Pros:

The general atmosphere in hotel is wonderful and Mohamed Reham was very professional with us and took our comfort as a priority. Other staffs are very nice and courteous.

Good stay but location of the hotel is bad
Pros:

The hotel is good , room are old but clean and the breakfast spread is very good and huge variety. The staff and frontoffice manager is very humbled and helpful .

Cons:

The worst part is the location . As it is near pyramids and the locality is very bad the old buildings and you feel like you came is 20 years back .

Εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, πεντακάθαρη πισίνα, ωραίο πρωινό, άνετα κρεβάτια, δίπλα σε εστιατόριο, τοπική αγορά και εμπορικό κέντρο.

Φασαρία στα δωμάτια των χαμηλών ορόφων από το εστιατόριο, οι καθαρίστριες πραγματοποίησαν αλλαγή αλλά ξέχασαν και τις δύο μέρες να αφήσουν πετσέτες.

Perfeito, mas atenção.

O hotel é simplesmente perfeito!

Gostaria de parabenizar especialmente a Sara Azzam, da recepção, por sua cordialidade, atenção e, acima de tudo, por ser um ser humano incrível. Estendo também meus cumprimentos aos garçons, que demonstraram simpatia, educação e profissionalismo durante nossa estadia.

A única ressalva que tenho em relação ao restaurante do hotel ocorreu em uma noite, quando o responsável pelo estabelecimento tentou cobrar um valor superior ao devido. Percebi a situação imediatamente, pontuei o ocorrido e, felizmente, tudo foi resolvido. Embora a questão tenha sido solucionada, registro que a situação não foi agradável e poderia ter comprometido a experiência.

Entretanto, faço questão de destacar o excelente atendimento da Sara Azzam e dos garçons, que merecem todo o reconhecimento.

Existem profissionais que simplesmente cumprem suas funções, e existem aqueles que fazem a diferença por meio da humanidade, da gentileza e do respeito. Sara e os garçons são exemplos disso!

Meus sinceros agradecimentos a esses seres humanos incríveis, que tornam a experiência de um hóspede ainda mais especial.

Siamo stati in questo hotel durante il nostro viaggio di coppia in Egitto e ci siamo trovati davvero da Dio! Fin dal primo momento ci hanno accolto benissimo, tutto il personale è stato di una gentilezza e disponibilità incredibili, facendoci sentire davvero a casa.
Le camere sono pazzesche, curate nei minimi dettagli, e la vista è qualcosa di spettacolare! Ci hanno trattato benissimo per tutta la durata del soggiorno, sempre con il sorriso e pronti ad aiutarci per qualsiasi cosa.
Non potevamo chiedere di meglio, è stata un’esperienza bellissima e ci siamo portati a casa un ricordo fantastico. Se dovessimo tornare in Egitto, sceglieremmo sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel! ❤️

Avoid for longer visits

- good and spacious bedroom

Cons:

For a long stay (5 days), we had several issues that made our Cairo stay disappointing. An accumulation of "minor" issues that I have never had in another four star hotel:
- the badge stopped working every other day and you had to go to the reception to get it fixed. The reception didn't even apologize for this
- cleaning service replaced body wash by body lotion for 3 days straight
- I was given preferential treatment vs my parents (fruits, better room) for no apparent reason. We bought the exact same room.
- We ordered room service one night which was pasta and tomato sauce. They gave us a bolognese. My parents are vegetarians.
- The hotel is neither very close to Giza nor central Cairo and getting Ubers wasn't easy. The surrounding neighbourhood was also quite poor and dirty.
