I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this stay truly deserves one. I've stayed at many hotels over the years, and what makes a hotel memorable isn't just the room or the facilities—it's the people. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. A special thank you to Youssef, who made the check-in process smooth and effortless. He was always smiling, courteous, and ready to help with any request or question. His positive attitude made me feel welcome from the very beginning.

I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Reham. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. She regularly checked that everything was going well and was always available whenever I needed assistance. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression on me.

My thanks also go to Mr. Hazem and Mr. Hamed for their professionalism, hospitality, and the way they lead such an outstanding team. It's clear that everyone works together with the same goal: making every guest feel comfortable and valued.

The room was spotless, the service was consistently excellent, and every member of the staff I met was friendly and respectful. It's rare to find a hotel where every interaction leaves such a positive impression.

Thank you to the entire team for making this one of the best hotel experiences I've had. I will definitely be back on my next visit and will gladly recommend this hotel to my family, friends, and anyone looking for exceptional hospitality.

من أفضل تجارب الإقامة التي مررت بها. منذ لحظة الوصول شعرت بالترحيب والاهتمام، وكانت إجراءات تسجيل الدخول سريعة ومنظمة. الغرفة كانت نظيفة جدًا، مريحة، ومجهزة بكل ما أحتاجه، كما أن مستوى النظافة في جميع أنحاء الفندق كان ممتازًا.

الخدمة كانت احترافية على أعلى مستوى، وجميع الموظفين كانوا متعاونين، مبتسمين، ويحرصون على تلبية أي طلب بسرعة وكفاءة. الطعام كان متنوعًا بجودة ممتازة، والمرافق كانت منظمة وتوفر تجربة مريحة وممتعة طوال فترة الإقامة.

أود أن أتوجه بشكر خاص إلى يوسف وريهام على اهتمامهما الكبير، واحترافيتهما في التعامل، وحرصهما على التأكد من أن كل شيء يسير على أكمل وجه. لقد أحدثا فرقًا حقيقيًا في جودة تجربتي، ويستحقان كل التقدير.

كانت تجربة تفوق توقعاتي من جميع النواحي، وسأوصي بهذا الفندق بكل ثقة للأصدقاء والعائلة، وبالتأكيد ستكون وجهتي الأولى عند زيارتي القادمة.

We are a doctor couple who went to Giza for exams. The reception team was superb despite our check in that happened at 4AM. They did contact us a few days before our trip to reassure everything was in place. During our one week stay we found the staff very responsive to anything at any time. The willingness to help impressed at each area. Special mention to the Guest Relations personnel Miss. Reham and the reception team. Our driver Mr. Aymen arranged through the hotel was like a man on a mission responding to our messages round the clock through our stay in Egypt. If I go Cairo/Giza again, I won't have any second thoughts on where to stay. Well done, and best wishes to Azal Pyramids Hotel.

عجبني استقبال الموظفين في الرسبشن ودودين مثل الانسه ساره والأنسه مريم والانسه سندس والأستاذ يوسف ورجال الأمن حريصين كل الحرص على سلامت النزلاء

فندق ممتاز جدا نظيف جدا والخدمات ممتازة وكل الشكر والتقدير للاستاذه ريهام التي تسهل كل شي وحسن معاملتها وجميع العاملين في قمه الاحنرام

This is probably the best hotel in Giza / Haram, besides perhaps Mena House. The rooms are configured in such a way that you are completely insulated from the noise from the streets. Pool was fun

من النادر أن تجد مكانًا يجعلك تغيّر خططك بالكامل، لكن هذا ما حدث معي خلال هذه الإقامة. كنت أنوي الحجز لمدة يومين فقط، إلا أن مستوى الخدمة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل وحسن الضيافة دفعني إلى تمديد إقامتي عدة مرات. منذ لحظة الوصول شعرت بالترحيب والاهتمام الحقيقي براحة النزلاء، وكان فريق العمل دائمًا متعاونًا ومحترفًا في التعامل مع أي طلب أو استفسار.
شكر خاص للأستاذ يوسف على احترافيته العالية واهتمامه المستمر ومتابعته الدائمة للتأكد من أن كل شيء يسير على أكمل وجه. هذا النوع من الخدمة هو ما يصنع الفارق الحقيقي ويجعل الضيف يشعر بالتقدير والراحة.
كانت تجربة استثنائية بكل المقاييس، وأوصي بهذا الفندق لكل من يبحث عن الراحة والخدمة الممتازة. بالتأكيد سأعود مرة أخرى.

We stayed a week during Eid and we were welcomed very warmly from the moment we walked through the door.
Staff are helpful and ready to help.
The room is clean and tidy. Customer relations checked in with us a few times to see if we needed anything, that was a nice gesture.
Were going again in March 2027 so we're looking forward to that.
