Séjour exceptionnel d’une semaine à Charm el-Cheikh !

Surclassés dès notre arrivée, le ton était donné : tout a été parfait du début à la fin. Le personnel est tout simplement remarquable — toujours souriant, attentionné et aux petits soins.

Les lieux sont impeccables, parfaitement entretenus, et l’ambiance est idéale pour se détendre. Côté restauration, rien à redire : buffet varié et de grande qualité, restaurants excellents, avec une mention spéciale pour le restaurant turc, un vrai coup de cœur !

Un immense merci à Abdelhamid, en charge de notre chambre, pour sa gentillesse, sa bonne humeur et son sourire constant — un service irréprochable.

Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

первое впечатление, честно сказать, было отрицательным. общие зоны показались изрядно потрепанными. но чуть расслабившись, я уже не замечала недостатков и отлично отдохнула.
итак, плюсы:
- огромный и красивый номер, с современным свежим дизайном.
- еда вкусная, всегда было что поесть. за две недели несколько раз давали рагу из морепродуктов, один раз креветки и семгу. каждый день был гриль (курица, рыба, или кебабы)
- постоянно придумывали, чем новеньким развлечь гостей

Cons:

- зона у бассейна требует ремонта (обшарпанные лестницы, сколотая плитка на дне бассейна)
- нужен мелкий ремонт по всей территории - например, почти во всех туалетах сломаны или почти сломаны ручки и замки
- довольно навязчивое зазывание на всякие танцы / аквааэробику / растяжку, иногда по 5 минут приходилось объяснять, почему я хочу просто полежать и позагорать, а не участвовать. предложение услуг / экскурсий тоже постоянное, но хотя бы не очень настойчивое.
- мне кажется, сильно не продуман маркетинг у спа-центра. в прайсе прописан час массажа за 10 т.р. если бы изначально поставили адекватную цену и сделали пакетные предложения (скидка на 3-5-7 посещений), думаю, с удовольствием бы взяли, а так нет.
