Accoglienza fantastica, resort fantastico

Struttura pulita ed ordinata.

Cons:

L’unico suggerimento che posso dare per migliorare ancora di più è quello di procurarsi più baby chair che sopratutto nel main restaurant nell’ora di punta potevano essere complicati da reperire. Lo staff prontamente lo è andato a reperire da un altro ristorante, ma appunto, suggerisco di procurartene un po di più.

Pros:

Bellssima struttura per chi vuole rilassarsi,, staff gentilissimo e varietà di scelta al buffet di ottima qualità.
Struttura vicinissima all'aeroporto (15 minuti di taxi).
Accesso alla spiaggia con pontile sopra i coralli con tantissimi pesci colorati. Oppure, qualche metro più in là accesso sabbioso.
Abbiamo visto le tartarughe marine tutti i giorni.
Consigliatissimo!

Super entspannter Aufenthalt
Pros:

- Sehr sauber und überall super Service
- Grosse, geschmackvolle Zimmer
- Sehr gutes Essen mit einer grossen Auswahl
- Wir konnten problemlos alles essen (auch Salat und Erdbeeren) und Getränke mit Eis geniessen - von uns 4 hatte keiner Verdauungsbeschwerden
- Wasserschildkröten, Seekühe & Rochen täglich am Hotelstrand zu beobachten (es lohnt sich Schnorchelset von zu Hause mitzunehmen)
- Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Poolzugang - das hat sich bezahlt gemacht speziell in Bezug auf Privatsphäre
- Arzt und Apotheke vor Ort
- Katja die Gästebetreuerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

- Services wie z.B. Einkaufsladen, Spa und Taxi sind eher teuer
- Schwaches W-LAN: Wenn man eine Serie schauen möchte, lädt man diese am Besten zu Hause runter. Leider hilft eine Reise-eSIM auch nicht, da das Netz zu schwach ist. Zwischendurch funktionierte das W-LAN, aber es ist nicht verlässlich verfügbar.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr gutem Essen - haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes neues Hotel, die Zimmer sind großzügig und schön & modern eingerichtet. Bequemes Bett und tolle Dusche. Jeden Tag Zimmerservice um alles vom Sand zu befreien, danke! Beheizte Pools und eine tolle Bucht zum schnorcheln. Es gibt einige Korallen und bunte Fische, aber das Highlight hier sind wirklich riesige Meeresschildkröten und Seekühe die in der Bucht grasen.
Das Essen war immer sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Ich fand besonders toll dass es auch viele Ägyptische Gerichte gab, stets wechselnd. Es gab auch eine große Auswahl an leckeren alkoholfreien Cocktails.
Unser Sohn (4 Jahre) war auch stets überall gern gesehen und hat den Aufenthalt dort genossen, auch dank der Kinderdisko jeden Abend. ;-)

Cons:

Zum Frühstück kann man sich Kaffee aus Automaten ziehen die einem leider nur Nescafe Pulver zusammen mischen. Es gibt auch Kannen mit Filterkaffee, aber die muss man erst mal finden.
Die Verkäufer des Spas am Strand sind wirklich sehr aufdringlich und gehen erst wieder wenn man etwas gekauft hat. Teilweise belagern sie die Leute 10 Minuten und ein nein wird nicht akzeptiert. Die Preise dieses Spas sind ebenso völlig überteuert bishin zu unverschämt, 90 € für 50 Min. Die Massage an sich war nicht schlecht, aber diesen Preis war sie definitv nicht wert. Natürlich kann man hier auch handeln, nichtsdesto trotz fühlt man sich über den Tisch gezogen.
Das Hotel versucht Umweltschutz-Aktionen durchzuführen, als wir dort waren wurden wir eingeladen zum Sammeln von Müll am Strand, jeder hat Einweghandschuhe und einen Müllsack bekommen. An sich eine tolle Idee und auch wichtig, jedoch wurde man nach 10 Minuten zurück beordert, dann war die Aktion auch schon wieder vorbei und natürlich alles dokumentiert für Social Media. Gefühlt hat man mit den ganzen Mülltüten und Handschuhen mehr Müll produziert als eingesammelt, meines erachtens wenig sinnvoll. Man hat das Gefühl bekommen sie tun das alles nur für einen Post und nicht für die Sache an sich. Schade

parfait pour se détendre en famille
Pros:

l'etablissement est charmant, particulierment bien entretenu le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins et la nourriture est excellente et pourant nous sommes trés exigents en matiere de diversité et de gouts. Spots de plongée en face, animations discrete établissement calme je recommande.
