Goede ervaring
Pros:

Het waren propere mooie kamers. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was ok. Prachtige view van het terras. Goede bedden. Goede douche.

Cons:

De lift werkte niet altijd goed, maar geen groot probleem.

Reliable clean hotel with view and friendly staff
Pros:

The location is great, right between Giza (30min walk/5min car) and GEM museum (20min walk/3min car) we walked to both.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the reception is 24h and that allowed us to do a late check-in and an early check-out with early breakfast.
The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean and had the view to the pyramids.
We come from italy and we were struggling finding a reliable hotel with good reviews but I totally reccommend this hotel and staff! Thank you

Cons:

It took a bit to arrange the pickup from the airport but at the end Mario confirmed us and we found our driver in front of the exit waiting for us. I have nothing to complain about, completely satisfied

Pros:

View of pyramids from room was nice, along with rooftop as well. Staff was amazing, let me check in early due to my flight landing at 5 am. Room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Location to pyramids and museum was great.

Cons:

Elevators wouldn't take you down to bottom floor consistently.

Overall good
Pros:

The staff were excellent, especially the front desk, if it weren't for them our experience would not have been as good. The room was clean and comfortable. Also great view of the pyramids.

Cons:

Although the hotel is in a good location in Giza, there isn't much to do around except visit the pyramids and GEM.

Pros:

Piramitlere ve GEM’e yakın olması büyük avantaj. Fakat Kahire’nin eski bölgesinde Giza bölgesinde. Burada çok konforlu otel bulmak pek mümkün değil. Otel downtown’a ve yeni kahireye oldukça uzak, gidiş dönüş 1 saati bulabiliyor. Otelin konumu anayol üstü, gece saatlerinde bile gürültülü olabiliyor ama bu Kahire’nin genelinde böyle, kulaklık getirmekte fayda var. Odaların tasarımı yeni, minibar da düşünülmüş fakat çarşafların içi beni hiç mutlu etmedi. Otelin teras manzarası müthiş, piramitleri görüyor fakat Kahvaltı bana hiç hitap etmedi. Resepsyondaki görevlilere teşekkürler.

Bon hotêl pour rester plusieurs jours proche des Pyramides et du GEM
Pros:

Le personnel est trés serviable et souriant. Arrangeant pour garder nos bagages sur notre dernière journée.
Litterie relativement confortable et chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

L'isolation phonique n'est pas optimale car nous entendions en permanence les klaxons provenant de la rue. Le hall avant de prendre l'ascenseur est joli mais plutôt sale / dégradé.

La vista dal terrazzo

Cons:

Ingresso fatiscente, colazione molto povera nei dolci. Sopratassa per bere un cappuccino a colazione perché non compreso. Gestione non corrispondente agli accordi. Le camere pulite solo se su richiesta.
Personale del bar/ ristorante parla poco inglese non capisce le richieste.obbligata a pagare la tassa del 3% sul conto concordato giustificando che la banca chiede una tassazione ma perché la deve pagare il cliente ?
Le richieste di costi per guida e trasporti si sono rivelate sempre molto più costose di Uber o di siti che propongono servizi.

Het was de 2e keer dat ik hier verbleef en het blijft gewoon echt een super hotel. Personeel staat altijd voor je klaar. Ontbijt is heerlijk, kamers zijn uitstekend, uitzicht blijft geweldig. Echt genieten daar.

Good value for money but that is it
Pros:

The rooftop view is stunning and it is good value for the price (rooms have ZERO view tho)

Cons:

but the towels were not dirty per say but really old and greyish so I didn't feel comfortable using them. I also did not like the fixed shower head... as a woman who does not want to wash my hair eith each shower it wasn't great

Ho prenotato questo hotel per una vacanza di gruppo ( 5 amiche).
All'arrivo all'aeroporto ci doveva attendere una persona che ci avrebbe trasportato gratuitamente all'hotel. Peccato che per 5 persone è arrivata una sola auto sgangherata ed abbiamo dovuto attendere 20 minuti che arrivasse la seconda altrettanto sporca e acciaccata.
Giunte all'hotel siamo rimaste scioccate. Non si capiva nemmeno dove fosse in quanto infilato tra due palazzi alla fine di un cunicolo che porta ad un edificio fatiscente in cui l'hotel occupa l'ultimo piano.
L'istinto è stato quello di andarcene ma abbiamo voluto vedere le camere che non erano male, spaziose e con letti comodi.
Però... le dotazioni elencate non esistono: bidet, pantofole, gel igienizzante, ferro da stiro...Gli asciugamani sono vecchi, sdruciti e fané.
La carta igienica va chiesta ripetutamente.
La prima sera siamo rientrate e le camere non erano state rifatte. Si deve chiedere perché secondo loro non è ovvio che sia così.
I due ascensori non sono puliti e funzionano a caso.
La colazione è abbondante ma i dolci non sono freschissimi. Si deve pagare per un espresso aggiuntivo e per un cappuccino chiedono un pagamento aggiuntivo in quanto non compreso..
E' difficile pagare le consumazioni avute in varie occasioni se richieste in valuta locale.
Il personale ha scarsa conoscenza dell'inglese ed è complicato capirsi..
Abbiamo pagato il conto la sera prima della partenza nella sala ristorante, su una scrivania posticcia con le scarpe del titolare buttate vicino alla sedia dove ci si doveva accomodare
La navetta per il ritorno all'aeroporto , spacciata per inclusa, al ritorno è stata profumatamente pagata.

コストパフォーマンスはいいと思います
Pros:

ギザ地区にありピラミッドや大エジプト博物館はギリ徒歩圏内
全体的に清潔感があって滞在しやすかった
屋上のテラスからのピラミッドの眺めが良かった

Cons:

ホテル入口が分かりずらい
エレベーターのボタンの反応が悪い
部屋からの眺めはいまひとつ
