Pohodlné a čisté ubytování.
Pros:

Ubytování bylo přesně v dochází vzdálenosti Forum Karlín, pokoji velmi slušně vybavený, čistý a pohodlný. Stoleček poměrně malý na práci na počítači, ale dá se. Snídaně byla chutná, teplá i studená, slaná i sladká k tomu klasicky ranní káva z automatu. Dobré parkování ve dvoře.

Cons:

Co bylo vtipné na snídani, byl pojízdný "debarasing" vozík, kam zřejmě zkušenější (nebo déle ubytovaní) odnášeli použité nádobí, zbytky do pytle na jednom boku vozíku, příbory na druhou stranu vozíku. Trochu to snídani posouvá zcela zbytečně o dvě úrovně dolů.

Save your money and stay elsewhere - that’s my sentence after this trip.
Pros:

Nice location surrounded by good cafes

Cons:

• The room was unacceptably dirty. The private sauna was covered in a thick layer of dust, making it unusable.
• Broken shower head and no WiFi connection for the entire stay.
• Management is completely unprofessional. After reporting the issues and providing photo evidence, they refused a partial refund. Instead, they offered a 20% discount for a "future stay" - a ridiculous offer for a guest who clearly stated they are never coming back due to the poor conditions.
• They tried to blame us for not spending our 40-hour vacation waiting for their maintenance or cleaning crew to fix things that should have been ready upon arrival.
• Even Booking.com couldn't reach an agreement with them and had to compensate us from their own funds. This says everything about the hotel's attitude towards guests. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
• Also the streets are kinda dangerous in the evening - be careful

Pokoj a koupelna velmi dobrý dojem, raději ale na snídani někam do okolí.
Pros:

Pokoj v Adeba Plus opravdu hezký, vkusná koupelna, vše ok.

Cons:

Snídaně zkazila celkový dojem pobytu. Prostředí snídaně bylo ale na čtyřhvězdičkový hotel velmi podprůměrné. Hluk větší než ve školní jídelně, na zemi dlažba, po které jezdily neustále vozíky s nádobím, takže to hodně hrkalo. Plastové židle, které při každém pohybu po podlaze vydávaly extrémní vrzavý hluk. Výběr relativně dobrý. Vajíčka vysušená. Celkově bylo na snídani hlavně kvůli hluku nepříjemně.
