Pickalbatros Villaggio Resort - Portofino Marsa Alam

It was really nice, the hotel was beautiful and the animation team was really great.
We did some activities like yoga, stretching and watergymnastic.
We really loved it there and hope to come back soon

I was in this resort and it was very good, there were so many pools, and a good aquapark. I absolutely loved the food (i was in the bakery 24/7) i really recommend going there.

Location is great, only around 30 minutes from Marsa Alam Intl. Airport. I liked the that fact i didnt know about another hotels around it. Really nice hotel, it was luxurious, nicely decorated, staff was great. Animation team was great also. Food was delicious and drinks also. Many many food i could choose of and from drinks also. I would like to come back - 100%.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind, the room was stylish and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We felt truly taken care of and already can’t wait to come back.

The resort was incredible. All the hotel staff from the cooks to the waiters were very nice and helpful. The animators were amazing as well. I recommend to visit this resort.

Best holiday ever! The resort is wonderful, the crew, cleaning, waiters, Barmans, managers, everyone is super and pays a maniacal attention to your happiness and satisfaction! The resort is super clean, everywhere you look there is someone cleaning! The manager Haytham have upgraded my room from a superior sea view to a bungalow on the beach, best room I’ve ever had! The beach is wonderfully and super for children, the restaurant (6) are all included in the all inclusive, you get new rivela every time you go to beach or swimming pool, every moment there’s someone ready to bring you your favorite drink or asking if you’re ok! Super shows everyday, dance, fireshow, baby dance, flyboard! And a VR lounge TO HAVE FUN!

The hotel is beautiful and spacious, food is great, and the animation team is to Die for 💗 especially two Polish girls Marianna and Oliwia, they are the best and made our stay very nice.

Great Hotel with lots of attractions. In the evenings you can't get bored, during the day great animations by the pool. Hotel staff and animators are polite, smiling and nice. The rooms are very nice and clean. The hotel is very large with lots of pools, restaurants and bars. Great aquapark. The hotel is located by the sea. Sandy beach. Beautiful reefs. It was very cool experience it was good for the kids and adults, I really recommended for the both and the good part about a park. I really enjoyed it. Animation show was completely different. overall, I recommended, about the service I will give it 10 of 10👍🏻😊

It is rare for a hotel to be perfect in every respect, but Pickalbatros Villaggio Resort Portofino is definitely an exception and meets all the requirements. The rooms are very large, well cleaned and nicely decorated. The staff is always smiling and helpful. The food is delicious, quite varied so you don't get bored. The animations are very interesting and the activities during the day are very well thought out. I will definitely come back here and recommend it to everyone.

We had a rest here in March. The weather was lucky, it was very warm. The hotel is great, we are all happy. The staff works perfectly, everyone is trying very hard. The rooms are spacious and clean and the grounds are well maintained. Food and cocktails are good. There are heated pools. I recommend this hotel!!!🙌🏻

Perfect service, good meals, many swiming pools to choose from. I appreciate more water in the sea - there wasnt enough for swiming. The pier was under reconstruction, otherwise it would have helped.

Abbiamo passato una settima in questa meravigliosa struttura, tanto meravigliosa che abbiamo prenotato in altra settimana prima ancora di ritornare in Italia. Struttura molto pulita e personale sempre gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta, soprattuto il referente italiano Hyatam . Molta varietà per quanto riguarda le pietanze a base di carne , qualità nella media. Animazione coinvolgente nelle varie attività giornaliere. Nota di merito a Mido il nostro animatore di fiducia 😂.
