Я и 3е моих детей остались в восторге от этого отеля. Нам понравилось абсолютно все. Хочу особенно отметить, что в этом отеле очень заботиться о чистоте и реально хорошо убирают. Персонал очень приятный, постоянно спрашивает все ли хорошо и нужно ли что то. У нас была комната 2404, очень приятный Saied Ahmed убирал у нас в комнате. Убирал очень хорошо, а его искуство крутить из полотенец фигурки, это просто невероятное мастерство, за 2 недели ни разу не повторились и было много каких мы не видели ни в одном отеле раньше, в обшем детям зашло. Риф красивый, много всяких рыб видели, несколько даже которых не аидели ни разу в прошлые наши приезды в Египет. Еще хочеться отметить детскую анимацию. Девочки Mimi и Ольга очень милые, доброделательные девушки, которые с любовью и отдачей относяться к своей работе. Из вечерних шоу очень понравились девушка которая танцевала восточный танец, фаэр шоу. Детское мини диско.Еда на высшем уровне, все свежее вкусное. Уезжаем с приятными воспоминаниями и надеемся вернуться сюда снова. Спасибо, всему персоналу отеля за наш классный отдых!

Alle personalet veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomme, men Mohamed Rabeia fra housekeeping var veldig hyggelig, hjelpsom og flink. Takk Mohamed.

Мне ВСЁ очень понравилось. Замечательный отель, очень приветливый и отзывчевый персонал всегда помогут, подскажут если чего-то не хватает принесут. Очень чисто в отеле и на территории и в номере. Вкусно и разнообразно кормят. Всё понравилось не хотелось уезжать! Вернёмся сюда обязательно!

​Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza veramente splendida in questo magnifico resort. All'interno della struttura ogni cosa è curata nel minimo dettaglio, dall'accoglienza al momento dell'arrivo, ai servizi in camera, fino alla ristorazione. È stato come vivere una settimana in una meravigliosa bolla.
​Una particolare menzione di merito va ai ragazzi della reception, in particolare al Signor Ahmed Salama e al Signor Samir, che con un'efficienza assoluta ci hanno assistito sia al nostro arrivo sia nei giorni precedenti alla partenza. Ci hanno fornito massimo supporto con la documentazione necessaria e ci hanno concesso un graditissimo late check-out, evitandoci di trascorrere lunghissime e noiose ore di attesa in aeroporto.
​È stata una delle scoperte più piacevoli di tutte le nostre esperienze da viaggiatori. Torneremo sicuramente in questo resort e nelle altre strutture della catena Pickalbatros.

Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Everything about this experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel, the service, the food, and especially the amazing staff deserve more than 5 stars!

When arriving at Sharm el Sheikh, the transfer to the hotel only takes 10mins by taxi. I arranged a private return taxi with booking.com and it came to about £8 in total. Great security to get into the resort which makes it safe and secure and is large and spacious and very well kept. There are electric buggies that are driven by hotel staff that can take you to places like reception, entertainment and food areas or back to your room if you find it a little far to go in between. There are 3 pools, the main big pool where they do the poolside entertainment, the relax pool whereas the name suggests you could just relax and the water sports pool. I spent most of my time in the relax pool and there was always a waiter around to help fetch you drinks. Just to note, the main pool has pool bar and is close to main food areas, the relax pool I believe is having a little renovation which looks to be having a swim up bar built so this means there is a short walk to one of the other pools to get a drink or the waiters come round regularly to get your order and the water sports pool is located next to what I would say pool side snack bar where you can have pizza and burgers for lunch which also serves drinks. I stayed in an exec suite which was a complimentary upgrade by the hotel check in staff due to a recent ankle surgery leading to mobility issues and it was absolutely huge. My suite was modern, clean and had everything I needed with mini bar stocked daily. I stayed in block 24 which is on 2 levels but I was on the ground. It took me about 2mins to walk to main restaurant, 20 seconds to walk to free shuttle bus to take you to beach or golf about 2 minutes to walk to relax pool and 5 mins from water sports pool so everything was perfectly situated. I was about a 15-minute walk to reception but I rarely needed to go there and as mentioned, there are buggies being driven around you can jump on.
