Pros:

Great location with an amazing view of the pyramids directly from our room. The hotel is conveniently located close to both the Pyramids and GEM. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. We had a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The only minor downside was the noise from the road outside. However, this seems to be quite common throughout Egypt and was not specific to the hotel.

Cons:

The double glazing was sub-otimal (sliding windows with poor seals) and the constant street horning & construction work (day and night). Staff was friendly but handover of things to fix did not happen several times. Cleaning staff's work puzzling...

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική και ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία μας! Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο, φιλικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Το εστιατόριο προσφέρει υπέροχα πιάτα υψηλής ποιότητας και η θέα προς τις πυραμίδες είναι μαγευτική. Οι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι και πολύ προσεγμένοι, ενώ οι τιμές ήταν εξαιρετικές σε σχέση με τις παροχές που προσφέρονται. Όλα ήταν άψογα από την άφιξη μέχρι την αναχώρηση. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά και εννοείταιθα το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et confortable.
Personnel très chaleureux. Je me suis senti comme à la maison !
Hotel bien situé pour aller voir les pyramides
Je recommande le petit-déjeuner et le dinner à l'hôtel ! Cela nous a vraiment facilité la tâche.

Cons:

Le bruit de la ville mais ce n'est pas du fait de l'hôtel, je pense que partout dans la ville c'est très bruyant à cause de la pollution sonore.

Pros:

部屋はバスタブはなくシャワーのみだが普通にきれいでUSBポートあり、ピラミッド・大エジプト博物館までUberで€2以下。
最上階のレストランは味は普通だが眺めが良く深夜まで開いており手頃な価格でスタッフの対応も良い。朝食もフルーツ・サラダ・ヨーグルト・ ファラフェルや揚げ野菜、オムレツスタンドや各種コーヒー、甘いパン類もあり十分。

Cons:

フライトの関係で通常のチェックイン時間を大幅に過ぎた23時の到着だったにも関わらず部屋の準備でかなり待たされた。連泊したが水は初日に2本あっただけで、2日目以降は水を含めお茶やコーヒーの補充がなかったので、受付の女性へ水の追加をお願いすると有料でレストランと同じ額を払えと言われた。4人で宿泊していたので少なくとも人数分は水があるべきではと言ったら別のスタッフが2本持ってきてくれたが、周辺ホテルと比較すると高めの価格帯だと思うので、このような対応に驚いた。(他のホテルでは人数分の水があり、お茶類も毎日補充があるのが普通だと思う)
シャワーの温水は10分でなくなる。
また1階だったので眺めが悪く、追加料金を払ってピラミッドビューの部屋を選んだ意味がない。大通りに面しているので車のクラクションや騒音も夜中とてもうるさかった。

La atención del personal

No recomiendo para nadq utilizar el servicio de lavandería, no lo hagan!!! Perdieron piezas de ropa y varias prendas estaban manchadad ya que parece que las lavaron junto a ropa negra, adicionalmente el olor a cigarros en los pasillos es demasiado.

Идеально для посещения пирамид и музея.
Pros:

Бронировали номер буквально в день заезда, так как нам отменили другую бронь. В итоге все соответствовало ожиданиям и описанию. Мы приехали очень поздно, после полуночи, персонал был на месте и был готов нас принять, закрытая парковка ждала нас, кровати были подготовлены точно по числу гостей. Вид на пирамиды с террасы прекрасный, ровно как на фото. Найти отель самим по навигатору не составило труда. В общем все отлично. Очень близко от пирамид и музея.

Cons:

Повар на завтраке не умел готовить яичницу, но мы его научили. )
