Booking and accesing the hotel was easy, though it was all electronic. That was fine. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the room had no kettle. Because I arrived and had been ill, it was important to get some hot water or tea with honey and lemon. Their reception was accessible via email only and some time later they replied that the kettle was not included in the room rate. Nothing more, no help...Not even an offer to get a kettle for a small fee. There was no restaurant in the hotel so nowhere I could go and get some hot water for free. In a country which charges for a single glass of tap water... I am Czech but live in the UK so have good experience of the British customer services. Hence I know I wouldn't get such a brush off in the UK. Honestly, the Czech customer service must improve!!

Boutique Hotel Three Lilies was beyond my expectations!

I arranged a girls spa vacation there for myself and 12 friends. We were picked up at the train station coming from Prague and whisked back to the hotel for a private champagne reception while we were assigned our rooms.

All of us scheduled multiple spa treatments at the hotel and enjoyed expansive buffet breakfasts in the hotel cafe and gourmet Czech meals in the onsite Geothe Ingo Casino Restaurant.

The hotel gave us free passes to the Aquaforum water park, a 10 minute walk. We had unlimited use of the hotel bicycles and nordic poles for walking.

The Three Lillies had recently been rehabbed and has luxurious large bedroom suites. There’s a private courtyard with lounges for relaxing and meeting. A bar and outdoor cafe for having a cocktail and “people watching”. And since the hotel is in the center of town, you can walk everywhere.

I can’t say enough of our host, Milan Prücha and his staff. The made us all feel like true VIPs.

And I know a few of us are thinking of another trip there - maybe a golf vacation!

What a great experience this was staying in this hotel. The staff were so welcoming especially the manager Milan. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms had the wow factor, big and airy and the bathroom was huge. Everything in the hotel was top standard. The spa treatments were different to what I have experienced in other resorts but good. The hotel is well situated in a lovely setting with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The Acquaforum is a short walk away and hotel guests get free admission. I could imagine the rooms could be quite hot in July and August. The hotel has a lovely coffee/drinks bar with yummy cakes and very reasonably priced.

The hotel itself is a museum full of art. Waking up in its space is a reason to open your eyes widely. The breakfast time was always quiet, and in the wonderful company of the staff working there. Great thanks to the smiley man, whose name, unfortunately, I don't know, but who was giving a great start to my day every time I was drinking my coffee there, and showed me the best cakes I've tried in my life! I love the fact, you can visit even the Aquaforum, that is 5 minutes from Tri Lilie.
P.S. They do have some great books that you can take advantage from while eating your breakfast. And the balcony is just another galaxy!

We visited Franzensbad at the end of August/September. Back then the spa area wasn't available yet which gave away the 5th point. The hot spring was super close and the ambiente was very relaxing. We had a bright, big room and breakfast was included. Big recommendation because this hotel is off the beaten track! We loved it!!

It is nice place with long history and with the "soul", especially if man is looking for some quiet piece in the world. The service providing by the hotel is a bit limited currently, nevertheless the charm is still the same. I like it, we have ever repeatedly spent there a few (almost romanitc) days and we are going to keep this custom even in the following years. I can recommend this place in spite of that I am afraid that such recomendation and enthusiasm of the new hotel management could cause trouble for me at finding the accomodation in the future :-). Be frank - there is a pair of things which could be better and the smell sprayed automatically in the corridors could be changed or better put away but in spite of that it is still fine for man to spent there some time.
As bonus - free entrance in the Aquaforum which is not far from the hotel.

It was a very special and personal stay. Even today before we left the manager Milan (On picture left) came to us from his holiday to greet us and ask if we liked our stay.

The hotel has grandeur and the rooms are very spacious.

Breakfast was fresh and good and served in a nice different way.

The city Frantiskovy Lazne where the hotel is located is know for its Spa with healing water. Many guests with heart problems and women who have difficulties getting babies come to this area to make use of the healing water.

It was a very nice stay.
