An Unforgettable Stay from Start to Finish

Honestly, I can say that this is the best resort I have ever stayed at. Everything was perfectly organized and well maintained from start to finish.
What impressed me the most was the exceptional hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff. They truly make you feel welcome and valued as a guest.
A special thank you to Sous Chef 'Hamada Ebraheim' and his colleagues from the kitchen team. Never before during any of my travels have I been treated with such kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism by the kitchen staff. Their dedication and genuine care for the guests really made a difference.
In addition, the hotel was extremely clean and hygienic. My room was cleaned perfectly every day, and the entire resort was maintained to a very high standard.
I can recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable stay. I would be delighted to return in the future!

L’établissements est tout propre, les infrastructures sont magnifiques. Il y a beaucoup d’activités proposé inclu dans le all inclusive et pour finir la nourriture était excellente !! On a passé un super séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était magnifique : les chambres et les espaces communs étaient très propres et parfaitement entretenus.
Le personnel a été très professionnel, accueillant et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. La nourriture était variée et de bonne qualité, nous nous sommes régalés tout au long du séjour.
Le kids club était également très bien.
Nous n’avons rien à redire. Nous avons passé de très bons moments en famille et gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour. Merci à toute l’équipe !

Très bon séjour dans cette hôtel magnifique, personnel au top et accueillant, nourriture très correcte.
Pros:

J’ai aimé le personnel très accueillant, la propreté des lieux, la décoration et l’ensemble de l’hôtel était très beau et esthétique. La nourriture correct, les activités proposées étaient très interessantes.

Cons:

Pas grand chose, les matelas et les coussins n’était pas les meilleurs mais convenables.

Exceptionel avec quelque amelioration
Pros:

J’ai passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans cet hôtel et l’expérience a été globalement remarquable.

La suite dans laquelle nous avons séjourné était magnifique : très spacieuse, parfaitement propre, moderne et avec une vue imprenable sur la piscine ainsi que sur la mer. Le confort était vraiment au rendez-vous durant tout le séjour.

Le service housekeeping était irréprochable. Tout était constamment clean et bien entretenu, ce qui a énormément contribué à notre confort.

Un grand merci également à notre butler Houssam, qui a été exceptionnel du début à la fin. Toujours disponible, professionnel et attentionné, il a fait en sorte que notre séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié le professionnalisme du guest service, qui nous envoyait des messages quotidiens pour s’assurer que tout allait bien. Ce souci du détail démontre un réel intérêt pour la satisfaction des clients.

Les réservations des restaurants et les conseils concernant les activités de l’hôtel étaient parfaitement gérés et très faciles à organiser grâce à l’équipe. Tout le personnel était souriant, accueillant et agréable.

La plage et la mer étaient également très propres. Même lorsque l’hôtel était complet, l’équipe faisait toujours l’effort de nous trouver des places confortables à la plage, ce qui est très appréciable.

Une très belle expérience que je recommande vivement pour un séjour relaxant et luxueux à Hurghada.

Cons:

quelques points pourraient être améliorés pour être davantage au niveau du standing de l’hôtel. La qualité de la nourriture dans les restaurants à la carte était assez moyenne comparée au niveau général de l’établissement. Le buffet du déjeuner et du dîner était correct, mais sans être exceptionnel.

J’ai également trouvé les prix des extras proposés par l’hôtel excessivement élevés. Par exemple, un transfert vers le centre-ville était proposé à environ 50 €, alors qu’un trajet similaire via Uber coûtait moins de 10 €. Il en allait de même pour certaines excursions aquatiques proposées directement sur la plage de l’hôtel, nettement plus chères que celles disponibles à la marina ou ailleurs. Cela donne parfois une impression de prix exagérés pour les clients de l’hôtel.

Malgré cela, l’expérience reste très positive grâce au confort, au service remarquable et à l’ambiance générale de l’établissement. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour relaxant et luxueux à Hurghada.
