Super schickes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal und recht ruhig.
Es gibt einen Aufzug.
Super leckeres Frühstück.
Sehr gutes WLAN.
Saubere Zimmer.
Freundliches Personal.
Preis-Leistung für Massagen und Co ist top.

Cons:

Die Sprachbarriere war manchmal
etwas anstrengend. Ein Mix aus deutsch-englisch hat dann geholfen. War aber auch von Mitarbeiter zu Mitarbeiter unterschiedlich.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist einem zwar vorher bekannt, aber die Situation vor Ort ist dann doch nochmal eine ganz schöne Hausnummer. Man kann glücklicherweise direkt vor dem Hotel ein- und ausladen. Am Ende muss einer dennoch den 1km zu Fuß zurücklegen… Berg runter geht noch, aber Berg aufwärts… Sport frei.

Очень приветливый персонал. Замечательный, чистый и красивый номер в отеле. Завтраки были очень вкусные и разнообразная еда как для взрослых так и для детей.

Super Lage, super nette Mitarbeiter. Vor allem Milada im Spa. Da ist Wissen vorhanden.
Das Frühstück ist reichlich, abwechselnd und super frisch.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig.
Ja, das Hotel liegt in zweiter Reihe, allerdings transportiert der Stadtaufzug einen soweit, dass der kleine Anstieg überhaupt kein Problem darstellt.
Man erreicht die Innenstadt und die Kolonnaden schnell und unkompliziert.
Rundum ein guter Aufenthalt. Danke!

Cons:

Die Dusche hatte offene Bodenfugen, dadurch ein kleiner Wasserschaden an der Zimmerwand und der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken war locker.
Der gebuchte Parkplatz liegt 800 Meter vom Hotel weg und ist durch einen Bergaufmarsch nichts für Menschen mit Einschränkungen.

Heel aardig personeel. Mooie schone kamer. Bed ligt goed. Ontbijt was goed.Ook 2 maal gedineerd in het hotel,wat erg lekker was in buffetvorm.

Cons:

Het parkeren viel een beetje tegen. Je mag laden en lossen bij het hotel. Maar daarna moet je 800 meter verderop parkeren in de bossen.

Schönes Hotel am Wald.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage im Zentrum des Kurdistriktes. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig mit Luft nach oben. Mein Zimmer hatte eine Aussicht zum Wald ob man tatsächlich eine Stadtblick hätte, kann ich nicht beurteilen, da eine Gebäude vor dem Hotel steht. Seitlich vom Hotel für ein Weg auf den Berg zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie z. B. Hirschensprung Diana etc.

Cons:

Die vielen Mülltonnen vor dem Hotel an der Straße. 25 Euro für die Sauna ist nicht attraktiv.

Blisko centrum. Spokojna okolica. Czysto.

Cons:

Wszędzie widać oszczędności. Skromne śniadania (brak czarnej herbaty). Jedna osoba (mimo, że uwija się i bardzo stara) nie daje rady obsłużyć wszystkich gości na bierząco w trakcie śniadań. Bufet śniadaniowy dość skromny.

Great location in the heart of Karlovy Vary. Just a few minutes walk to main attractions and restaurants. Quite big room. Good breakfast with excellent service.

Cons:

Only problem is that parking place is 800 m away from the hotel.
