Я ставлю 10 баллов, поэтому что это был великолепный отдых, который я запомню на долго.

В целом, все очень понравилось. И развлекательная программа, и еда, и персонал. Хочу отметить, что мы брали массаж и девушки, которые его делали, отличные массажистки, у мамы болела спина, но после массажа спина прошла. Рекомендую!

Номер был огромный и очень хороший. Еда разнообразная. Не советую никакие аля карты- рестораны. Самая вкусная еда в главном ресторане со шведским столом.

Можно долго тут писать о том, что именно понравилось, но легче написать о том, что могло бы быть лучше. А понравилось, в целом, всё остальное!

Было очень классно. Спасибо нашим египетским друзьям за незабываемый отдых!

Уборщик молодец, но почему-то не мыл раковины.
От нашего номера по дороге к ресторану есть выступ, о который все, и мы в том числе, спотыкались.
Я не пью, но замечала как персонал в баре злился и начинал грубить людям, которые заказывали много алкоголя. Не уверена что так должно быть.

Il villaggio è molto bello ed anche se non è direttamente sul mare è servito da un servizio navetta molto efficiente. Alcune imperfezioni sono in corso di correzione prossimamente verrà chiusa la piscina principale per il rifacimento integrale del rivestimento ed alcune ville sono in corso di ristrutturazione. La nostra permanenza è stata indimenticabile in quanto abbiamo usufruito di un upgrade gratuito delle nostre 2 camere prima in una presidential suite e poi in una fantastica villa a due piani con piscina privata riscaldata ad uso esclusivo... che dire ... durante la nostra permanenza per il mio compleanno senza alcuna richiesta abbiamo trovato in villa una torta panna e cioccolato con le candeline..... che vacanza meravigliosa torneremo . Una nota di merito allo staff della reception.. commovente

ci fanno trovare in camera una torta per il compleanno di una ragazza.
avevamo il volo alle 21 e ci hanno omaggiato di un late check out gratuto fino alle 18.
servizio eccellente.
al ristorante i ragazzi sono tutti gentili e servizievoli il cibo e' ok ed e' stracomodo anche il servixzio concierge, bravissimo il capo dei taxi che parla italiano davvero top! tutto e' stato cosi fantastico e meraviglioso che ho gia' voglia di tornarci

Добрый день. Мы отдыхали семьей, в вашем замечательном отеле. На решепшене нас встретили приветливо и радостно.
Было очень приятно.
Мухамеду, отдельное спасибо.
Он предоставил нам два великолепных
номера, с ванной, душем, большими кроватями, диваном и креслами.
холодильник был наполнен напитками.
Полотенца, постельное белье менями без проблем.
Рестораны отличные.
Кормили разнообразно, мясо,рыба, много зелени,курица, овощи на мангале.
Персонал отзывчивый, всегда были убраны и сервированы столы.
Сладкие десерты, просто сказка.
Вкусные пирожные, торты, выпечка.
Кофе, чай, какао, молоко, все мои любимые напитки были всегда.

Автобус на пляж ездил очень часто.
Водители внимательные, отзывчивые.

Пляж мне тоже понравился, Лежаков предостаточно.Пляж ухожен. Благодаря каскадной лестнице, можно было загорать на отдельном островке.
Но, особенной фишкой вашего отеля, являются , велосипеды.
Мы катались и веселились вместе с детьми.
Спасибо за незабываемый отдых
