Leuke resort, maar wel aan renovatie toe.
Pros:

Wij zijn deze zomer in juli verbleven in villa nummer 28. De villa’s zijn inmiddels wel aan een renovatie toe, maar dat was voor ons eigenlijk het enige minpunt.

Het resort zelf is ontzettend leuk en sfeervol. Het personeel is overal erg vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Ook het animatieteam verdient een compliment; zij zorgden iedere dag voor een leuke sfeer en leuke activiteiten.

Het eten was erg lekker, gevarieerd en er was iedere dag voldoende keuze. Een speciaal bedankje aan receptiemanager Mohammed. Hij heeft er alles aan gedaan om de problemen met onze villa op te lossen. Toen bleek dat dit niet volledig mogelijk was, heeft hij ervoor gezorgd dat wij konden verhuizen naar villa nummer 45. Deze villa was in een veel betere staat, waardoor we de rest van onze vakantie volop hebben kunnen genieten.

Kortom, wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Zodra de villa’s zijn gerenoveerd, komen wij zeker graag nog eens terug!

Liked the most the amaizing smiling welcoming helpful staff. They always approach you with a warm personal greeting, offer there service happily.

Cons:

The ala carte turkish restaurant wasnt at the level i expected, had to leave on the first starter to the main medetrainian restaurant which was great every day.

Staff was the best they are all very welcoming with special personal greeting and offered there exceptional service 24 7 all around, in reciption in the pool area in the restaurant at roon at club, they are awesome EVERYWHERE.

Cons:

Villas can have minor maintinance, some broken tiles outside, its huge area after all. Ala carte restaurants need to be revised by management. I had to leave the tirkish aftwr first few starters. It wasnt up to my expectation. But the main eestaurant wqs great.

Exceptional 10-night family stay in Grand Executive Suite! Beautiful resort & outstanding service
Pros:

We recently stayed at Pickalbatros Luxury Suites in Sharm El Sheikh for a 10-night family summer vacation with our two kids, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience.
We originally booked two deluxe rooms, but during check-in, we were changed to a stunning Grand Executive Suite, which made our stay even more special.
The entire property is stunningly beautiful and impeccably clean—easily one of the best hotels we've visited in the area.
The aquapark was amazing as well and provided endless entertainment and fun for the kids during our trip!
Another major highlight for our family was the main restaurant. The food was consistently amazing with a wonderful, daily variety of options that kept everyone happy throughout our entire stay.
I want to extend a very special thank you to the incredible staff who made us feel so welcome. Specifically, we want to highlight Mr. Salem Fathy, who handled our check-in process and made it completely smooth and effortless,
as well as Mr. Omar at reception for his continuous hospitality and professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway!
