Pros:

O que gostei foi da vista para as pirâmides, o resto podia ter sido uma experiência melhor

Cons:

Reservei 2 noites com meia pensão, sabendo que a ultima noite não ia usufruir porque a reserva da segunda noite tinha como objetivo apenas tomar banho após um dia longo e seguirmos frescos e limpos para o aeroporto, ou seja não iamos usufruir desse jantar, da noite e do pequeno almoço do dia a seguir
Posto isto, chegamos ao hotel no primeiro dia por volta das 08:30 e decidimos fazer o early check-in por mais 20 euros, até aí tudo bem.
Após isto questianamos na recepção se seria possível usufruir do pequeno almoço naquela manhã que fizemos o early check-in, e explicamos toda a situação na recepção, na qual nos foi dada a informação que sim seria possível. Então fomos para o local do pequeno almoço, começamo nos a servir e passado uns minutos chegou um senhor à nossa beira e diz nos que não é possível tomar mos o pequeno almoço.
De realçar que o nosso quarto não tinha gel de banho

整体还不错，再安静点就好了！
Pros:

地理位置还不错，离金字塔和大埃及博物馆很近，打车很快很方便。早餐位于顶层，可直接远眺金字塔。酒店工作人员还是比较热情的，主动帮拿行李、寄存行李也没问题。

Cons:

隔音效果有一点差，附近太吵了。整夜都有噪音。床的舒适度差一些，一个人翻身另一个人明显感知得到。还有就是大半夜1点多的，小哥敲门给我送了一个我已经退单的外卖，不过这可能也不是酒店的问题。

Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war in Ordnung. Halbpension war möglich.

Cons:

Ständiges Aufdrängen von Dienstleistungen zu absurden Preisen und nach dem Auschecken und Verlassen des Zimmers eine Nachkontrolle durch das Personal. Das Essen war nicht gut, am letzten Tag gab es ein Buffet – die Auswahl war ausreichend, aber auf einigen Tellern befanden sich dunkle Haare.
Wasser bei Halbpension gegen Aufpreis.
Auf der Terrasse lief die ganze Zeit der Fernseher, und der Kellner belästigte unsere Tochter ständig und fasste sie trotz unserer und ihrer Ermahnungen an.
Für einen viertägigen Aufenthalt gab es nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier, und beim Reinigen wurde diese nicht nachgefüll

Pros:

Great location with an amazing view of the pyramids directly from our room. The hotel is conveniently located close to both the Pyramids and GEM. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. We had a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The only minor downside was the noise from the road outside. However, this seems to be quite common throughout Egypt and was not specific to the hotel.

The double glazing was sub-otimal (sliding windows with poor seals) and the constant street horning & construction work (day and night). Staff was friendly but handover of things to fix did not happen several times. Cleaning staff's work puzzling...

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική και ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία μας! Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο, φιλικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Το εστιατόριο προσφέρει υπέροχα πιάτα υψηλής ποιότητας και η θέα προς τις πυραμίδες είναι μαγευτική. Οι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι και πολύ προσεγμένοι, ενώ οι τιμές ήταν εξαιρετικές σε σχέση με τις παροχές που προσφέρονται. Όλα ήταν άψογα από την άφιξη μέχρι την αναχώρηση. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά και εννοείταιθα το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

次は泊まらない
Pros:

部屋はバスタブはなくシャワーのみだが普通にきれいでUSBポートあり、ピラミッド・大エジプト博物館までUberで€2以下。
最上階のレストランは味は普通だが眺めが良く深夜まで開いており手頃な価格でスタッフの対応も良い。朝食もフルーツ・サラダ・ヨーグルト・ ファラフェルや揚げ野菜、オムレツスタンドや各種コーヒー、甘いパン類もあり十分。

Cons:

フライトの関係で通常のチェックイン時間を大幅に過ぎた23時の到着だったにも関わらず部屋の準備でかなり待たされた。連泊したが水は初日に2本あっただけで、2日目以降は水を含めお茶やコーヒーの補充がなかったので、受付の女性へ水の追加をお願いすると有料でレストランと同じ額を払えと言われた。4人で宿泊していたので少なくとも人数分は水があるべきではと言ったら別のスタッフが2本持ってきてくれたが、周辺ホテルと比較すると高めの価格帯だと思うので、このような対応に驚いた。(他のホテルでは人数分の水があり、お茶類も毎日補充があるのが普通だと思う)
シャワーの温水は10分でなくなる。
また1階だったので眺めが悪く、追加料金を払ってピラミッドビューの部屋を選んだ意味がない。大通りに面しているので車のクラクションや騒音も夜中とてもうるさかった。

Personnel très chaleureux. Je me suis senti comme à la maison !
Hotel bien situé pour aller voir les pyramides
Je recommande le petit-déjeuner et le dinner à l'hôtel ! Cela nous a vraiment facilité la tâche.

Cons:

Le bruit de la ville mais ce n'est pas du fait de l'hôtel, je pense que partout dans la ville c'est très bruyant à cause de la pollution sonore.
