Hotel Patio Prague

Odada kahve ve bolca havlu vardı. Temizdi. Tramvaya çok yakın ve merkeze 5dk da ulaşılabilir. Yürüyerek 20dk. Tramvay durağında kozmetik ve market var. Market geç saate kadar açık ve her şey bulmak mümkün. Fiyat olarak da otel çok iyiydi.

La posizione era abbastanza centrale .la colazione nella norma

Quite quiet (hotel just near the street).
Big room, air-condition, big bath tube.
12 minutes walk from main railway station.20 minutes to Old Town
Poor wifi.

旅行者がチェックインを自分で行う必要がありますが、ホテル玄関鍵の暗証番号と個人の受付番号の2つの番号が必要です。しかしこちらが問い合わせても玄関の暗証番号しか教えてもらえず、ホテルズドットコムのオペレーターも2つ番号が必要だと認識しておりませんでした。

結局チェックインできず、向かいのHotel Ariston & Ariston Patio Pragueに相談すると担当者が数時間後に来るのでそれまで対応できないと言われてしまいました。


到着時間を大幅に過ぎてやっと私の受付番号を教えてもらい再び端末でセルフチェックインをしようとしたらパスポート番号や住所など煩雑な入力作業をさせられた挙句滞在税をVISA決済ができませんでした。

再びHotel Aristonに戻り同じカードで支払い完了し部屋のカードキーをやっと受領。最低のホテルだと思います。

部屋も通路側にしか窓しかなくカーテンをしないとプライバシーが確保できず、日光もあまり入らず快適とは言えない状態。ティッシュが無くなっても補充してもらえませんでした。

全くおすすめできません。

Self check in was broken so just went across the street to the Hotel Ariston “sister hotel” to the patio and it was easy! Building is secure and decently quiet. Clean. Room was great. Luggage storage is available if you’re early, but no early check in was possible.

Al momento de realizar el check in no hay ninguna persona y la maquina para realizar el pago no servia lo que retrasaba bastante todo el proceso y nos orillo a buscar ayuda al hotel de enfrente

Over the road from the 4 star Ariston is the patio. No facilities here or breakfast but so can be enjoyed over the road.
Sheets and towels changed every 3 days unless you pay extra.
Tea and coffee making and a fridge. Comfy bed but the standard flat pillows.
Door into outside motel type corridor which makes it dusty. Floor could have done with a good mop.

First massive red flag was when checking in details came late. After discovering the self checking online link didn't work, I realised that NOTHING worked, including phone numbers and customer support, who would respond to me within 48 hours!! I was getting on a plane at 8pm wondering where I am going to sleep that night. On arrival, after hours and hours of ringing around and walking the streets at night, as the photo or the map didn't match the hotel or location, I found the hotel, but guess what, no code was given to get in to the self-checking reception. It was only a coincidence that I walked across the street to another hotel to ask if by any chance then can help, only to find out they are the owners and they had the access code! However this is where their customer service ended! After I finally got inside the self checking reception, the self checking wasn't straight forward or intuitive and it took another 20 minutes or so. Once we checked in, at this point it was almost 11pm, we got a receipt for a check out, but once again, you needed to be a mind-reader to work out your room number and floor as the receipt was not wide enough for the information being printed in a readable format. This has put me off using the hotel and Expedia and will be sure to tell anyone who askes about my last trip.

Really cute, more motel/apartment vibe which was nice for solo travel felt more like home.

The location was great, room was clean and we had everything we needed
