- A special mention to Khaled Mohammed, who did an excellent job keeping our room extra tidy and spotless throughout our stay.

- There were many activities available. We especially enjoyed beach volleyball.
- The food was good with a nice variety of options.
- The smoothies and fresh non-alcoholic drinks were excellent.
Potential improvements:
- The pottery class was a bit disappointing, as we expected it to be more hands-on with greater freedom for creativity.
- Alcoholic beverages were not as top as the rest
The staff was very professional, friendly and well trained. The food was with a very good quality. The overall atmoshpere is amazing.
The bathroom in the room needs renovation.
Hotel is beautiful. Great location - close to airport and shops. The juices are fresh. The food in all restaurants and main food hall is fresh and very tasty. Dar Lounge has great service. Concierge introduced herself via WhatsApp before trip and was very helpful throughout trip.
Beach staff are rude. Main pool should be adults only as there is already a separate kids pool (kids constantly splashing people, very loud, and beds mostly taken up by families with kids). Main restaurant never serves cold water - always warm. Cocktails were awful and very inconsistent - you can tell no measurements were made and no recipe was followed. They tasted different every time and mostly tasted like paint stripper. Spirits and mixers not included in all inclusive so have to drink wine, beer, or cocktails. Because of how bad the cocktails were, I drank soft drinks and juices. The bad cocktails are the only reason I wouldn’t come back to this hotel

Parfait , formidable séjour ! Le personnel est aux petits soins pour nous, l’hôtel est très agréable , la restauration est parfaite et varié , plusieurs restaurants à réserver à l’avance ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour . Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Petite mention particulière à Hanan qui a été très à l’écoute et très sympathique !

The beach access is incredible, crystal clear water and sandy beaches with plenty space.
For the price paid, and for the existing reviews, I expected better customer service and a higher quality product. Rooms were quite nice aesthetically but showers had intermittent temperature, doors are not soft closing and cleanliness could be improved. We made numerous noise complaints for either construction or doors banging or loud staff at 7am - we (after persistently calling and visiting reception) were moved room to somewhere quieter.
Some of the staff were helpful but others were sarcastic and passive aggressive.
Very clean and well maintained, lots of activities such as pottery, sunrise yoga, Pilates. We had such a lovely time. We will definitely be back again.

Hög servicenivå där personal följer upp med en när man är ute och reser utanför hotellet för att se att allt är bra med en, bra och rena rum, nära till flygplatsen, lyhörd personal och god mat. Teymour på receptionen, Muhammed på sena frukosten och Hanan på guest relations är bäst och förtjänar 10 poäng!
Gillade det mesta, enda lilla utmaningen kanske är antalet platser vid huvudpoolen. Tecken på hur populärt hotellet är.
