The professionalism of the staff and promptness to attend to complaints.
The noise from the 7th floor reconstruction works disturbed my sleep and meetings.
Hôtel idéalement situé dans un quartier animé, avec de nombreux commerces à proximité et proche des lieux emblématiques.
Établissement rénové et propre.
Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, avec un accueil particulièrement chaleureux dès le premier jour. Mention spéciale également au personnel de ménage, très professionnel et attentionné. Chambre nettoyée même en dehors des horaires habituels, un vrai plus.
Restauration (pour le Sohour) de qualité, avec un chef très aimable.
Très gros problème d’insonorisation : la chambre n’est pas du tout isolée du bruit. On entend tout, que ce soit le couloir ou les chambres voisines.
Autre point très négatif : la présence de travaux pendant tout le séjour (7 nuitées). Des nuisances sonores importantes du matin jusqu’à l’après-midi, chaque jour, sans avoir été informé au préalable. Il aurait été appréciable d’être prévenu avant l’arrivée, le jour même, ou de se voir proposer une chambre éloignée des travaux.
Ces conditions n’ont pas permis de se reposer, ce qui est pourtant essentiel lors d’un séjour à l’hôtel.

Chambres terriblement bruyantes.
Et les travaux au marteau piqueur et disque usé du matin 8h au soir 21h… c’est bien de prévenir les clients à leur arrivée mais c’est trop tard quand on a déjà payé…

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I can say you get fair value for a reasonable price.. But don't expect more.
The hotel notified me before arrival that check-in can be done via the Guest Advisor app, which I also used to book the airport transfer for a fixed price listed in the app. A few days later, however, a hotel employee contacted me via WhatsApp demanding 50% more than the app's quoted price for the transfer.. Of course, I refused and arranged a cheaper, more convenient ride independently. Haggling like this is common in Egyptian markets, but I didn't expect it in direct communication with the hotel.What surprised me most negatively was that at check-out, reception demanded payment for this transfer. I had to show the related WhatsApp conversation to resolve it.. This kind of behavior is truly unacceptable and needs improvement..Breakfast is a bit monotonous but okay; however, the hotel could invest in a coffee machine or at least offer proper normal coffee.. Not just instant Nescafé chemistry.
je recommande nous étions au 9 eme étage et nous n’avons pas été importuné par le bruit de la ville, la chambre été propre et le petit déjeuner correcte.

Le jeune de la sécurité ( le chatin clair) qui ne voulais absolument pas aider à plusieurs reprises , j’étais avec une poussette , un bébé et des bagages. Juste ouvrir la porte il ne le voulais pas, prétextant que son travail été de rester devant la porte à surveiller , malgré les remontrance de ses supérieurs il le faisait une fois et puis plus jamais!

J'ai adoré l' hôtel et l' emplacement et surtout le personnel tout a disponibilités vraiment j ai passé un super séjour dans l hôtel.
