pleasant staff, spotless room, good breakfast, Lobby bar Modry jelen was great (staff and food), wellness included- we used only a pool, but only one kind of sauna was open during our stay. you could use other facilities like kuzelky (sort of bowling), darts etc for a little fee, a game room for children.free parking next to hotel. The standard room has a bathroom big enough, but shower itself is tiny. next time it will be superior room.

Cons:

we were charged for 3 adult although we were 2 adults plus 5y old, when I asked at the reception, the front desk manager just brushed it off (told us that they could see 2plus1child in their system, maybe a problem at Booking's side. Nevertheless, the best joke was, when we got a message from Booking, that our child stays for free!

Второй раз в этом отеле. Даже зарядка для электромобиля в этот раз работала. Завтраки и ужины как всегда на высоте. Я поставил оценку 9 вместо 10 только по одной причине. При заселении в номер предоставляется бутылка воды, что, безусловно, приятно. Однако во время моего проживания (3 ночи) вода больше не обновлялась.
Для отеля такого уровня это выглядит несколько странно, поскольку подобные детали формируют общее впечатление о сервисе. В остальном пребыванием полностью доволен.

Příjemný hotel na pěkném místě. Milý personál.

Chyběla nám alespoň malá varná konvice na vodu.
Přistýlka sice pohodlná, ale hodně klouže po podlaze. Pro dospělého člověka nepříliš vhodná.
V koupelně zima.
Bazén malý, ale příjemný. Sice je bez plavčíka, ale dala bych tam alespoň cedule zákaz skákání do vody. Někteří lidé nedokážou usměrnit své děti, aby neskákali lidem téměř na hlavy. Bohužel to dělají i dospělí jedinci. Ale za to hotel nemůže, je to o lidech.
Přesto jsme si svou půl hodinku plavání užili každý den.
Byli jsme zde nyní v zimě a užili si 4 dny výletů a objevování nových krásných míst.
Rádi se vrátíme ještě někdy v létě.
