A very comfortable and pleasant experience with stunning views and great standard.
Pros:

It is very close to the pyramids and grand museum and the roof top terrace was stunning and our favorite place even for dinner after a long day exploring and sightseeing. The pyramid views are just breathtaking. Breakfast was good and dinner also totally fine especially the local dishes.

Cons:

The only thing you need to get used to is the noise of the streets, but this comes with Kairo, there is no escape ;). You just need to see this as the livelihood of the city. We had a pyramid views room which directly facing the busy streets. But was totally worth waking up to. And the streets are never quiet not even at 2 or 3pm.

Widok na piramidy. Europejski standard hotelu, z małymi niedociągnięciami.
Pros:

Ogólnie wszystko w porządku, europejski standard obsługi, personel bardzo się stara i rzeczywiście są mili, uprzejmi i pomocni. Niedrogo. Piękny widok na piramidy - z restauracji jak również z niektórych pokoi.

Cons:

Śniadania codziennie takie same. Wymagający goście mogą się przyczepić szczegółów: zniszczona framuga drzwi, brudna gofrownica, brudne firanki w eleganckiej recepcji :) Ogólnie bardzo się starają prowadzić hotel w europejskim/zachodnim standardzie, ale mentalność lokalna powoduje wciąż niedociągnięcia.

Staff made my stay even more comfortable

Mohamed has been super friendly and welcoming. He helped me throughout my stay big thanks to him and other reception staff as well as housekeeping who was super attentive.

Super Ausblick, extrem nettes Personal, vor allem aber im Food-Bereich. Nähe zu GEM und den Pyramiden. Die Halbpension hat sich für uns schon gelohnt, man darf zwar nicht aus allem aus der Karte auswählen, aber ist völlig ausreichend und sehr lecker. Alles sauber.

Cons:

Die Straße davor ist tatsächlich so laut, dass man nur mit Ohropax schlafen kann.

En general bien , buenos tours asociados , a destacar la vista y la amabilidad del conductor y del guía .

Me cobraron extra por un late check out , que ya había negociado anteriormente y además cancelado con gente de la recepción ; me cobraron extra por abrir una cerveza en la cena , cuando previamente me habían dicho que si se podía pero que tenía que comprarla afuera ya que en el hotel no se vendía alcohol .
