Skvělé ubytování kousek od centra
Pros:

Ubytování splnilo naše veškerá očekávání - snadný vstup do budovy přes kód, parkování u hotelu, skvělá domluva s personálem, blízko centra.

Cons:

Ocenili bychom více nádobí, např. hrnců. Vaříme lepkově i bezlepkově zároveň, tedy máme vyšší nároky na množství vybavení. Předpokládám, že kdybychom hotel oslovili s tímto požadavkem, že by nám vyšli vstříc.

Doskonała lokalizacja - zaraz przy starym mieście. Bardzo komfortowe warunki, na miejscu bardzo dobra restauracja i browar. Smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania. Przygotowane zestawy dla psów: posłania, miski i smaczki.

Das Personal ist absolut Top!!!!! Vom Zimmerservice, über den Empfang bis zum Frühstücksbuffet. Wir sind als Familie über Ostern angereist, der Preis war trotzdem absolut in Ordnung. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir ins Zimmer geleitet und die Basics erklärt. Es ist aber auch möglich vorher einen Check-in online zu machen und dann selbstständig ins Zimmer zu kommen. Wir haben ausversehen den Safe am ersten Tag versperrt, aber das Personal war sofort hilfsbereit und hat diesen für uns wieder geöffnet. Das Zimmer ist richtig modern eingerichtet, die kostenlose Tee- und Kaffeebar wurde jeden Tag neu aufgefüllt, der Geschirrspüler wurde sogar beim Zimmerreinigen angestellt und auch ausgeräumt und im Ofen wurde ein neues Backpapier aufs Blech gelegt, da wir den Abend zuvor Essen zubereitet hatten. Das hat uns echt beeindruckt. Das gesamte Apartment wurde aufgeräumt und gelüftet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, umfangreichem Geschirr und Besteck sowie Gläsern und allem anderen Kochgeschirr. Sowohl für den Geschirrspüler, als auch für die Waschmaschine wurde immer ein Tab/Pod zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen, absolut reichhaltig und sehr vielfältig. Am Eingang gibt es eine Spielküche, damit sich die Kinder beschäftigen und die Eltern in Ruhe essen können. Beim Check-out hat uns die Dame vom Zimmerservice sogar beim Raustragen der Sachen zum Ausgang geholfen. Das Auto kann kostenlos im Hof geparkt werden, und sollten mal alle Plätze belegt sein, kann man das Auto nach Absprache auch draußen auf den reservierten Parkplätzen abstellen. Alles in Allem, wir empfehlen es definitiv und kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den schönen Aufenthalt!!
