bebidas son correctas.
