Room was in good condition.

Cons:

First they offered a room in some other hotel which is fine room was good. But they had no power backup with air-conditioning powered off during stay, the reception guy took the ac remote with him which was awkward as I asked him to give back. I had asked them to provide a iron in room before booking and also asked at reception 2 time but it wasn't provided. This review has nothing to do with infinity hotel but with Orion hotel or whatever it was the name. Maybe the stay could have been perfect at infinity I don't have any idea about their service. But the infinity hotel reception guy need to work on his language like you ask your guest like this "aa jao reception py entry kra lo".

Muy sucio bien ubicado
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena para toda la zona de Gulberg. Tienes buenos restaurantes cerca, supermercados, puestos de la calle, Liberty Market.
El personal es agradable, aunque se pasan la noche dando portazos. Lo intentan pero no tienen la formación para trabajar con extranjeros.
El precio.

Cons:

La suciedad es exagerada. El baño repugnante, las sábanas llenas de manchas, la pica horrible, los sofás...y lo peor es que la cama se hunde. Tenía 2 noches pero me tuve que cambiar, no se podía estar.
Me fui al hotel de al lado que es suyo y un poco mejor.
Los trabajadores se pasan el día allí pero NO LIMPIAN. La pica sólo con un estropajo y lejía, los cristales o el baño, estarían limpios, pero no lo hacen. En Pakistán es brutal el concepto que tienen de limpieza...les da igual que esté todo sucio, es increíble. Les llevaría literalmente 5 minutos limpiar el baño bien, pero les da igual.
