Excellent stay
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for six days with our children. One of the best things about the hotel is that you can find something to eat 24 hours a day. We arrived very late, yet we still had no problem finding food.

The staff are extremely polite and always willing to help with anything. However, the main reason we would choose this hotel again is the Guest Relations Manager, Seham Sabry. I would like to thank her once again for everything she did for us and for the care and attention she showed during our stay. She is a very professional, kind, and elegant lady.

Do not worry about experiencing any problems here, because you can be sure that Ms. Seham will resolve any issue quickly and efficiently. If I choose this resort again in the future, the biggest reason will definitely be Ms. Seham.

Cons:

What I wrote above is definitely not related to the hotel itself. However, we also had an issue with the tour company inside the hotel called Master Sea, and once again, Ms. Seham solved the problem for us.

Actually, I would like to explain everything in detail, but my advice is: definitely avoid organizing any tours with them. The man named Ali, who works in sales, is very polite and helpful, but their boss is honestly one of the rudest, most disrespectful, and unprofessional people I have ever met.

That being said, if you still prefer to arrange tours directly through the hotel instead of dealing with an outside company and think, “How bad could it be?”, you can at least feel comfortable knowing that if any problem occurs, Ms. Seham will step in and solve it quickly.

Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Restoranda çalışan Abdullah ve Muhammed çok ilgiydi. Denizde resifleri görmek çok keyifliydi. Havuz da oldukça büyüktü ve az insan vardı.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Pickalbatros Luxury Suites from April 27th to May 3rd. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the service at reception was flawless. A special thanks to Samir Mamdouh, who truly made our experience unforgettable. Since it was our first time at the hotel, he kindly upgraded our room, which was a wonderful surprise. He also checked in with us daily to arrange reservations at one of the three restaurants and was always available whenever we needed assistance.

The staff at every restaurant were incredibly friendly and attentive. They constantly made sure we were comfortable and regularly came by to ask if we needed anything. A special mention goes to Chef Nasser from the Turkish restaurant Lalezar—he was extremely kind, and the food he prepared for us was absolutely delicious. The service there was truly top-notch.

The room cleaning was also spectacular. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day, and we were always surprised with a beautiful towel art creation left behind—it really added a special and personal touch to our stay.

The lifeguards were always present, attentive, and happy to chat with us, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Ahmed and Zakaria, in particular, were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. At the bar, Mahmoud and Yassir consistently served us delicious drinks, always beautifully decorated, adding a fun and personal touch.

The staff at the gate and those driving the golf carts were also always cheerful and friendly, contributing to the overall positive vibe of the resort.

Overall, I would rate this experience a solid 10/10 and highly recommend visiting this resort if you are planning a trip to Sharm el Sheikh. The only downside was that we had to leave and couldn’t stay longer to enjoy it even more!

Pros:

The hotel's location was relatively far from the city center but close to the airport. Reading the reviews before our holiday gave me a bias against the food, but overall it was good. Perhaps increasing the variety could be considered. Upon our request for 3 families, 6 adults, and 2 children, we were upgraded from standard rooms to a villa. Transportation within the hotel was provided by buggies. Whenever requested, a vehicle arrived at our door. You can take golf lessons for a fee.

Cons:

Although it is not directly related to the hotel itself, we were completely dissatisfied with the company operating inside the hotel that sells daily tours such as diving, safaris, etc. The driver of the vehicle that picked us up from the hotel for the tour was driving extremely fast and almost killed us. Despite there being an unsecured baby in the vehicle, we narrowly escaped an accident multiple times. Even though we protested, nothing changed. Although the person who sold the tour, named Ibrahim, stated over WhatsApp that the rental fee for the snorkel and other equipment was included in the tour, we had to pay an extra $55. Even though he said the fee would be refunded, no payment was made. I am once again reporting my complaint to the hotel management through here

Séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel !
Tout était réuni pour passer un moment parfait : le personnel est incroyablement accueillant, toujours souriant et attentif au moindre détail. Le service est rapide, professionnel et vraiment de qualité.

Les chambres sont propres, confortables et bien entretenues, avec une ambiance très agréable. Les installations sont au top, que ce soit la piscine, les espaces communs ou les activités proposées.

Un grand merci également pour la qualité de la restauration : repas variés, délicieux et toujours bien présentés.

On sent vraiment que tout est pensé pour le confort et le bien-être des clients.
Je recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! Petite mention pour les terrains de paddle.
