Chateau Třešť

L'accueil est de qualité. Les receptionnistes parlent anglais. Le personnel est professionnel.
Par contre, le logement se fait dans un batiment annexe, seul le petit dejeuner à lieu dans le chateau (les photos peuvent prêter à confusion). En parlant de ce dernier, il est de qualité et en quantité (buffet).
Malheureusement le logement, s'il se fait dans une annexe neuve ou fraichement rénovée, est des plus anonyme. Beaucoup de choses y sont bruyante : le carellage du couloir, la porte de la pièce d'eau, les toilettes et la douche. Ça manque de confort acoustique mais aussi d'isolation phonique avec les chambres voisines. Les chambre sont très propres.
Pour l'environnement, dans les deux chambres le chauffage etait au maximum alors que nous avions presque 20 degrés dehors.
Le domaine possède un grand stationnement privédonnat sur la rue (le portail reste ouvert toute la nuit), payant (un peu plus de 4€ la nuit par voiture). C'est peu, mais c'est mesquin.

Nyrenoverat, sköna sängar och man bor som på ett slott. Maten i restaurangen var också bra.

Everything was great except not working shower mixer which we complained about at the reception. Other than that I cannot complain

Ruhige Zimmer, allerdings eins der zwei gebuchten Zimmer deutlich kleiner und in der Schrägen. Neue Bäder und gemütliche Betten. Leider langen unsere Zimmer auf zwei Etagen weit auseinander. Beim Einchecken ging ein Personalausweis verloren, er tauchte nach Suchen hinter einem PC am nächsten Morgen wieder auf.

Läget var fint och rummet helt ok

No access to the bar, the restaurant, the massage or the spa.
Those were the reason we reserved this place, and we didn't get any heads up from the staff, nor apologise.
A wedding booked the entire castle so we had to go to the side building where the rooms are old and aunts come to visit.
The bathroom was newly renovated though, and pleasant.
It would have been way smarter not to accept other reservations rather than trying to make money with guests who would feel uncomfortable going to the breakfast because the room was full from the people who intended to the wedding, and not be able to propose any of the normal prestations.

Es war ein ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die ausgezeichnete Küche waren ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art. Leider gab es keine Hinweise oder Prospekte in deutscher Sprache.

Room was sooo hot. Sleeping impossible. Room directly under the roof. No air circulation. Bed was hard as a brick. Basically a thin mattress over a slab of wood. Hardly any water pressure in shower and change of temperature from cold to boiling and back. Maybe a power shower installation as they use in the UK and Ireland would help.
