The property offers a peaceful environment and comfortable stay. I always end up staying at Jacaranda. For every visit in Isb, this is the place I choose. Wonderful.
The breakfast is pretty below average, too costly for additional guests.
The price is sometimes too high, staff doesn’t always remember to cater your needs.
We had such a lovely stay. Everything felt really warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and all the little touches made it feel cared for. The staff were so friendly and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Breakfast was great each morning, plenty of choice and everything tasted fresh. We left feeling relaxed and really well looked after. Thank you for making our stay feel so special.
We genuinely couldn’t find anything we didn’t like. Every part of our stay was spot on, and in our opinion the hotel easily deserves a full 5 stars.

Absolutely warm and fantastic customer service, Zahid and the rest of the team made us feel so welcome and provided us with everything we needed to be comfortable.
The room service, cleanliness and facilities were on point and we never felt like anything was missing.
The location is very convinient too and is located within walking distance to various restaurants and parks. Even places like the giga mall are only a brief ride away.
We really enjoyed our stay, well worth the money.

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5** We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and absolutely loved our experience! The rooms were massive, clean, and very comfortable. The service throughout our stay was excellent — the staff were friendly and always helpful. The hotel also had great facilities including a well equipped gym and a relaxing spa. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, an amazing stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting!

Everything, the complex had all the facilities. It had a bowling Alley and cinema. The leisure centre was very impressive. Very clean and
had a women only swimming pool, steam and sauna facilities. I had a massage done and Samera was really good. Prices were very reasonable.
Everything was great the only issue it is a bit out of the way from Islamabad but if you have transportation then there should be no issues.
Lone female traveller. Safe, outstanding hotel. Close to major retail and food outlets. Perfect escape from the hustle of Islamabad and Rawalpindi but still within easy commuting distance. Large, clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast.

Location
Staff attitude toward guests was horrendous. Would not let my guest eat at the restaurant because one of them was wearing shots in extreme hot weather. No rule book was provided at check-in, so how one would know about it. Rooms were not clean daily. Only 1 towel was provided. Overall, very poor management.
