Superbe séjour
Pros:

Tout était parfait
Buffet à volonté toute la journée et le soir vraiment un plus

Pros:

We hadden dit hotel gekozen op doorreis van Nepal naar India, omdat het dichtbij de grens met India was. De kamers zijn groot en comfortabel. De manager heeft ons geholpen aan vervoer om soepel de grens over te komen.

Cons:

Op het moment dat wij er verbleven, waren wij de enige gasten leek het. We voelden ons een beetje ongemakkelijk in het grote hotel. Het zwembad was niet schoon

Cons:

1. Jet of second toilet was not working
2. They forgot to inform about welcome bucket of FRUITS+ lying on coffee table near sofa inside the room. I had to ask.

Just in a word..I enjoyed all and a lot.
Pros:

Completely wonderful hospitality and the service orientated person.. reception, kitchen staff, management all are perfect..I really appreciate and fully enjoyed over my stay in this hotel..thanks to all for wonderful service provided.

Cons:

Housekeeping have some issues. I hope they will realise and doing good job on further.

Great hotel with the best staff
Pros:

After being on the road for 27 hours (traveling by train and car from India) we crossed the border and arrived at the hotel completely worn out. We were received with utmost hospitality and the staff was just excellent. Brought us drinks and dinner (even though it was 10pm) and made sure we were comfortable. Room was great and the beds were amazing. When leaving, the hotel helped us with a driver to Lumbini. And helped us with travels to Tansen. Great price for everything. Check this place out (e.g. if you need to rest before or after crossing the border).

Cons:

Bathroom was a little hot, but that is a tiny detail (it helped to leave the door open a little to the bedroom). Our stay here was really good.

Excellent and comfortable stay. We love it.
Pros:

The staff at Landmark is exceptional. No ask is too much for them. They helped us arrange a driver and got the kitchen to do takeaway food when we were rushing to the airport. The manager spoke good English and was incredibly helpful. The bedroom is tastefully designed and the bathroom is so spacious. We ate lunch at the hotel and it was delicious.

Cons:

The bathroom has no ventilation fan and is too hot.
