Отличный отель. Все очень понравилось. На ресепшн отличные ребята Essam и Samir всегда готовы придти на помощь. Больше спасибо за проживание. Обязательно приедем ещё.

Ottimo per rilassarsi!
Pros:

Il resort si trova molto vicino all'aeroporto però un po' più lontano da zone turistiche di passeggio e acquisti. Inoltre si trova in una zona molto ventilata per cui tira molto vento al mattino e alla sera perché non è protetto. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il free upgrade ad una suite e l'estrema gentilezza del personale, anche un po' insistente sull'offrire dei drink a volte. Da italiana, il mangiare è stato piuttosto discreto, mancano un po' di etichette sui cibi e purtroppo non c'è nessuna alternativa vegetale al latte per colazione. Leggevo alcune lamentele sul bus per la spiaggia, per noi è stato sempre pratico e puntuale. Il wifi funziona bene anche in camera. I bagni delle aree comuni sono sempre molto puliti. Il bar migliore per i drink è quello nella hall.

Cons:

L'animazione e l'intrattenimento è molto scarso, il resort è pensato principalmente per accogliere la clientela russa che è circa il 95% dei visitatori, anche la musica che mettono la sera è russa. Non c'è molto da fare, non c'è un'area gioco dedicata con ad esempio tavoli da biliardo o simili per potersi rilassare al chiuso. Qui va bene se cerchi calma, relax, cibo e drink ma non è un'ottima scelta se vuoi anche divertirti un po'.

Otelin günlük etkinlikleri olması güzeldi.Resepsiyondaki muhammed beye tekrardan teşekkürler biz güzel karşıladı ve daha iyi bir odaya çıkmamızı sağladı .Odamız güzeldi temizlik konusundada iyidi günlük temizlik yapıldı .Yemekler konusunda açık büfede çok çeşit vardı evet ama günlük olarak aynı şeyler çıktı neredeyse o yüzden gider gitmez diğer restorantlar için randevu ayarlamanızı öneririm farklılık açısından ambiyans olarakta aynı şekilde türk restoranını deneyimledik oda gayet güzeldi ve ilgililerdi . Deniz için evet biraz mesafesi var fakat sürekli ulaşım var hiç beklemedik ve beach gayet güzeldi .Gezi konusunda ise havaalanına çok yakın cidden diğer gezdiğimiz yerlerede pek uzak değildi genelde turlarında transferleri vardı otelden alındığımız için pek sorun yaşamadık.

Heryer çok temiz. Odamıza upgrade yaptılar, oda büyük lüks ve temizdi.yemekler ortalamanın üstü. Beğendik baya oteli.

Cons:

Çalışanlar genelde suratsızdı. Güleryüzlü çalışanlar vardı fakat 1-2 çalışanı dövmemek için zor tuttum yani. Özellikle türk a la carte çalışanları güleryüzlüdü.

A great hotel in Sharm and we look forward to returning.
Pros:

Me and my daughter had such a fantastic time, the only issue we had was that we weren’t there for long enough. All staff went above and beyond, always smiling and helpful.

The buffet food was actually our favourite over the A La Carte restaurants, fresh bread and BBQ’d meat in the evenings, a pasta station, a bakery and so much more.

The swimming area is peaceful with lots of sun-beds, the animation team were great along with bar and waiting staff.
