Spacious appartment in centre of city
Pros:

The apartment is huge. The kitchen was adequately equipped, big tv had international applications, furniture and decor were of high quality. The agency staff were responding immediately in professional and polite manner. Location could not be better - 10 mins walking to shopping centre and underground station, 1 min to bus line taking me to the very centrum of Prague.

Cons:

The appartment is not suitable for people with mobility problem as to access lift you have to walk a fligh of steps.

Cons:

We arrived at the apartment at the agreed time for a stay of 17 nights. Upon arrival, we realized that the access information they sent us was incorrect, so we had to call in order for them to validate it. Once inside, we noticed that the oven was dirty (with dishes containing food remnants and other dirty items), and the walls were also dirty. When we complained, they told us they would come to clean, but they did not do so until we made another complaint.

The internet password provided was not correct; we complained and they did not know what it was, so I figured it out myself. They do not provide replacements for cleaning supplies or extra towels.

On January 1st, someone came to check the electricity without prior notice. We did not allow the person to enter, and when we asked the administrator, he told us it might have been a colleague of his. In conclusion, the management is absolutely inefficient.

I would like to add that this is not my first time in Prague (four consecutive years of long stays); unfortunately, none of the apartments we stayed in previously had availability this time.

Modern aparetment inside an old building felt instantly like home.
Pros:

Location was great. close to transit but tucked just far enough away from things to be quiet. The building is old, but the interior of the apartment had all the amenities a modern house could offer and more.
I was there in early December and was afraid it was going to be cold, but the apartment I stayed in was the perfect temperature. Radiator heating for the win.

Cons:

The only thing I would suggest is a way for guests to make coffee. A French press or basic coffee maker would be a great addition.

Pros:

Здание - архитектурный шедевр, просторные апартаменты, высокие потолки.... Расположение - великолепное: все знаковые достопримечательности - в шаговой доступности. Очень уютно, тихо. Не хотелось уезжать.

The location was good.

The apartment was not clean. And the bed linen was moldy. The host ignored the problem and later did not respond to the conversation.

Pros:

This is not my first time in Prague and I really enjoyed it this time too, and part of that was the hotel I chose with the help of Expedia. Amazing location, quiet, close to transportation center, metro, etc., just minutes from a shopping center. Neat and warm staff, fast check-in service. Email service staff was professional enough and provided service exactly when needed. Highly recommend. Thank you

Rádi se na toto místo vrátíme.

Pobyt byl v apartmánu s kuchyňkou, jídlo jsme neměli objednané.
Apartmán prostorný, dobře zařízený. Nebyli slyšet sousedé.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer tollen Lage. Positiv zu vermerken ist die schnelle und effiziente Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Cons:

Die Wohnung überzeugt durch ihre Optik, jedoch gab es Mängel bei der Reinigung. In einem Zimmer fehlte ein Wechsel der Bettwäsche, und die Toilette war nicht sauber. Es wäre schön, wenn diese Aspekte bei der Vorbereitung zukünftiger Gäste beachtet werden könnten.
